In my opinion the restaurant, located in the center of Cuneo, is well looked after in detail and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is of an excellent standard for a pizzeria/restaurant, with good attention to raw materials. The pizzas are excellent, the result of years of experience of the Amatruda family, a name and a guarantee in Cuneo and its surroundings. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Must try, and a good foodie tells you so (not a local guide...luckily)!

25/02/2024: Today we ate in this little restaurant and it wasn't the first time, yes, because we have known Piatti di Parola for a few years. It is a small restaurant, in one of the most characteristic streets of Cuneo. The owners are two very kind people and you immediately feel at ease. We find the food fantastic! What we liked, from the first time we ate in this restaurant, is the desire for innovation in the dishes that the chef creates. I recommend it and I'm sure that if you are from the area, you will become loyal customers!
