04/11/2024: Very poor food quality and extremely rude staff, including a bald Italian man who displayed discriminatory behavior. I highly recommend avoiding this place to make your trip smoother and more enjoyable.

05/04/2025: Location affascinante, specialmente di sera, con tavolini in riva al canale e con il ponte a far da sfondo. Servizio gentile e professionale. Il resto un po’ da rivedere: linguine al nero di seppia che non sanno di molto, tagliolini alla busera buoni ma non ottimi e frittura valida ma non asciutta.

02/03/2025: Bonito lugar en un rincón tranquilo de Venecia. Mi esposa tenía pasta y yo branzino, pero, por supuesto, compartimos bastante. Uno de los pocos lugares donde me tomé una cerveza en Italia y fue bastante bueno. La comida también era sólida, volveríamos si pudiéramos encontrarla de nuevo. Nada elegante excepto buena comida. Buen lugar para almorzar.

23/03/2025: Slept only 1 night, very kind staff. Spartan room, but clean and good beds. Functional bathroom, terrace with sea view (stormy). On the first floor a large terrace to share, furnished, very beautiful. Doors a little noisy, but fantastic breakfast! A table for dessert, another for savory, all very fresh sliced ​​... very abundant choice and all quality. Well done

23/03/2025: belle découverte, on peut manger en salle ou sur la terrasse au bord d'un petit canal, nous avons pris des pizzas 11€ et 12€, grandes et bien garnies, dessert à 5€ service agréable plats très copieux, on voyait sur d'autres tables des amateurs de poissons et fruits de mer se régaler. nous avons bien mangé pour un prix correct. une bonne adresse

05/01/2025: Ottima trattoria. Abbiamo pranzato velocemente, uno spaghetto al pomodoro e un salmone grigliato. Tutto buono. I prezzi sono da trattoria, nonostante si trovi a Murano in zona molto turistica. Consigliato.

16/08/2024: È ormai 25 anni che pranzo al pagoda con terrazza coperta vista mare ..sempre ventilata,dal caro amico Roberto e famiglia . Tutto ottimo , menu per grandi e piccini . tost , grande scelta di bruscette , spaghetti ottimi e piatti abbondanti . Mai mangiato cozze così grandi e fresche . Consiglio vivamente

23/01/2025: Fizemos reserva devido aos comentários do Tripadvisor e não nos arrependemos. Excelente comida e atendimento. Gastamos 131 euros em 3 pessoas, com uma entrada, três pratos e meia garrafa de vinho, além de água frizzante.

04/01/2025: Vimos este lugar en una plaza que estaba vacía (ahora sabemos por qué! Pedimos la comida del día con 2 platos y ensalada o patatas por 2 a 20 euros cada uno y 2 aperol spritz. El camarero sonriente, siendo amable pensé, preguntó de dónde éramos, cuánto eran los boletos para llegar a Venecia, etc . . Nos trajo una botella de agua y 3 rebanadas de pan pequeño en una cesta con algunos palitos de pan empaquetados. La comida llegó todo en un plato porciones microscópicas y oblea de pollo delgado. Intentó persuadirnos de postre o café pero afortunadamente dijimos que no. Al pedir la cuenta, nos dio un pedazo de papel con 68 sin detalles. No había lista de precios dada para las bebidas, solo para las botellas así que no tenemos idea de cuánto costaron y por supuesto no hubo cambios respecto a los 70 euros que le dimos. Estábamos demasiado avergonzados para pedirlo, pero nos sentimos tan sorprendidos. ¿Por qué tratar así a la gente? ¿De 40 por la comida a 70? ¿Por qué? ¡Cuidado!

29/01/2025: Go to the restaurant at 7.30pm with an empty car park, forget the parking meter and then you get the fine at 7.42pm. I won't go back there again and congratulations to the authorities who allow this and encourage commercial activities

17/04/2025: Because this is part of my hotel and it was raining quite hard, I decided to stop in for dinner. I got the special price fixe menu because there were certain local specialties I wanted to try and they were only on this menu. Everything was basically tasteless, and overly greasy or very dry. The food and the service were below average and the house wine was terrible. I’m in Italy and had bad Italian food and wine. Unreal. The hotel told me that there was a discount for people staying at the hotel which I asked about before ordering - but found out upon paying that it’s not for that menu, and apparently not on wine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return myself.

