But what made the lunch truly special was the service; attentive to every detail; the young man who accompanied us was especially special: exceptionally classy, ​​patient, discreet, always present without ever being intrusive. 13/09/2025: Adorable!!! And absolutely delicious food. I was on a driving from trip from Paris to Milan. An hour before reaching Milan we decided to find a place to have dinner. What good fortune that we came across this place. It’s a family operation from the cooking to the serving. Everything was delicious.

A fine menu, quality/price ratio above all expectations and an elegant location that does not make you feel uncomfortable. In the Michelin guide for several years, but it has nothing less than many starred.

The ceiling and walls are decorated with care and imagination, perfectly in keeping with a wine bar. 10/09/2025: We dined at Ristorante Unione, one of the most sought-after spots during our stay in Alagna, choosing their exquisite Raclette, available by reservation only. The dish was accompanied by a good selection of pickles, cured meats (including their own carne salada), taragna polenta, and new potatoes with their skins on. The traditional atmosphere was filled with Alagna memorabilia and history, and the service was friendly. Delicious cheese, generous portions, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be returning.

24/08/2025: FOOD: Very good. The selection includes typical local dishes. The "raviolette alagnesi" were spectacular. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was very tasty. The cheesecake was one of the best I've ever tasted. There are vegetarian options on the menu. SERVICE: Everyone was very friendly. We had two children, and they even set the table for them.

24/09/2025: What a lovely experience. By far our best meal of our holiday to date. Service was exceptional and prompt, even with the restaurant full of other diners. When we arrived before the kitchen was prepared, we were offered a drink and plate of chips and peanuts...we could have eaten theses all night! I had the Battuta Al Coltello which is a local spin on a tartare - absolutely delicious. The only problem was we didn't have room for dessert! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Santhia.
