Excellent classic Roman pizza in the main square of Testaccio, excellent quality/price ratio, very informal but at the same time courteous and efficient service. Expect some waiting time to get a table especially on weekends as it is very crowded.

A real roman pizza, onde of the best i’ve ever had. I’ve discovered the place in some reviews of rome and it really blowed me away. The service differs from the rest of rome once the public is mostly local, different from other parts of the city (so don’t expect the best english), but they really try to communicate and help. Really approved. Oh, don’t forget the tiramisu, is awesome too!

Amazing. A little out of the way if you stay in the "middle" around the Vatican etc but worth a trip. Feels "authentic" Italian, the whole place was locals apart from us. Staff were lovely, food was amazing and fantastic value for money!

This place has thin and crispy pizzas, one of my favorite places in Rome. We ordered Margherita con Bufala and Bresaola pizzas. Both was delicious. It is a bit far from the center but definitely worth to try. It's a casual place with affordable prices. It opens at 07:00 p.m For dinner service.

Nel cuore di Testaccio, la vera pizza romana, sottile e ben farcita. Io sono uno di quelli che del cornicione non sa cosa farsene : si tratta di pane bruciato, che tolgo e lascio nel piatto (dicono che ricordi il Vesuvio, difatti è tipico della pizza napoletana...). Buoni anche i fritti.

Pizzeria storica nel cuore di Testaccio. I fritti non proprio il top mentre la pizza molto buona. Non si può prenotare quindi occorre armarsi di santa pazienza e fare la fila. Personale cortese e disponibile.

24/03/2024: The staff are super friendly and the cheeseburger is delicious. They didn’t have IPA beer so I ordered the red wine and it paired nicely with the hamburger. We also ordered the sweet potato and regular fries and they were very good, too. It is not often the caee that a good restaurant also has good coffee and that was a real bonus. We will be back.
12/03/2024: Trovato per caso a passeggio per Anzio. Ci siamo fermati per fare un break ed abbiamo scoperto con piacere di poter fare un aperitivo plus!! La proposta è innovativa ed interessante. Materie prime di alto livello, cortesia e un ambiente giovane ed accogliente. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalle bruschette, dal carpaccio con le puntarelle, dalle polpettine affogate nella maionese allo zenzero e da altre splendide prelibatezze. I ragazzi sono gentili e molto professionali e su richiesta accontentano tutti i palati, anche i più difficili!! Se passate di qui fermatevi anche solo a dare un’occhiata e bere qualcosa, non ve ne pentirete!

Aeternum Beer Shop

28/03/2024: A couple of sours and other local craft beers. Lots of tables. The porter was pretty tasty and light. WiFi was available but didn’t work. I would give this spot a 5 star if they had non-alcoholic options other than water but they didn’t.
10/02/2024: Great beers and great food. Very kind staff. I asked them to watch a Serie C match and they immediately said yes, letting me choose one of the 4 televisions. Very characteristic and particular place a stone's throw from San Pietro. Highly recommended!!
