18/04/2025: I have ordered several pinsas here from Staglio and every time it is a confirmation: light doughs, seasonal, quality ingredients and always delicious combinations, even in the special pinsas. One better than the other! Even the fried foods are worth it! The owners are always very kind and super helpful, and punctuality in deliveries is impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a really good pinsa, made with love, care and passion!

07/05/2025: A welcoming and bright place, it has two rooms (one more recent and larger, the one in the entrance slightly smaller). Clean style, without too many frills. We are greeted and quickly seated at the table. For our first experience we decided to share the various dishes that you can see in the photo... and I would say that we were definitely satisfied! We started with a mixture of fried foods from the selection offered. You absolutely must try the carbonara pasta omelette, definitely Foodish! 😋 Then we moved on to tasting the Neapolitan pizza which was also well made, the dough was soft and easily digestible and the ingredients were of high quality. To conclude we shared a plate of paccheri with tuna and chopped pistachios (a little too salty to my taste) and a fried fish, good and not at all greasy! Throughout the dinner the service was friendly and attentive... we felt pampered! I would say excellent value for money! For all these goodness just over €60 with a bottle of water, medium beer and a coffee! Highly recommended!

13/05/2025: Pizzeria where they make pizza by the slice and also some fried food located not in the center of Latina, but 5 minutes by car so easily reachable with a large parking lot right in front. They also have tables where you can consume in addition to take-away. I took 2 pieces with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio, 2 with bresaola, rocket, balsamic vinegar and parmesan and 2 with anchovies, cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. The one with mortadella was good especially the mortadella, but I think it was more of a focaccia than pizza by the slice because the dough was much softer than the other 2 right ones. I really liked the one with bresaola, crunchy dough and very high quality of ingredients, only perhaps the balsamic vinegar covered the bresaola a bit, finally on the one with anchovies nothing to say, very good and very fresh, congratulations. We went back other times and we tried some crostini which were good, a supplì which was very good, even if it was one of those mini ones made into balls, which was good, but I personally prefer the classic ones, even if it would mean paying more. We also tried a potato croquette which was good. The prices are very fair and the service is done correctly. The only thing is to change the Google hours because it says it opens at 5 pm (on Mondays), but the first pizza came out around 6:20 pm. Final rating 8.3/10.

18/07/2025: I went back, but unfortunately it wasn't the same pizza as two weeks ago—perhaps the dough is made with a different flour than my last experience, which, for my taste, is far from what I'd like. First, I ordered a buffalo mozzarella and got a Margherita, which was then replaced. The waitress made a mistake and switched the pizzas at our table. The staff was distracted because (with only a few people) the same waitress who ordered the pizza delivered it calling it Margherita when it was actually a buffalo mozzarella. I had to wait for the replacement while everyone else had already finished. Disappointed. I didn't like the pizza 🍕. The fried food, however, was good.

06/07/2025: Family atmosphere, very kind staff, normal waiting times. Moving on to the food, here you can taste the classic Neapolitan pizza but with that touch that makes you say "It's her". Starting with a cacio e pepe frittatina that was nothing short of spectacular, we opted for a margherita with buffalo mozzarella and a gourmet pizza that leaves you speechless. Compliments to all the staff. In particular to the pizza chef Ciro. See you soon

10/07/2025: Non sono stata a mangiare non ne ho avuto modo purtroppo perché sono andata per prenotare un tavolo per circa 30 persone e ci hanno rifiutato senza neanche cercare di spiegare cosa volevamo fare. Cioè semplicemente pizza al centro tavolo e qualche fritto. Non credo nulla di così complesso. Ma ci hanno detto che eravamo in troppi. Ma!! Credo che più persone si portano meglio è, il locale mi sembrava assolutamente adatto. Poca professionalità da parte loro perché se non si è in grado di far fronte ad una comitiva che vuole passare una serata insieme meglio chiudere
