I have to say that the quality has amazed me lately... And the staff has always been courteous too. Thank you.

Good food, bad service, nice atmosphere. We ordered an experience platter with 3 types of meat. They came cold, including the potatoes. We asked for them to be heated up, but they came back only slightly lukewarm...🙄😒 The taste was very good, quality meat. But the whole problem was the old Italian bad service; it seems culturally ingrained that they are unpleasant... I don't know what happens in this country, it seems like you have to be rude to work here.... This kind of thing is annoying; what should be a moment of relaxation and enjoyment is completely ruined because of it. And it wasn't cheap, by the way.

It's very well-presented, with tables available both inside and outside, though still within the shopping center. The food is very good, and the new additions to the menu are often the most successful and tasty. I highly recommend the meat fries; they're truly excellent! The restaurant is also kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. Another positive aspect is the courtesy of the staff: the waitress who takes orders, in particular, is always very kind, helpful, and attentive. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, are the prices, as some are quite high. I always recommend eating there, as takeout, unfortunately, is significantly less quality than eating in. I also recommend downloading the app: it allows you to accumulate points and receive exclusive discounts, so it's really useful for those who go there often. Overall, a positive experience, recommended! ✨
