It's the perfect place to sample traditional Piedmontese dishes made with high-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

10/01/2026: Here for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. A very welcoming, typical Piedmontese restaurant. The cuisine features typical local dishes, which I would call excellent. The service is impeccable. I'd say it's an ideal place for those seeking authentic local flavors. Definitely worth returning!

06/01/2026: For those who want to enjoy divine fish, there's a choice of top-quality raw and cooked fish.
The staff is attentive to every diner's need, and the owner is extremely knowledgeable in recommending dishes and wine pairings.
If one or more of your guests want meat, just let them know a few days in advance and the owner will make sure it's catered to!
What can I say? Truly exceptional!
The prices are in line with high expectations, not at all excessive.

04/01/2026: Excellent in every way. It's hard to find restaurants that still amaze me, yet Franz was one of them.
Everything was truly delicious. With some dear friends, we tried the oysters and the mixed grill, and we were completely satisfied with everything.
The quality of the service undoubtedly makes the difference: the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable.
I will definitely be back!

We had two Angus fillets, one Irish and one Argentinian. Excellent.
The Irish one in particular was delicious, very tender, with very fine fiber, good marbling, and very tasty.
The wine list was very extensive.
The service was efficient, the staff were helpful and friendly.
The dessert was also good.
The facilities were neat and clean.
The quality/price ratio was also good.
I absolutely recommend it to meat lovers.

07/01/2026: Highly recommended! You can choose the all-you-can-eat hotpot menu, or the à la carte Chinese menu. My boyfriend and I chose the hotpot, and it was truly satisfying: being able to try everything in small portions made it much easier to approach a rather new culture. Plus, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful: he explained in detail how each step of our dinner worked.

We ordered "Il Norcino va in malga," a fantastic selection of cured meats and cheeses, the goat's cheese spectacular!
And two braised beef cheeks, very delicate in both flavor and texture, accompanied by very tasty roast potatoes.
The staff was very friendly and the service professional.
I found the prices very fair for what they offer. I'll definitely be back!
23/11/2025: An exceptional experience. From the intimate and well-appointed setting to the attentive service of the waitress: professional, cheerful, and capable of instilling a good mood. The owner also stands out for his professionalism and the natural sense of trust he instills.
The quality of the food is top-notch, and the menu is perfectly balanced: just the right number of dishes to choose based on your tastes without being overwhelming (a detail that demonstrates the care taken in preparing the dishes, and I can attest to that).
Another strong point: the excellent selection of wines and spirits.
We'll definitely be back!
