09/05/2026: Location: It's beautiful and super romantic, it's on a terrace, and the alleyway really makes it special. Service: The service from the guys and the lady (I assume she was the owner) was excellent, but everyone was very friendly and attentive. Food: Mmm, the pasta carbonra was an 8/10, not bad, but I can't say it was the best I've ever had. But what was excellent and delicious was the grilled octopus. 10/10. The beer was also very good. Cost: It is a bit pricey, €26 for the octopus and €14 for the spaghetti, plus drinks. But of course, it's worth it because the food is delicious. I suggest you arrive early so you don't need a reservation. As the afternoon goes on, they start asking for reservations because it gets crowded.

04/05/2026: Recommend on social media by several people but we were very disappointed. When we arrived it looked lovely - very pretty and clean. However the staff looked miserable, did not smile or engage with us as we would expect at this calibre of establishment. We shared the raw fish ceviche with mandarin and mint starter which was really just tiny squares of fish in runny orange juice, the Amatriciana had hardly any meat in it and was full of bitter tomato passata, the ravioli was extremely al dente with parts being practically raw and it was only luke warm when served, the ‘baked potatoes’ appeared to be boiled not baked as there was hardly any colour and no crispness to them. No-one checked if we were enjoying our meal. The bill for 1 starter, 2 mains and 2 drinks (no desserts) was €98!!! No bread basket offered but cost €2 if ordered, veg extra at €9. We’d eaten at a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant the night before and paid the same for 2 starters, 2 mains - the best carbonara ever! - 2 desserts and 3 drinks plus complimentary bread basket and 2 complimentary Limoncello shots. We will definitely be going back to Trattoria Della Stampa but not Cucini Del teatro. Sorry Stephano - your restaurant concept is good but the staff are not personable enough for the image you’re trying to build and the food is far too expensive and bland

26/05/2026: A small local pizza shop, truly one of the best in Rome. The pizza is light and fluffy with a crispy base. There are many different types to choose from and the prices are very affordable. The potato and sausage pizza is a must try!

15/05/2026: Excellent pizza! The cheese and ham one is airy and soft, the "scrocchiarella" (or "tongue") is crispy but not hard. It's a small place, but it's not a pizza by the plate.

16/05/2026: We had dinner a few days ago. The menu is varied and very clear. But there are no desserts on the menu. The appetizer for two was plentiful, some cured meats more flavorful than others, but the prosciutto is missing, which in my opinion should be a must-have in an appetizer. Especially because it's on display as soon as you enter. They only make whole wheat focaccia, and the €5 price seems excessive to me. The waiters' service is a bit distracted. You order wine and forget it. Then they bring you red wine when you order white. They bring the meat and don't bring the dishes. How can you not bring the dishes along with the hot grill? They don't consider that meat eaters would want salt on the table, so you have to ask for salt or oil. They serve the sliced ​​meat rare (as it should be), but they don't heat the stone enough to keep it hot enough to cook it more for those who want it. Not everyone likes it rare. The prices are average, except for the focaccia and desserts.

I really liked the crispy and crumbly dough, and they don't skimp on the toppings. Perhaps the variety of pinsas to choose from is a bit limited, but the monthly special pinsa was very interesting. I don't know where or how they cook the pinsas, but they had a strange chemical smell that I can't explain; it left me a bit perplexed. I wasn't entirely thrilled with the pinsa with Nutella either, because perhaps they hadn't stirred the cream well enough and there was a lot of oil (the kind that separates from the cream when it sits for a while).
