25/02/2026: This is a place you have to go eat when you haven't eaten in three days...super generous portions, nice place, the counter at the entrance is an ancient ship, a galleon, with cannons protruding from the sides. Everything was good, the service was fast, and the staff was kind and welcoming. N.B.: We only had a first course, and that was enough for us.

20/05/2026: We have been coming to this restaurant regularly for several years, and during our stay we repeatedly spent around €200 per evening for four people. We are not the kind of customers who write negative reviews after one small mistake. Quite the opposite — we kept returning because the service used to be friendly and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, even though the quality of the food sometimes depended on the shift and the kitchen staff on duty. Unfortunately, this time we reached the point where we decided we will never come back again. It was obvious that the kitchen staff had changed compared to previous days. The food quality suddenly dropped noticeably and everything felt careless and uninspired — for example, the prosciutto e melone was served with absolutely no attention to presentation or detail. That alone we could still tolerate. However, there were several other problems during the same visit. At the beginning, no bread was brought to the table, even though this had always been standard during our previous visits, and we had to ask for it ourselves. The same happened with Parmesan cheese for the pasta — my wife had to specifically ask for it, even though it was a pasta dish where Parmesan would normally be served automatically. These may seem like small details, but details are exactly what separates a good restaurant from an average one. What became completely unacceptable, however, was the behavior of a new young waiter we had never seen there before. After the starter, he removed the plates and literally dumped the used cutlery back onto the table for us to reuse with the main course. Honestly, we have never experienced something like this even in cheap tourist restaurants. We had to ask for clean cutlery ourselves. And then came the final moment that completely ruined the restaurant for us. The next morning, around 11 AM, we were walking past the restaurant. It was almost empty, and our friend simply wanted to quickly use the restroom. The same waiter aggressively stopped him with his hand and categorically refused to let him in — despite the fact that during the previous several days we had been eating lunches and dinners there regularly and spending a significant amount of money in the restaurant. At that moment, we realized we no longer wanted to return. Our usual long-time waiter was not there at the time, so perhaps the management is not even aware of what is happening. But that makes it even more unfortunate that one unprofessional employee can destroy a relationship and reputation that took years to build. Fortunately, there are many restaurants nearby with better food, more professional service, and staff who actually understand what hospitality and respect for customers mean. Sadly, we will not be returning again.

02/06/2026: Reservation confirmed, but the table wasn't available. The owner decided to cancel the reservation without warning, claiming we hadn't received confirmation. Worst of all, he didn't even change his attitude when we received the email confirming the reservation, failing, as befits a "character," to apologize for what happened. This is a place and person to absolutely avoid.

05/01/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. We had lunch and the food was good. Service was quick. It's a shame we were at a table near the door, and I was cold because the door was constantly being opened due to the crowds.

19/01/2026: The ambience was warm and casual - exactly what we were looking for for our late evening drink near our flat. The prices are very decent, too. The owners were very nice, funny and accommodating language-wise for us foreigners (the girl behind the bar spoke English and even a little bit of French). Grazie mille ancora dal Canada! 😃🍁

16/11/2025: First stop for a few beers after arriving at the hotel. I felt very comfortable and at ease, as it reminded me of a typical bar like this in my neighborhood in Córdoba, Andalusia. We went back there the next day.

05/05/2026: Returning after years, but completely disappointed. Unfortunately, I only have to give 2 stars to this restaurant, which I remembered as being very good. The pasta with clams was terrible quality, sent back and charged half the price when it came to the bill.

04/05/2026: We went for lunch today. The food was truly awful. We had the pasta with salmon and zucchini, and it was inedible, like glue. We also had a Margherita pizza, and honestly, just looking at it, we immediately thought it wasn't a real pizza. It looked like a reheated crust with tomato and mozzarella on top, with no edges and undercooked. We definitely won't be back; I don't recommend it.

02/05/2026: Beautiful terrace restaurant overlooking Venice. You don't have to be a hotel guest to eat or drink. Attentive service and a daily and fixed menu are available.

09/06/2026: A quick lunch during a stopover on a trip to Austria. A couple of appetizers: creamed cod and sun-dried tomatoes, spaghetti with clams, water, and a glass of Tokai. Good food, no complaints. Friendly service. Prices aren't popular, but they're acceptable. Fish is expensive, as we all know.

23/05/2026: Wonderful restaurant, excellent cuisine, though some complain that the price/performance ratio isn't quite right. We can't confirm that at all. We had a wonderful meal, delicious wine, and a very pleasant evening! Many thanks – especially to the truly attentive staff – the visit left nothing to be desired, and we will certainly cherish this as a wonderful holiday memory.

09/06/2026: We found it as we walked in, asking if we could eat there. It was a quiet, untouristy place. The owner, Ana, served us quickly and made everything easy. The set menu was €18, and the food was fabulous and full of flavor. It was very reasonably priced for two people.

09/06/2026: Very helpful and friendly staff. I waited very little for my order. I chose spaghetti with clams: in my opinion, the pasta was more like tagliolini, but I was equally satisfied with both the quality and quantity. I would, however, suggest the sauce be free of tomato, as this would allow you to better appreciate the clams. I found the Venetian-style beef liver tender and appetizing; it would have been better if it had been accompanied by two slices of polenta instead of one. The bread provided on the table was also very good: typical Venetian bread! 😋 The side dish was mixed vegetables and French fries: good, well-stocked, and in just the right quantity. Congratulations to the owner and his talented staff. It's a small place that deserves a return visit.

08/05/2026: 8.05.2026. Morning. You need to change a mentality and manners of your waiter who during two minutes very loud mentioned that breakfast costs 50 euro per person. And one time said “five zero from person”. I understand that he's used to serving only old people like himself and for him 50 eur is a lot, but in today's world, even those under 30 have money. And if he were interested in art, I'd give him my autograph on a napkin, which he could sell for more than breakfast at the place where he works. We were upset…

06/11/2025: The worst vacation of my life. The hotel was a disaster. The rooms are very simple, they need renovation. The water doesn't run every now and then. It's a 2* at most. The staff - I can't even describe it, whether in the dining room or in the "bar" as they call it. You have to ask for every meal and drink. The service at the bar is extremely unpleasant. The sea and beach are quite cool, the beach is huge, everyone finds their own place. The sea is ordinary, nothing special. You can't get anywhere without a car. I can't find anything positive, even if I wanted to. Travel agencies should refund at least half of the amount and apologize for the mistake.

06/10/2025: The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a beautiful, wide beach. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the bar staff. They acted as if they were owed everything and as if they owned the place. We ordered cocktails at the beach bar, and someone threw a drink on our table. Naturally, it spilled and stained our table. The guys working there are very unpleasant.
