13/06/2025: This is the kind of restaurant where the locals eat. It appeared the staff knew their diners and treated all guests respectfully. It was recommended to us by numerous locals for its truly great Italian food. We walked in when it opened and it was full within a half of an hour. It's off the beaten path in an alley but well worth it. The food was fantastic and the service was great.

07/09/2025: We've been to Bibione over 25 times now… For us, there are really only three restaurants! Da Renzo is definitely one of them! The service is fantastic! The prices are very reasonable! The food quality is consistently excellent! Highly recommended!

04/09/2025: Child-friendly - off-limits. Children aren't allowed to touch anything. My son touched a chain, which caused a stall sign to wobble. It didn't fall over or break. The owner screamed loudly and stood up. She started cursing in Italian. We elves should watch our children and not let them run around. This woman's behavior is incredibly disgusting. Disgusting. To jog the unfriendly lady's memory! We weren't even waiting in her restaurant. We were still standing in front of a CHEAP stop sign, whose chain my child touched. And that's why this cheap sign wobbled. Nothing happened at all! This unfriendly and incompetent lady simply felt disturbed while she was eating. WE WERE NEVER IN THE RESTAURANT! The unfriendly lady's screaming had already taken place outside the restaurant (entrance). Perhaps you should change your own meal times or opening hours. And please stick to the truth and avoid writing lies. Thank you!

03/04/2026: Despite the bad reviews, I decided to stay one night in the 50 sq m suite, partly because of the good price. I didn't have high expectations. The room was quite old, smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and there was a beer bottle and a full ashtray left behind by the previous guest (or whoever it was). The bathtub and kitchen were off-limits. On the plus side, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the staff (including the owner) were very friendly. Parking was available right in front of the hotel, and it was practically right on the beach and the main shopping street.

01/06/2025: Se volete una vista mozzafiato sulla laguna, se siete amanti del pesce in tutte le sue forme e siete in gita a pellestrina, non potete non andare da celeste. Intanto la Cordialità, disponibilità del personale, oltre al servizio impeccabile. Attenzione ai dettagli, perfetti i tempi di servizio oltre che ai consigli sui piatti e i fuori. Il menù variegato ma non esagerato, attento a valorizzare anche il pesce del territorio. Ho provato la crudite come antipasto (una meraviglia al palato), ed un primo di spaghetti alla granceola, gustosissimo. Per finire un'ottima frittura, delicata, perfetta nella panatura, il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino. Il zuccotto come dessert ha chiuso in modo ineccepibile la cena. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, considerando che si mangia pesce di alto livello. lasciate perdere le persone che scrivono recensioni negative perché non hanno capito proprio niente di questo ristorante e tantomeno della qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo presto sicuramente ! Fantastici!!

06/01/2026: We had a reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Eve. However, upon arrival, we were not shown to our reserved table; instead, we were given a random, available table without regard for our reservation. When ordering, we were informed that a minimum of two dishes per person was mandatory. We accepted this and then began to wait. After 60 minutes, only an appetizer plate was served. After a total of 90 minutes of waiting, and despite several requests, our food still hadn't arrived, even though we had only ordered spaghetti. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy at the time, so this long wait is completely incomprehensible to us. The service staff also seemed unprofessional, consistently avoiding eye contact and barely responding to our inquiries. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. We informed them that we would leave if the food didn't arrive within two minutes. Since nothing was served, we got up and left. Finally, we realized that our plans would be completely disrupted by the long wait. When it became clear that we were actually going to leave the restaurant, the staff became very pushy and at times aggressive, which we found extremely unpleasant. In the end, they wanted us to pay €61 for just a glass of wine. To end the situation quickly, we paid; however, we received neither a comprehensible explanation nor a discount. 31/12/2025: The food is really not good, frozen and undercooked. We were very disappointed with the New Year's Day meal, which included inedible shellfish. The service is very slow, forcing you to order at least two courses to be served (the restaurant wasn't very full...). In short! If you're a traditionalist, don't go; you'll be disappointed by what I consider to be the best Italian cuisine 🫣 (which I absolutely love). Summary: 🤮

07/04/2026: We went here for Easter lunch, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing: the staff was unfriendly and rather rude, and the wait was truly excessive. A real shame, because the outdoor setting is pleasant. The food quality was mediocre, and the dishes were poorly thought out. We felt almost like a nuisance, as if the customers' presence were unwanted. No one cares about providing good, enjoyable dining anymore, and the excuse of a holiday is no longer acceptable. Definitely not recommended.

06/04/2026: The place is 1980s-style, but overall nice! We were seated right away, but unfortunately, after an hour and a half, only an appetizer arrived, so we decided to leave! I have to say, we weren't even the first ones to leave... We definitely won't be back!

11/04/2026: The food is just food. I can't say anything bad or particularly good. The service would have been fine if they hadn't tried to rip me off. The bill included a "coperto" (essentially a legal tip), and I was alone, but they charged for two, plus 15% service. After my outrage, they removed the coperto, but refused to remove the service. I wouldn't recommend it.

09/04/2026: We were warmly welcomed for just a drink. We were interested in the menu, which looked very tempting, and planned to return for dinner. A quick look at the Google reviews put us off... a very high 15% service charge (in tiny print on the menu) and an €8 setup fee per person. So we abandoned our plan. We ended up paying €16 for a cappuccino and a beer, and the change given for our €20 note was only in 20 and 50 cent coins... Just so you know.

23/10/2025: We stayed at the Grand Italia Hotel, and were often there in the mornings and for aperitif time. Excellent breakfasts and aperitifs, too. A special mention goes to Valentina, the bartender, who was incredibly kind and always had a smile. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: The food was fine but not good enough for the price. The fried calamari was soggy and the salmon lacked any flavor. The service was horrible. Our first waiter clearly did not want to be there, and our second waiter was incredibly sexist. My aunt asked for the check, he did not bring it to her, then my dad asked for the check and he brought it to him but my aunt had the credit card in her hand and still refused to give her the check. Then, my aunt finally handed my dad HER card, he tapped it, and the waiter said “thank you sir.” Terrible food. Even worse service.
