09/08/2024: It has been an unparalleled culinary experience. Carlo's treatment was UNBEATABLE. A very kind, nice and generous man. The dishes are a delight. All the dishes he offers are made with ingredients that he himself produces and takes care of, they are his own. This explains the magnificent variety of dishes and flavors it offers. I recommend going there, it's quite an experience!

13/08/2024: Found a place by pure chance even though it was a Wednesday evening. Prices are more than fair, it feels like we've gone back a couple of years. Excellent pizza, both the Neapolitan-like dough and the filling. Furthermore, for the first time ever I saw the price of an ingredient that I had requested removed be deducted. Well done, thanks. I will definitely return at the first opportunity.

13/08/2024: sometimes I think that we continue to come to the beautiful Forni di Sopra for this very modern and warm place and for its wonderful pizzas, offered by a staff who really knows how to do their difficult job. When we want to stay at home we come here....... and certain experiments by Accettura, the sexy chef, make us lose our minds.

Happily accommodating on our visit a family of 15 with 7 children under the age of 5!
Knowledgeable obliging staff and their mutli lingual QR menu guide you through an exceptional regional menu in an area where English is barely spoken making a warm welcome to an unjustly neglected area of Lazio.

Una bella scoperta in una bella Giornata.
Prezzi nella norma.. un piccolo risparmio tramite l app.
Ci hanno regalato anche del pane prodotto da loro che mia figlia ha apprezzato molto 😂

31/08/2024: Wonderful pizza, so many to choose from and beautifully made with fresh, local delicious ingredient! Loved the crust too! Thin in the centre with a nice perfectly chewy outside.
The dough balls were also very tasty - a generous portion. Very reasonably priced.
Plenty of local Italian people eating there too, which is clearly a good sign.
Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable service.
Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Naples or making a stop on your way to or from Naples airport!
20/08/2024: I found out about this pizzeria through friends. Excellent products, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately I don't have any photos, I promise to take them every time but I guarantee that I will remember them only after having eaten so much, the pizzas are invited and delicious. I highly recommend it 💯🔝

We asked for home delivery but it wasn't possible.

La Taverna del Leone

02/08/2024: My family and I stayed in a villa just 100 meters down the road from La Taverna for 7 nights. We ate at La Taverna Del Leone 4 times during our trip, as we liked it that much. We found it to be the best out of all meals we had in Italy and we dined in Naples, Positano, Capri, and Ravello. The service is unmatched and the food and wine are stellar.
26/07/2024: The extreme quality of their pizzas is surprising. The best we have had after 8 days in Italy and passing through Rome and Naples (no less).
Baked with whole wheat flour, in a wood-fired oven and with a buffalo mozzarella base.
Awesome.

Siamo stati coccolati e consigliati in maniera egregia dal titolare Matteo. Tanta passione e attenzione nella ricerca delle materie prime e tutto questo viene trasmesso al cliente. Vino proposto perfetto! Ci torneremo sicuramente.
