A super delicious discovery thanks to a friend who brought some sweets from this pastry shop all the way from Vercelli to Trieste... and what can I say: a real revelation! 😍 Despite the journey, the sweets arrived perfect, fragrant and delicious, as if they were freshly picked up. The cream puffs were spectacular, but everything else was truly worth it, too. You can tell when there's quality and care behind them. Congratulations, truly! 👏

Excellent place for breakfast and excellent pastries, the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Expanding the space has been a great improvement. Just one piece of advice: the new room should be furnished to avoid reverberation, because without sound-absorbing furniture, when the place is full, it becomes too noisy and annoying.

A real niche, yesterday I went into this pastry shop (Il mattarello) I had breakfast with a truly delicious cappuccino and a really good honey brioche, pastry shop in full view, a huge assortment of pastries, next time I will try them, clean place and very kind staff, I recommend it to everyone.
