02/03/2026: Couple's trip with a 7-year-old child. Superb stay! We stayed one night at the hotel... Clean and spacious rooms, with a hot tub and sensory shower in the room! We also booked the exclusive use of the spa for couples, a truly wonderful experience. The owner was super helpful and kind, accommodating our every need before we even told him. The seafood lunch was superb: delicious, fresh, and generous. The homemade tiramisu is a must-try. We'll definitely be back.

A meticulously maintained and stylishly furnished environment, an unparalleled view of the first hills of Friuli (both from the spacious outdoor terrace and the upstairs mezzanine), and extremely friendly staff. But above all, refined, varied, sophisticated, and flavorful cuisine that will delight even a carnivore like myself. Pets are welcome. The online booking system is very convenient. A place we'll definitely return to.

26/02/2026: This place is all about moving people. There are just a few tables in the dining room, just the right ones to take your time and savor the passion in every dish. Regional and non-regional wines complement the dishes without overpowering the pairing. It's worth a stop.

The dishes are impeccably executed, from start to finish. The desserts are a real treat. The small seating capacity and the friendly owner create a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a try.

13/03/2026: Dinner here last night with my wife and daughter. Fabulous experience from start to finish. Delicious does not do the food justice. The menu reflects food and drink the proprietor enjoys preparing and eating. You will, too. Expect some surprises and be adventurous in your choices. B.O.r.G.O. will reward you with a memorable meal and experience. Not to be missed.

29/12/2025: Very friendly and kind staff, very good food and a quiet atmosphere where you can chat with people at the table without having to raise your voice, I recommend it to anyone passing through Florence or are in the area.

26/12/2025: Had Diavola, it was slightly bigger than most other places. The quality of dough was superb. Restaurant was busy as eh but it came troppo veloche ie fast within quicker the one might think. Cherry on top was mascarpone Pandoro special cake made at Xmas by mumma . It was best restaurant desert I've tried since 2 months in 4 cities . Props to family run and operated venues. This place is a Neighborgood gem . Fair prices too. A lot of flair.

26/06/2025: Well-rated restaurant despite the unfriendly welcome from the owner. We felt like we were intruding; he seemed overwhelmed by the arrival of customers. Fortunately, the staff is much more attentive than the owner. The pinse are good but not exceptional, and the value for money is relatively good.

05/03/2026: From the very beginning, we were taken care of by a great waiter, very friendly, and I'd rate the service as a 6+. The food was excellent, and we received an appetizer before ordering. Olive oil for the pizza was immediately delivered to the table. The pizza was delicious. The local beer recommended by the waiter was very good. The wine was delicious.

28/02/2026: The pasta, steak, and pizza were all very good. Everything was fresh and well-prepared; the pasta was light but filling. The panna cotta was the best I've ever had; I definitely recommend it for dessert; it's milky and not too sweet, and the consistency is creamy, perfect. The staff was very friendly; you can tell they care about their customers and enjoy their work, creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this place 🤍

15/02/2026: Today we were there for the second time. We were enchanted the first time, and the second, too. Nestled in the hills near Collesano, it offers breathtaking views and is easy to reach. The place feels like home, they welcome you with a smile, the fireplace is always lit, in short, it's a comfortable refuge. The service is excellent, even on the busiest and most hectic days, with a constant smile and friendliness from the staff. The owner loves what he does; you'll see him wandering the tables, personally serving guests, and making sure everything is fine. The food is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, with a focus on local produce. The dishes are a mix of tradition and innovation, but without losing their local identity. In short, it's like eating at a gourmet grandmother's house! The portions are generous; we couldn't finish everything and took the rest home because throwing it away would have been sacrilegious. They always offer a shot of their own liqueurs. The chocolate one is definitely worth trying; it's sublime. We bought a bottle. Casale Drinzi is one of those places that fills your belly and warms your heart, perfect for a little pampering every now and then. See you next time! The toppings are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients; you choose how to build your slice from the base onward. I can't post a photo because my colleague and I devoured it in no time.