01/04/2025: Il locale si trova a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto, in una zona tranquilla. La prima impressione è stata positiva, il personale mi ha fatto subito accomodare e mi hanno portato il menù e la carta dei vini. Volendo provare la cucina tipica veneziana, ho ordinato il menù da 25 € (antipasto, primo, secondo e contorno). Avendo prenotato tramite TheFork, il cameriere mi ha fatto presente che tale menù non era incluso nella scontistica, cosa che ho molto apprezzato in quanto, a mio avviso, denota professionalità e chiarezza. Antipasto e primo molto buoni, leggermente insapori le seppie alla veneziana. Piatti ben presentati e porzioni giuste. Servizio veloce, forse anche troppo. Nel complesso è un locale che consiglio. Si mangia bene e i prezzi, considerando che siamo a Venezia sono ragionevoli. Sicuramente tornerò in occasioni di future visite a Venezia

15/02/2025: Place with many flaws, price too high, non-existent services, and poor cleaning.. At check in, a boy who doesn't speak Italian, I try English, and he understands what he wants. If you put the water heater for herbal teas in your room, but you don't put herbal teas and cups, what's the point...? I ask them at reception and they only bring you the cups.. absurd.. Very poor cleaning.. Room without window, the photos deceive expectations.. I'm sorry but I can't recommend it to anyone.

12/11/2024: I'll start with the best and end with the worst. Positive points: The diversity and good taste of the dishes in the restaurant, the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you to the kitchen staff, to the bar staff as well, to the women who took care of the cleaning and to Hugo who was the intermediary between the French and the hotel staff. For the negative: - Hotel located in a hidden corner. - Problem of supplying the supermarket, for hygiene products such as sanitary napkins or deodorant this poses a very big problem... - Yellow/brown water for 2-3 days for the bathroom faucet, great for rinsing your mouth... - Very small shower - Few outside activities and you have to pay for them extra. - It is forbidden to leave the restaurant with the water bottles provided during the meal, they are open and intended for the trash, I find it very stupid to throw away clean, drinkable water, especially when you see the color of the water in the rooms as I said previously. - In the free drink formula at the bar, they are... But not all! - During an evening at the bar, there was a TV broadcasting the Euro match (Portugal-Slovenia), there were around ten of us in front of the screen, the end of the first period was whistled, it there is an animation with young girls dancing, so far no problem but when the match resumes, the girls continue, they cut the TV and everyone must watch their own side if they want to see the rest of the match... None respect - Following a baggage problem at the airport, the reception staff told us that they would contact the airport staff to find out more (we arrived during the night from Saturday to Sunday). After lunch we went directly to see the lady for information, she replied "today is Sunday, I can't do anything"... Oh well??? On Sunday the airport is at a standstill perhaps... Pfff Monday no info, Tuesday the same in short, no need to expect anything from them... No luggage during the stay and returning home after several weeks, suffice to say it was a crappy vacation! - For hotel - airport transport it is +1 hour journey

30/08/2024: Mit Abstand das BESTE Restaurant in dem ich war !!! Egal was man sich bestellt es schmeckt so unfassbar gut !!!! Der Service , die Freundlichkeit einfach alles stimmt ! Danke für diesen Genuss!! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne !

31/12/2024: Questo è il classico ristorante x turisti. Propone un menù turistico con porzioni lillipuziane. Non dico che n fossero buone. Ma secondo me, porzioni minori rispetto a chi ordina dal menù alla carta. Senza contare che chi ordina alla carta viene servito prima. Peccato. Posto comunque molto molto bello.

24/03/2025: Der Service war tadellos, sehr freundlich und persönlich! Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war superfein, die Weinauswahl gut! Sehr authentisch! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können das Vini da Pinto nur empfehlen!

23/03/2025: Great service and lovely restaurant, it wasn’t busy but most restaurants weren’t due to the time of year, food was lovely, good portion sizes and good value for money, would recommend, we had the prawn linguine and lasagne, both really tasty

08/09/2024: Vrais déçu de ce réveiller bien noté, preuve que les apparence sont trompeuse. Accueil mauvais ( sauf une gentil petite dame ) Serveur familier ce permet de touché l'épaule, aucun sourire réagit bizarrement. Pizza avec champignon surgelé une honte pour un restaurant ( même chez moi je n'utilise pas ca car sans goût) Monsieur 3 bout de salami qui ce batte en duel avec du fromage caoutchouteux. Photo à l'appui. On oaye 2 euro par personne pour un set de table j'étable. Attrape touriste a éviter ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

05/09/2024: We went here for dinner on our last night and will definitely go again on our next visit. Staff was friendly, very welcoming. Food was served quickly and tasted great.
