07/05/2026: My colleague and I stopped there by chance after a delivery. The pizza was incredibly delicious. Lots of supplì options with an exceptional crust. The pizza was thin and crunchy. The girl who served us was incredibly kind. She was very good at explaining the different types of pizza. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely be back, and I'll tell you I'll also order delivery. The prices are also low.

12/06/2026: I've been to this pizzeria at least twenty times. I always enjoyed going there because I really like pizza, so I usually ate and left without even interacting much with the staff. Today, however, I witnessed something that left me very disappointed. I saw a young man clearly struggling to express himself, as he spoke neither Italian nor English and could barely communicate with Google Translate. Seeing him struggling, I couldn't ignore it, so I got up from the table to help him translate what he needed. The result? Instead of even receiving a simple "thank you" for helping out, the lady at the cashier—who I assume is also the owner—looked at me with an almost annoyed expression, as if to say, "mind your own business." I must say that the food is still excellent, but the staff's attitude absolutely needs updating. Politeness and gratitude are fundamental values: they taught me to say thank you when someone helps. Moral of the story: I will never return to this place, and the same goes for the friends to whom I enthusiastically recommended it.

11/06/2026: A truly positive experience. Everything was perfect, with attention to every detail. Giuseppe, the person at your table, makes you feel at home; he's a real gem. The seafood and meat dishes are truly exceptional. As for the desserts, I think it's impossible to beat them; they're all special, from the first to the last. A top ten to everyone. 01/05/2026: Le Sorelle is one of those pizzerias you'll want to return to. The pizza by the slice is truly excellent: light, well-leavened dough, crispy on the bottom, yet soft on the inside. You can taste the attention paid to the preparation and timing; it's not your typical "heavy" pizza. The toppings are high-quality, well-balanced, and never overpowering. Even the simplest toppings are thoughtful and flavorful, without overpowering the flavor of the dough, which remains the real highlight. The atmosphere is simple but clean, with fast service and helpful staff. A no-frills, no-frills place, but with a quality that stands out immediately. I'll be back.

12/12/2025: I had dinner at this Osteria with my husband. The place is very cute, welcoming, and warm. From the outside, it looks smaller, but it's actually quite long. The staff is kind, smiling, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. But let's get to the point: the chef is truly talented! Traditional dishes are professionally prepared with the right technique, yet they take you back to the flavors of grandma's cooking. A gourmet touch that doesn't hurt, but actually enhances it. The bread basket deserves top marks for the quality and variety of options, and to finish on a sweet note, the chef is also skilled with the desserts: delicious and not too sweet, well-made, and beautifully presented. The price is fair. My only regret is that I didn't meet my colleague, but we'll be back: she'll be a go-to in Rome! Ad majora! Recommended #consapienza 😜

27/04/2026: I know about food and this is good place. In this area probaly the best place. NOT a tourist trap like the other with even higher rating. This is a real olace run by Italians who know how to cook and treat customers. Price also astonishingly good. Pizza is very thin light and crispy. The way I like it but not very often done like this usually in Italy. Have specialist vegetabkes like punterelle sprouts. With a very good anchovy dressing. I talked a bit to the host in Italian and I can tell you they know what they are doing. Unlkke the Neapolitan olace round the corner. I will prpbaly come back the resto the week. They even had a good wive recommendation

01/08/2026: We've been ordering pizza here for years and it's never disappointed. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews because the pizzas are excellent, Roman-style of course, so if you like the thick Neapolitan pizzas, this isn't the place for you. And don't say they're bad simply because they're the kind you don't like!
