Vecchio Albergo Sacro Monte In Varallo

In occasione di una visita in zona e incontro con amici a pranzo in questo vecchio Albergo che è la storia del luogo è sempre un piacevole ritorno io prendo l'occasione per gustare le loro specialità agnolotti e lumache top, buona carta dei vini professionalità dei titolari sempre squisita complimeni per mantenere questa casa al livello di qualità percepita.

Nice hotel from times gone by, like those from Agatha Christie films (Poirot would be fine there). We had lunch at the hotel restaurant. Very courteous staff, good service, excellent starters, lasagnetta with toma cheese and mushrooms perhaps too rich in bechamel, amazing desserts. Absolutely fair price considering the location. Advised

Actually came just to have an hot chocolate just before starting to visit the Sacro Monte. A real and original and overwhelming hot chocolate, by the way. Don’t know that much about the place, but I felt like being back in the past. Thinking of Simenon, Thomas Mann or even Rilke.

Enchanting location, quality food, excellent service, what can I say, these are places where I say: I will definitely return here
