26/07/2024: Possibility to eat inside or outside, in the tiled garden. Quiet environment and very friendly and helpful staff. Good food, with a choice of fish, meat and vegetarian options. Good desserts, with generous portions. Quality food, plated with care. Not cheap, but the Serenissima does not shine for cheapness. Convenient and secluded location, a few steps from the Zattere, in front of Palazzo Fortuny.

03/05/2024: Delicious! Unexpected little delight, hidden away. The museum is actually under construction so we didn't think it was open for a late lunch, but they let us in and yum were we happy. We had the mini gnocchi with scampi in a spicy sauce for our main, with the burriata carbonata appetizer. The atmosphere is very chill, it's got a tiny garden and the booths are separated by bookshelves with art books. Loved it. Not super cheap, but what you'd expect being so close to the main tourist area and for high quality food. Good serving sizes, we were stuffed.

23/08/2024: Ambiente molto carino. Cucina e rapporto qualità prezzo nella media. consigliabile! Forse mi ero caricato troppo di aspettative (consigliato da un amico della zona). L'ambiente è davvero molto carino e raffinato. Per quanto riguarda antipasto e primo e contorni degustati. (tagliolini, sarde in saor in particolare) lo ho trovati molto buoni ma cmq nella media di altri ristoranti che abbiamo avuto modo di provare nella zona nella prima metà di agosto 24. Qualità /prezzo buono - leggermente caro.

19/07/2024: Cibo buono soprattutto il pesce locale. Gli spaghetti alle cozze buonissimi! Tutto lo staff è molto cordiale e i prezzi sono giusti! Consigliato!

11/12/2023: So first about the food: It's not more than okay, but in my opinion it's very sad that I get spaghetti carbonara with ham in Italy. The pizza is good. Service: The food for six people came very staggered, the first few people were already finished before the others received their food. But it wasn't about the pizza and kitchen being extra. Bringing all the dishes to a table at the same time is part of the smallest "waiter 1x1", so that's to be expected. The staff is friendly. The ambience is bad. The tables are extremely narrow, everything is designed for crowds. The "entertainment" that there is sometimes is the biggest reason not to visit this restaurant. The plastic tables and chairs are also not very inviting and uncomfortable.

10/10/2023: Metallstück im Essen gefunden. Was soll man da dann noch weiter sagen. Leider hat sich das für uns erledigt, dieses Restaurant aufzusuchen. Es war sonst immer sehr schön, nur dieses eine mal war es absolut nicht schön. Sehr laut, da die Chefin meinte sie müsste dort eine Charaoke abhalten und dann ist das Personal auch total überlastet. Wir haben gefühlte Ewigkeiten auf die Bestellung gewartet und auch überhaupt auf einen Kellner. Nur im dann ein Stück Metall in der Soße zu finden.

11/08/2024: Very friendly staff, good pizza. Got take-away pizza, medium beer, and consumed outside. (Stop for bike ride). Now a fixed stop when I pass through Dolo.

29/07/2024: I came to have dinner last night with my family, it was Sunday and in the city many of the places open during the week are closed. It was a sweet surprise to have dinner at this place. We took the pizza, it is not very leavened but it is light and richly garnished, I recommend the rustic pizza and the cheese pizza, which I tasted and was impressed. Their pizza is a cross between the soft and rich Neapolitan pizza and the low one typical of the Roman pala. A positive note for the place is the extraordinary kindness and friendliness of the lady who served and pampered us during the evening.

28/08/2024: Everything perfect! A great success if you come to Venice. Excellent food and presentation, that spectacular homemade pepperoncino sauce... the service of the waiters was 10. We were there the night of the 27th having dinner with a group and I can't say anything more than bravo for the hospitality, kindness and good faces despite arriving late. Bravo

19/08/2024: 15% service fee, €6 for a cola, generally higher prices. Not recommended - tastes and smells like a tourist rip-off! The food was not up to the Italian standard (even the Italian in the deepest east of Germany is better!) The sauce was very oily or a finished product!

05/07/2024: Posto molto carino, il servizio ottimo e il cibo divino! Mia madre ha mangiato pasta al nero di seppia e ha detto che è stata fenomenale mentre io ho preso un branzino alla griglia magnifico!!!!! Super consigliatissimo!!!!!!! Inoltre il proprietario è molto accogliente e simpatico.

04/07/2024: Locale molto accogliente, personale disponibile. Ho ordinato loro hamburger ,con senape e cipolla agrodolce accompagnato da patate al forno,devo dire molto buono. Cottura fantastica ,tralatro abbinato ad un vino già consigliato in menù (molto interessante per chi non se ne intende tanto).Da rifare in compagnia.

09/06/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante un Venerdì sera. Locale moderno, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo assaggiato delle verdure e poi delle orecchiette al sugo di rapa e degli spaghetti pomodoro e burrata. Qualità dei cibi insoddisfacente. Buono il Ripasso Superiore.

07/08/2024: J’y suis allé un peu méfiant vu certain très mauvais commentaires ici mais j’ai bien fait de faire confiance à la note de 2 fourchettes (sur 3) de Gambero Rosso ! Tout d’abord le cadre terrasse sur l’eau dans un coin très calme de Venise. J’avais une belle table au bord de l’eau (merci pour ça), beau service adorable en partie en français d’ailleurs. Belle carte avec beaucoup de plats qui me donnaient vraiment envie mais ça c’est personnel. En entrée des “Capesante Gazpacho e ciliege” et ensuite des “linguine verdi con brodetto di laguna, carciofi e guancette di coda di rospo brasata” enfin une pana cotta. Vous verrez les photos c’était vraiment très très bon.

03/08/2024: This place was recommended to us by the hotel where we were staying. It looks attractive on the canal but there is a boat (smaller or bigger) passing by on average every minute. This make a lot of noise and burnt fuel smell. But the reason I am giving 1 star is not even this - it is for poor quality of food and service. Some examples: waiters turning their back on you as you walk in and try to wave to get a drink, long waiting time, freshly sliced truffle with NO taste at all, the smallest fried shrimps you've seen and 4 raviolis (they were regular size!) for a dish. I could continue this list. Overall a bill of 300€ (with wine) for 4 - not worth it at all.

04/08/2024: Very unfriendly to tourists. Also very small and tasteless portions when they notice that you are not Italian compared to the same dishes ordered by Italians who sat at the table next to us. Only the pizza from one of our companions was good. Completely not recommended for tourists. Also very expensive coperto compared to other restaurants in the same region (you cannot see in advance only if you have already received the menu on site).
