13/01/2026: 🙀🥺😭 I celebrated my graduation party here. The evenings overall aren't bad: the atmosphere is unique and is definitely the venue's strong point. Unfortunately, however, the event organization was truly terrible. Communication via WhatsApp was difficult and unclear, and during the party, it was impossible to speak to the staff due to the loud music. The organization definitely needs rethinking. The food was disappointing: the pizza wasn't good, and the only decent thing was the coccoli appetizer. The biggest disappointment was the cake: I chose it based on their catalog and the photos they sent me, but I received a different cake than the one I had agreed upon. I reported the error in the questionnaire I received by email (because they value customer feedback to help them improve), but no one contacted me to apologize or clarify the error. The cake wasn't to our liking and hardly anyone ate it, so I wasted €60, not to mention ruining the party dessert I was expecting. I didn't cause any controversy during the party because I wanted to have fun and enjoy the moment, but I was very disappointed. For important events like a graduation party, where only one person pays and organizes everything in advance, I wouldn't recommend this place. My answer: Your brochure clearly shows an image of a raw cheesecake: you don't have to be a pastry chef to understand that. That's precisely why, seeing that photo, I expected a raw cheesecake. What was delivered to me was different from what I ordered, so the error is objectively yours. Even more serious was the response: no apology, no offer of a refund or solution, but an attempt to shift the blame onto me by saying that "I expected something else." Faced with such an obvious mistake and a completely indifferent attitude toward the customer, I've decided to downgrade my review. The photo speaks for itself, as does your behavior.

12/01/2026: Probably the worst dinner of my life, and not because of the food, which was also good. I came for dinner with my friends and found myself in a nightclub. The DJ set in the room was dubious, the sound system was louder than any nightclub I've ever been to. I couldn't even talk to the person next to me. I screamed all night, trying to get out of there and barely knowing how my friends were doing. I tried asking the staff to turn it down, but they told me there's always music but they'd try to ask them to turn it down, but that's about it. The music got even louder throughout the evening. It was a horrible experience, a tortured dinner. It felt like a tourist resort, trashy Italian music and neomelodic music. Yet I went on a Sunday night, I can't even imagine a Saturday. I left with bleeding ears. (P.S. there's only one toilet in the bathroom, and there are no signs or signs differentiating between the sexes.)

05/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after turning off the tunnel, and then we found this lovely little town. It was packed with kite surfers, but still very charming. We looked around for a restaurant and found this one – a real hidden gem. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. The menu was also available in German, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: A historic venue with an elegance and a taste of times gone by. Warm welcome, impeccable service, performed with class and never intrusive. Dishes crafted with skill and elegance, beautiful and delicious. Prices are in line with the excellent quality. Unfortunately, I didn't try the fish, but we'll definitely be back. See you next time.

06/05/2026: A beautiful village just a few minutes' drive from Courmayeur. I stayed in the Romantic Suite, which offers a fantastic view of Mont Blanc. The room is well-furnished, with wood furnishings, a whirlpool tub, and is equipped with every comfort: a kitchenette, air conditioning, a kettle, a coffee machine with pods, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, herbal teas, and biscuits. All in a clean, tidy environment, with attention to every detail. The village has a restaurant/pizzeria and will soon open a bar, which also hosts live music evenings. The swimming pool is open during the summer, and there are also a gym and sports fields. I almost forgot: the staff were very friendly and the welcome was warm. I'll be back!

The location is enchanting, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, and immersed in a dreamlike setting, within what can unquestionably be called the most beautiful village in Italy. The welcome was impeccable: friendliness, professionalism, and customer care are evident from the first moment. The service is top-notch, elegant, and precise, making every guest feel special. The restaurant is truly top-notch: excellent dishes, quality ingredients, and refined flavors that enhance tradition with a touch of class. Each course is a unique experience for the palate. A special thanks goes to chef Michelle, the true jewel in the crown of the property. Her expertise, passion, and kindness make the stay even more exclusive and unforgettable. Highly recommended for those seeking excellence, beauty, and unparalleled hospitality. I will definitely be back!

The first thing that stands out is the welcome: the manager is a delightful person, capable of making you feel immediately at home with extreme professionalism. This attitude is reflected in the entire staff; the waiters were extremely kind, always smiling, and attentive to our every need, without ever being intrusive. Another great strength is the variety of the menu. There's truly an embarrassment of choice, and the dishes range across a wide variety of flavors, satisfying every taste, including the most discerning or those seeking creative and flavorful plant-based options. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of food quality and human warmth. We'll definitely be back!
