22/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas that were completely burnt and limp, like two rubber sheets. They told us that's how they make them. So I ordered a buffalo mozzarella, maybe 90g for €10; the ones at Eurospin are probably better. Terrible experience, we won't go again. I'm a vegetarian, so I don't mop up any of the pizza.

13/09/2025: Looking at the videos and reviews, I guess I was unlucky, but the pizza didn't live up to expectations at all. The fried food was amazing, really good, congratulations. My pizza was inedible, with the mozzarella being completely uncooked and lacking truffle. I'd gladly pay for it if it had the right amount of ingredients, but all I could taste was the water in the mozzarella. My partner's pizza, on the other hand, was normal. The girl on the phone when I booked was completely unprofessional; she was very annoyed, but at the restaurant, the rest of the staff was professional and kind. I really liked the very characteristic atmosphere. The tiramisu was nothing special. I'll try to go back soon for 🙏🙏

30/09/2025: We come here at least twice a year, especially from Rome, because we love the varied and plentiful aperitif menu and the delicious cocktails. This year I also celebrated my birthday there, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful—thank you everyone! Not to mention the delicious thin-crust pizza, just the way we like it. The location is also very nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating. See you next time!

23/09/2025: Pizzeria Luciano e Gianni – Seriously good supplì (smiling costs extra) At Luciano e Gianni, the supplì are a serious affair: crispy on the outside, stringy on the inside, and worthy of applause. The pizza by the slice is light, tasty, and sells out way too quickly (which says it all). The staff is friendly but spartan: a smile costs extra—but with supplì like this, even silence is fine.

24/09/2025: We went here for an aperitivo... considering it's a pizzeria and not an aperitivo bar... the spritz wasn't bad and the pizza was very good... we tried the marinara... I gave the service a 2 only because it's not included... anyway, a different place for an aperitivo!

24/10/2025: The place is located at the meeting point for tour guides and tourists to enter the Vatican. You can have brunch or a quick snack before the tour, which can last up to three hours. They have a variety of pizzas, drinks, and sweets. The drinks, like everywhere in Rome, are expensive (€5 for a Coke), but it's still good for a meal or a drink. It's not a huge deal, but its location helps make it very crowded. There are only a few tables, so you might have to eat standing up, something very common at this time of year when there are thousands of people in beautiful Rome. Recommended

18/10/2025: We came to eat with my family and the man was kind, he gave us the menus. We ordered 2 pizzas and when he brought them it was a total scam. He gave us two cookies with nothing but leaves and 5 grams of cheese! The dough was a cookie, a paper, a leaf and the cheese was gone. I complained and he told me the pizza was fine. I told him what does a slice of cheese cost? 2 euros, I told him to add the slice of cheese and he added cream cheese. We returned one pizza and ate the other out of embarrassment, but what a SCAM. The worst pizza of my life, my 10 year old daughter would make a better pizza than that.

25/09/2025: I've been eating pizza by the slice here for years, and I must say that, even though it's not a renowned establishment, the various flavors the pizza chef offers are unparalleled, along with the consistently courteous and friendly service, satisfying even the most discerning palates.

18/07/2025: Be careful with the stools. I sat down and found myself on the floor with a broken stool. I recommend the manager check them thoroughly and replace the others.

13/10/2025: Nice atmosphere! Very good suppli, but the pinsa isn't quite up to par. Same problem as the Tuburtina location: the dough is more Roman-style than pinsa, and at times it's very thin, especially around the edges. Also, the rolling out gives the pizza strange shapes, not typical of a pinsa.

12/10/2025: I went there for the first time last night. Delicious thin pinsa, delicious supplì, not to mention the one with Nutella 😋 I had a wonderful staff member. Nice, kind, and very professional in her work. 🥰 IT'S A SHAME THE REVIEW ONLY HAS 4 STARS. SHE DESERVES 1000. THANK YOU, GIULIA. YOU'RE THE BEST. It's hard to find such attentive and professional staff. We'll be back for the pinsa and everything else, but honestly more for Giulia. 😅 Shout out to the very kind cashier, too.

12/10/2025: Sunday with friends, all with small children. The place is spacious and very well-kept. Ample parking and a play area, both inside and outside the restaurant. Picnic area under the pine trees with tables and benches, lots of BBQs. The animals are well-cared for and healthy. For Sundays, the restaurant offers a fixed menu, which can be modified for the first course only. Everything was very good and well-executed. The service wasn't the fastest. The restrooms inside the restaurant were well-maintained, but the outside ones were much less so. For €35 per person, I would have added a half liter of wine or bottle of soft drink for every four people, or dessert included. Perhaps the price is a bit high. The children's menu, for €15, is more than adequate; the pasta was good, as were the homemade nuggets.

21/09/2025: A very nice place to spend a day with friends and children. The animals are very well cared for, the location is beautiful with a pine forest, BBQ restaurant, etc. On the downside, the street food was lacking. For a plate of pasta, a panuozzo and French fries, we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes, the pasta was the wrong size, and the price was €10 for a very small panuozzo, although it tasted good. I hope it was just a problem on this day. Anyway, we'll try it again because the place is worth it.

09/10/2025: Went there twice on our trip to Rome. We had a chance to try their lasagna, amatriciana, and their roast potatoes. The lasagna was of a fair size, and had a delicious cheese crust. The amatriciana was a hit, and a must try. The potatoes were also excellent, with just enough seasoning (salt, rosemary and olive oil). The food tasted fresh, and everything came quickly to the table. The house wine was also pleasantly good. We tried the white and red, and both had a mild taste, and paired nicely with the dishes. Good for those who don't like wines with a lot of tanin. Mind you that we visited in October, outside of peak season. Seating inside was a bit more comfortable, but tables were closer together. Outside you're exposed to the crowds (and smokers), but also have a bit more distance from other guests.
