12/11/2025: In every restaurant around the world, cutlery is changed for each course. Using the same fork for both the first and second course is unacceptable!

19/01/2026: My wife and I went with a reservation yesterday, Sunday, January 18, 2026, to eat grilled meat. We ordered at 1:05 PM and arrived at 2:30 PM. When we asked several questions about how long we still had to wait, no response was given. When we left, no apology or anything else was said. The only thing we heard was "PAPER?"—no greeting or anything. All the other diners, with small children, were also complaining about the wait.

11/10/2025: I tried this restaurant a few weeks ago and returned recently. In both cases, we waited over an hour after ordering. The place was very hot, making the atmosphere almost uncomfortable. The food was delicious.

01/03/2026: We went in February 2026, on a weekday, for a business lunch. I noticed the interior was nice; we sat outside on the veranda. The food was good (we ordered a starter, main course, a drink, and a coffee) with a decent selection, and the price was more than fair. I recommend it.

08/02/2026: Terrible, dirty, food that's almost like canteen food, and way too expensive for the service. They sat us in a large veranda with paper placemats, sticky tables, chairs, and menus, all for €2.50. Spaghetti (broken 😲) with clams and some kind of thick sauce was €20.00. Chosen only out of desperation, as Sottomarina has nothing to offer in the winter, and everything is closed. A disgrace for both the restaurant and the city.

15/02/2026: We had a reservation and the place wasn't full, but despite that, we waited 20 minutes for drinks, and after over an hour of waiting for our food, we left. It was appreciated that we were offered drinks.

20/10/2025: Very cold and rude service. The food was very poor quality. They brought me a pitcher of beer without me even telling them to charge more money. It's normal to ask if it's a pitcher of glass or a beer. The plates are incredibly small, and they charge a service charge of 5 euros.

20/01/2026: Excellent Venetian cuisine with consistently fresh, top-quality ingredients. I love the mashed potatoes with creamed cod, and the trio of raw fish that varies depending on what's available. Their Guazzetto is exquisite... and I must say they make the best fried fish in Jesolo. The price is fair for the ingredients, the service, and the location. The wine list is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. My favorite in Jesolo!

09/03/2026: After years of frequenting this place, I find myself writing one of the worst reviews I've ever written. We went to Jerry's yesterday with my family (who had never been there) and immediately found ourselves surrounded by a clientele of questionable taste. Aside from that, we also ate decently, but the prices skyrocketed and the portions became meager (€120 for a baked turbot!), and the wine was even worse (€60 for an Altemesi, which sells for €15 in supermarkets). We then found ourselves immersed in a karaoke scene we hadn't been warned about, and for a classy place, the way it advertises itself had absolutely nothing to do with it. We left as soon as we finished our main course, and when we asked the owner about the situation, he apologized and, as a gesture of apology, wanted to offer us a bottle of wine (a charity we obviously didn't accept). After more than 10 years of frequenting this place (which has always been in our hearts), I don't think we'll be returning. I advise Mauro (the owner) to change his attitude if he doesn't want to ruin everything he's built over the years.

17/03/2026: We were there on Saturday evening, March 14, terrible experience... really rude reception staff, especially a brunette girl with a ponytail and light eyes who, when we arrived, neither said good morning nor good evening... she snapped her knuckles and told us to move on to the other register... I didn't say anything because I'm very polite and I work in contact with people too... and I can understand, but this is really rude... When we got to the register, she said to us in an arrogant tone, "TELL ME." We pretended nothing had happened so as not to ruin our evening with our son, but dear spa director, I'll give you some advice... hire professional people. AND DEAR GIRL, YOU ARE FRUSTRATED, TALK TO A PROFESSIONAL. NEVER AGAIN.

01/11/2025: We went for lunch today. The atmosphere was clean and old-fashioned, which we loved. The food was good. We had the starters and cheese platter, which were delicious. The wait staff was friendly and always smiling.

The price was high for the quantity provided. €25 for a tagliolini starter (off-menu) €25 for scallops (off-menu) All off-menu prices weren't told to us immediately, but rather at checkout. The price of the wine wasn't mentioned when the offer was made (€25). Otherwise, it was okay.
