The risotto’s creaminess, the balance between pecorino and guanciale, and the perfect texture of the rice reflect culinary mastery and a respectful yet modern approach to tradition. Homemade Potato Gnocchi: Light and velvety in texture, made with top-quality ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the freshness of the produce and the chef’s skill in blending simplicity with sophistication. The desserts maintained the high standard of the meal, with elegant presentation and well-balanced flavors. 21/06/2025: There is no seating fee, and they cut the ingredients right after you order. So it is completely fresh and basic. Other cheap pizza places use pre-made or canned mushrooms, but this place does not do that. Recommended. However, there are not many seats. If you do it well, you will be on the street. Be sure to order the chili oil~ Bonissimo~~

10/06/2025: Heerlijke pizza’s en authentieke Siciliaanse ervaring. We hebben hier twee pizza’s gegeten met dessert. Eenvoudig restaurant maar heerlijk eten en heel vriendelijke bediening door de familie. Wij komen hier graag nog terug.

06/06/2025: Aparecimos en La Bottega simplemente porque estaba a poca distancia de donde estábamos alojados. Quizás porque estaba situado en una calle residencial a cierta distancia del centro de Sirmione, no teníamos grandes expectativas, pero fueron fácilmente superados. Para los no italianos, estas eran las mejores pizzas que habíamos comido. La textura de las bases era perfectamente consistente, mientras que las coberturas sabían mucho más frescas, el servicio de mesa era eficiente y amigable. El hombre que cuida el horno, que puede haber sido el propio Roberto, también fue muy amable cuando vinimos a pagar. En términos de relación calidad-precio, este fue fácilmente el mejor restaurante que utilizamos durante nuestra corta estancia.

21/06/2025: My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant almost by chance, but it immediately became one of those places that stay in your heart. The atmosphere is intimate, with attention to detail but never pretentious - just how we like it. The wine they recommended was a real revelation: fragrant, full-bodied at the right point, perfect to accompany each course. You could feel that behind that bottle there was passion and a careful choice, not made by chance. But the real love at first sight were the bombette: tender, juicy, with a flavor that makes you close your eyes at the first bite. The best we have ever eaten, really. A small masterpiece of the Apulian tradition. Attentive, smiling and never intrusive service. In an already special trip, this restaurant was one of the best moments. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

31/05/2025: Pizza great. Crumbly, good quality ingredients, crispy dough. I recommend it because it's very good!!!! We got a heart-shaped pizza - wow. The cook speaks a little Polish. You'll get by without a problem. I recommend it.
