13/06/2025: Stumbled onto this restaurant after visiting Monreale Cathedral. Initial impression was a slightly surly owner but after sitting down it all came together. The food was fabulous and service was brilliant.

06/06/2025: It was the first thing we ate in Rome. We liked it very much but we didn't know it was one of the best pizzas in Rome when we ate it. It's a bit far from the center but if you're in this area, definitely try it. It was fresh and delicious, and there was a lot of variety. The price is also very reasonable. 👏🏻

05/06/2025: I had to do it. For a long time actually....but the opportunities are becoming rarer and rarer and even stopping can be a problem. But now I'm back and I mustn't forget to write a review. Why? Quick to say...I've known them practically since they opened although I've been here sporadically...a little more when I was a student, less and less when I worked in the area...almost never now that my life takes place elsewhere. And it's the only certainty that's left in the area and that's not a small thing. The place, let's face it, is worth little or nothing...small, little space for seating...almost all taken up by the counter...and yet there's almost always a line...even on a hot Saturday afternoon that you would never have thought you'd find at that hour. And instead there was a line and it's always for the same reason: they know how to make pizza well. A job passed down from parents to children and enriched by the presence of very fast but always friendly staff (and this is an added value) with a price level that has always remained constant.... I would say slightly lower than average in an area full of offices and activities and with fierce competition but at a decidedly more expensive level. This time, since I hadn't been here for a long time, I tried the calzone and the bianca.... two classics..... these are the ones that make the comparison. Promoted. But even a taste of the crostino pizza wasn't bad at all, on the contrary... and let's not talk about the one with potatoes.... And then not only do they always issue a receipt but they also propose payment by card, all spontaneously, simply and quickly.... with the pizza served in practical take-away containers. For workers, tourists, students, citizens... for anyone, the advice is to come here without hesitation because for almost forty years this place has been a guarantee and I think it will remain so for a long time. Useful information? Then leave a like and look at the other reviews made on Rome and beyond.

05/06/2025: Ho conosciuto questo ristorante per caso tramite social, attratto da alcuni video decidiamo di pranzare una domenica e provare. La location è bella, pulita e ordinata. Seduti veniamo accolti da Luigi proprietario del locale che subito ci consiglia alcuni piatti della casa. Antipasti buonissimi, qualità eccellente e cucinati in maniera altrettanto eccellente, piatti a mio avviso degni di stella Michelin, si passa da piatti classici della cucina partenopea rivisitati a salumi di pesce fatti da loro... è difficile spiegare a parole un piatto che riesce a stimolare i sensi e produrre un'esperienza piacevole e gratificante. Si prosegue con i primi sempre di pesce, pasta cotta al punto giusto con un abbinamento di gusti veramente da chef stellato. Concludiamo con dei dolci sempre fatti in casa.....strepitosi.... è da provare, vi dico solo che al momento del conto ho prenotato per festeggiare la comunione di mio figlio. Lo consiglio vivamente!

24/06/2025: Stopped here for a quick bite to eat before the Baths of Caracalla (Terme di Caracalla). Best decision ever! Quick friendly service with very tasty options. Got the mushroom white pizza and tomato basil with one suppli classico(arancini). With 2 waters came out to be a little over 10€. Seating available inside and outside. Highly recommend!

11/06/2025: This is a really local authentic Romano pizza restaurant!!! I highly recommend it. It's a 10-minute walk from the Baths of Caracalla. The staff is also friendly.

26/06/2025: Pizzeria with ample space outside too. Warm atmosphere thanks to the presence of excellent waiters, thanks to Cristian. I tried the fried pizza, very good with fresh ingredients. I live in Naples historic center, I have not tried fried pizza like this yet

12/05/2025: After my trip to Italy, I encountered the pizza of my life near the last border on the way to Slovenia. It was made with a thin dough made from excellent dough and was large in size. Even though I ate it in a hurry, it was easily digested without causing any heartburn. The price was great and the service was very comfortable. I definitely plan to visit when I go to Italy again.

07/06/2025: Very delicious local pizza. At first they said there was no space, but in the end we only got one of the 6 tables. It was nice to see the Italian hustle and bustle. It was worth going there. I recommend it if you are open to exploring places outside the tourist centers.

07/06/2025: In this place you will not find: - ingredients with dop, igp, doc, pdf, ppt denominations. - contemporary Neapolitan dough 7.0 with 80% hydration leavened 97.5 hours under the full moon that for some reason always sticks in your stomach. - pistachio pistachio waterfalls - senseless prices That said, it is a perfect place to eat a VERY GOOD pizza at decent prices (I can't say normal because normality has now become making you pay 18 euros for a pizza). A pizza like the ones we ate when we were kids, before they put bombs in our heads and we started discussing pizza as if it were nuclear physics. Good and cooked perfectly, light and no nighttime thirst. The best place in town to have dinner in one of the most scenic corners of Catania, with very good and very kind guys.

03/06/2025: An experience to do, when you enter this place you perceive the charm and the history, the Piarist cloister with a real chapel inside is amazing, Antonio is an excellent host, he welcomes you as if he had been your friend forever. His dishes are typical and cooked with the products of his countryside. The thing that fascinated me a lot is that he showed us his entire restaurant and also the kitchen where his mother is and immediately you feel the warmth of home. His place is very elegant and full of small details, truly a gem. His tasty dishes, rediscover the true flavors and well presented. Congratulations to Antonio, his sister and his mother.
