20/10/2025: Very cold and rude service. The food was very poor quality. They brought me a pitcher of beer without me even telling them to charge more money. It's normal to ask if it's a pitcher of glass or a beer. The plates are incredibly small, and they charge a service charge of 5 euros.

27/03/2026: Terrible service and terrible place. We waited half an hour without anyone coming to our table to take our orders, and the place was half empty. We left without ordering anything.

12/11/2025: In every restaurant around the world, cutlery is changed for each course. Using the same fork for both the first and second course is unacceptable!

04/10/2025: Delicious Italian food at the Lido. From pasta to pizza and Bellini, everything is available at reasonable prices and tastes great! Highly recommended!

07/04/2026: Easter Lunch 2026. We booked on behalf of Fozzat for 8 people for our family Easter. It was a delicious lunch that delighted Grandpa, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren. The Preo family is a guarantee, thank you for allowing us to spend a truly intimate Easter with fresh and delicious dishes.

21/03/2026: Welcoming hotel, daily room cleaning, incredibly friendly owner and staff. I ate lunch and dinner there for 20 days and never found a single dish that wasn't delicious, including the pizza. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return, all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

19/01/2026: The ambience was warm and casual - exactly what we were looking for for our late evening drink near our flat. The prices are very decent, too. The owners were very nice, funny and accommodating language-wise for us foreigners (the girl behind the bar spoke English and even a little bit of French). Grazie mille ancora dal Canada! 😃🍁

16/11/2025: First stop for a few beers after arriving at the hotel. I felt very comfortable and at ease, as it reminded me of a typical bar like this in my neighborhood in Córdoba, Andalusia. We went back there the next day.

09/12/2025: We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Everything was perfect! Your French-speaking waiter gave us a wonderful welcome. The service was excellent, as was the food, and the atmosphere was everything you could wish for your loved one's birthday. Thanks again for everything, and maybe see you next year, who knows!

05/05/2026: Returning after years, but completely disappointed. Unfortunately, I only have to give 2 stars to this restaurant, which I remembered as being very good. The pasta with clams was terrible quality, sent back and charged half the price when it came to the bill.

04/05/2026: We went for lunch today. The food was truly awful. We had the pasta with salmon and zucchini, and it was inedible, like glue. We also had a Margherita pizza, and honestly, just looking at it, we immediately thought it wasn't a real pizza. It looked like a reheated crust with tomato and mozzarella on top, with no edges and undercooked. We definitely won't be back; I don't recommend it.

10/05/2026: A decidedly negative experience. We had a terrible meal: poorly prepared dishes, food quality below expectations, and truly disappointing flavors. The staff was disorganized and incompetent. Fortunately, the wait wasn't long, but the service overall was confusing. The prices were also unclear, and, worse still, the bill was initially incorrect. Only after we pointed this out was it corrected. The most absurd thing, however, is this arrangement where they bring the pans directly to your table and you basically have to prepare the dishes yourself. Frankly, when I go to a restaurant, I expect to be served, not to cook. It's an experience we won't repeat, and we can't recommend it. The only positive note was Ivan, who was very friendly and polite.
