13/11/2025: A real hidden gem, very friendly staff and the food is delicious and inexpensive!!! I'll definitely be back!

09/11/2025: On Saturday evening, without a reservation, we were able to get a table for two without any wait. The servers were very friendly and professional. We ordered pizzas, which were excellent, as was the generously portioned tiramisu for dessert. To top it off, two glasses of limoncello were offered with the bill. We had a very pleasant evening.

07/01/2026: A friend recommended this place. We were greeted in a unique and special way, making us feel at ease. We had a little dog with us, so there were no problems. In fact, a water bowl was ready right away! The waiters were extremely kind and happy to recommend dishes, everything was fresh and niche. The price was fair for the quality... I'd say everything was top-notch!

04/01/2026: Beautiful location in the historic center of Venice. We ate truly well; the first courses were wonderful, the second courses superb. The finger foods were delicious, especially the ones with creamed cod. The friendly and professional staff welcomes you to spend some quality time... I highly recommend it.

16/12/2025: Ended up randomly choosing this restaurant based on reviews and we were so happy we did. Very traditional Venitian cuisine in a less crowded part of the city, we were able to get a table with no reservations. The food was excellent, we ordered seppie in nero con polenta along with spaghetti scampi alla busara. Very enjoyable and a great end to the evening!

29/11/2025: One unexpected yet surprisingly delicious meal. Osteria Al Mariner serves meals that seems to be cooked and a well-loving mother or nonna with the freshest ingredients from the market. If you want to experience the local delicacy in a very organic-looking and unpretentious corner of Venice, I'd recommend you to try this place. The Spaghetti alle Seppie Nere (with Cuttlefish Ink) is one flavorful dish, and the Branzino at Forno really tastes like home. It's a dish I took back home by trying to learn the recipe to cook it, but nothing comes close.

07/01/2026: The place is nice and warm especially during winter, but unfortunately the food was not up to standard. The vongole was overly salted and lacked the fresh clam seafood delicate flavour that was overpowered by way too much garlic and the espresso was 3 euros. It would have been fine but given the price they charge is not worth it in my opionon. Service was standard but wouldn't recommend going again given the price of the food.

17/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening, making a reservation without checking the menu because we'd been there a year and a half ago for dinner and were very impressed with the quality and deliciousness of the fish. We found ourselves in a completely different place than we expected, especially regarding the food. However, we decided to trust the new management and ordered two first courses: spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with squid ink. Unfortunately, both dishes were terrible, both in terms of flavor, the choice of ingredients, and the way they were prepared. These simple, traditional dishes were completely flawed, so much so that we were reluctantly unable to finish them. The pasta in both dishes was undercooked, the clam sauce tasted only of garlic and lemon, and the fish had no flavor whatsoever, while the squid in the other pasta dish was not only tasteless but also rubbery. We're very sorry to have to leave such a negative review, but we must say that we greatly appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the waiter who served us.

15/01/2026: A very positive lunch experience. I had lunch at the Miravalle restaurant a few days ago... almost by chance, on the recommendation of a local. We were walking, so I can't comment on parking or anything else. A very positive experience. The waiters were very helpful and kind. The restaurant was well-kept. We had two first courses and a pizza. The pizza was truly superb. The vegetables were fabulous. It's been a long time since I've had them this good (peppers and radicchio in particular!). The white polenta with shrimp was excellent. The spaghetti alla busara was very good, and the scampi were plentiful. The tiramisu was good. The price was reasonable. Definitely recommended. I would gladly go back. Thank you.

13/01/2026: We went for lunch after seeing the ice nativity scene because it was recommended to us. They were right, we had a great time, impeccable service, a nice and well-maintained place. The shellfish tortelli were superb!!! I wasn't entirely sold on the seafood spaghetti because there's a lot of seafood, but there's so much tomato sauce that I thought it covered the flavor of the fish. The fried food was also excellent, including the fried vegetables. The pizzas were truly delicious. The bib was excellent so you don't get your clothes dirty when eating the spaghetti. The price was good considering the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: If you want to experience authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to go. We felt like we were the only non-Italians in the restaurant. The food was fantastic; I had a delicious lasagna, and my colleague had a fillet that was also amazing. For dessert, we both highly recommend the tiramisu, which was one of the best we've ever had.
