03/03/2024: Excellent little restaurant in the center of Cuneo. There are few tables so it is advisable to book. All vegan and gluten-free. I really appreciated the opportunity to have a taste of all the dishes on the menu, which changes every week. Excellent quality ingredients and very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely recommended!

Pleasant dinner, with a few pearls.
I loved the roast cardoon, beautiful and delicious. The "ris e coi" plin are very interesting and particular, even if they are not particularly tasty. The mustard and honey cheek is wonderful.
Castelmagno's selection is very good. The bunet was good, small but very pleasant.
Excellent service.
I don't know the price, I was a guest.

26/08/2023: I was in Cuneo for work and I had breakfast and lunch in this bar: very good food with a superlative dessert and really well-made coffee.
Very friendly staff and excellent value for money.
If I return to Cuneo, it will be a fixed destination.

02/10/2023: su consiglio fi persone di cuneo sono stato a prendere i ravioli del plin da portare a casa in occasione di una gita. Locale molto ben fornito e buona la qualità.
