25/07/2025: Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir im Rahmen unserer jährlichen Venedig Aufenthalte in dieses Restaurant zum Abendessen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Das Lokal ist zwar etwas abgelegen aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Das Essen, wie auch der Wein und der Service sind fabelhaft. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen. Daher werden wir auch im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

26/08/2025: We wanted to eat at 5:30 p.m. today, when the restaurant, according to the owner, opened. We stood there until 6:08 p.m., and the doors remained closed. We know that Italians are a bit more laid-back, but I didn't expect it to be this quiet, hence the poor review. As a family, we would have loved to eat there.

17/08/2025: Ok, it's a spa destination, all we want... But 4 euros for half a litre of plastic water, 3 for the cover charge and a quarter of wine 8.70 euros (house wine, so the 5l price is out of line) not to mention the other prices which for the dishes that are the price is too high.

FOOD: I ordered club sandwiches: quite good with quality vegetables, chips, and sauces.
SERVICE: The staff were friendly, the waitress was so-so. Long wait times; takeout took 45 minutes.
AMBIENCE: Poor quality table settings; the menus were worn and dirty, definitely in need of a change. The lighting leaves much to be desired. Since the tables are close to the road and the traffic lights, there is noise and car exhaust.
My advice is to order takeout.
QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: Average.

Well prepared, no surprised, and surprisingly pricey for somewhere so out of the way.

23/08/2025: Pagoda Restaurant was recently taken over by Luca, who we already knew from his previous management of a restaurant on the lido where we frequented for decades, and his touch is immediately evident. Our dinner exceeded every expectation with impeccable service and top-notch cuisine. The freshness of the fish is undeniable, with dishes that showcase the flavors of the sea in surprising ways. Recommended for those seeking a superior culinary experience in a welcoming and refined seaside setting.
23/08/2025: It was a pleasure to reunite with the team at La Favorita, which unfortunately closed two years ago. The menu is always excellent, with the ever-present and irreplaceable raw fish. The new terrace setting is modern and refined. The wine list and service are impeccable. We've missed Luca and his team, and we can't wait to return.
The prices are commensurate with the quality of the food and service.

01/09/2025: The food was very good, but the service was even better. We were treated to complimentary prosecco and bruschetta before the meal, followed by limoncello and delicious cookies afterward. The waiter was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly.
They also have one fantastically nice table over the water channel for a romantic rendezvous, presumably has to be booked in advance.
25/08/2025: Lovely staff, brilliant food, gratuitous prosecco/bruchetta/lemoncello and smiles. Very friendly and food was delicious. Highly recommend booking the window booth if you want a little extra loveliness.

24/07/2025: The platter was poor—I've never seen an appetizer platter with only two cured meats and five pieces of parmesan. Spaghetti allo scoglio (seafood spaghetti) with mussels and shellfish was tasteless, almost stale. The pizza was somewhat okay. Everything was served at different times despite the small crowd. First time and last time.
20/07/2025: Despite what others say, the service was very friendly and the food was great. If I'm ever in Verona again, I'll definitely eat there.

20/06/2025: Sports center bar, near schools in a quiet street with lots of green space. Known on Instagram for competitions and training with Pokemon cards. A real pleasure!!! It offers slushes, ice creams, drinks, chips and during the Pokemon tournament also a barbecue for participants. Excellent

20/08/2025: The food was one of the best we had in Italy - congrats to the Chef!
The ladies in the restaurant are super nice and attentative. We had 3 x dinner there, and they always went the extra mile.
The only disturbing Element for a perfect evening is one of the male waiters "Guiseppe" who is arrogant not customer friendly and even treats the other ladies in the Service team badly.
If it would be my restaurant I would let him go and then it would be a perfect place.
