22/07/2025: Situato a Porto Azzurro, questo locale è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il personale è cordiale e estremamente competente, sempre pronto a spiegare ogni dettaglio del menù e delle preparazioni. Il cibo è fresco e di ottima qualità, con un’attenzione particolare alla presentazione. La selezione di caffè è molto variegata. Sebbene non abbiamo provato i crudi, sembra essere una scelta consigliata. Un piccolo suggerimento sarebbe quello di migliorare la carta dei vini, che, pur offrendo un’ampia gamma di bollicine, potrebbe beneficiare di una selezione più ricca di vini bianchi.

19/07/2025: Abbiamo prenotato senza conoscere nulla del locale e siamo rimasti colpiti finalmente sia della qualità che della professionalità . Menù variegato con buona scelta sia di pietanze che di bevande. Prodotti di primissima qualità, ben elaborati e ben presentati. Personale professionale e preparato . Siamo stati ben accolti e coccolati durante tutta la serata. Ambiente accogliente . Giusto rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Più che consigliato.

04/11/2025: Superb service, delicious food, and breathtaking sea views. We were here in the summer and often enjoyed a light lunch with a stunning sea view. The Insalata Ponente was our favorite. The service was first-class. The coffee afterwards was delicious. We also had coffee to go a few times right on the beach. You can only get that here. For us, THE best spot on Elba. The prices are fair and the quality is good. It's worth taking a look at the menu. Just try everything! ;-)

15/09/2025: Throughout the entire dinner, I counted at least five tricks by the staff to "mislead" customers, so to speak, resulting in a sky-high bill. I think it should close tomorrow morning.

22/11/2025: Simple meals...it's just a quick bite to eat before continuing on to your destination. The room has a low ceiling and is so cramped you'll end up with a stiff neck from how uncomfortable it is! It's not equipped at all, just water and little else. It's very basic; it's okay for a day, but nothing more. The service is helpful, but it seems forced.

03/11/2025: The restaurant is very nice, but unfortunately the service didn't really understand us. Neither English nor German. The courses were mixed up, and one of our main courses was forgotten; the server had to ask again. Overall, the food was good. We had the feeling they were overwhelmed with 10 people. The value for money wasn't great either, considering what we received.

06/10/2025: The location is one thing, but the food is! Okay, it was my first day on Elba, but the pasta and antipasti were sensational. I can't complain about the service like previous guests, but I was also here in the off-season (October). The wine and grappa selection is enormous, and the service was perfect. I'll be back. My favorite, though, was the Dolce; I'd never had it before, and it paired perfectly with the espresso and grappa...

08/11/2025: Too expensive in our opinion! We spent €117 for an appetizer consisting of half a plate of five crostini, a main course each (cacciucco and tagliolini with white truffle), a pasta alla blanca for the daughter, and two desserts. To drink, a 375 ml bottle of Bolgheri and two coffees. I can't say I had a bad meal; everything was good, but the tagliolini were way too expensive at €28. It was off-menu, and I forgot to ask how much. There was truffle, but not a lot, and anyway, they prepare it in the kitchen, so I couldn't see how much they grated on top. Then €10 for 50 grams of pasta alla blanca for the daughter, a €9 cover charge for three. The prices of the dishes are all higher than the menu photographed on The Fork. They didn't offer us anything and charged us everything down to the last cent.

12/10/2025: Like in mid-May, we wanted something to eat and drink, but it wasn't possible because it was closed. Google, however, shows it as open. It also looks very deserted!

20/09/2025: For about a few years now, whenever I stop by Padulella, I've stopped at the bar or restaurant. I always have a great time; the staff is super friendly and helpful. Kudos to both the managers and the waiters, who are always courteous, even to those who, unfortunately, weren't. The food is excellent, as always, and the place is beautiful with a sea view, so what more can I say? Fantastic for a lunch break, a snack, or a nice aperitif with great music and a truly holiday atmosphere. See you next year!

09/11/2025: Quality food...excellent...the service quite efficient.

09/11/2025: We told the waitress about my husband's shellfish allergy, and then ordered dishes that weren't shellfish-free, of course. After a few bites of his cuttlefish gnocchi, my husband felt something strange, pushed the gnocchi aside, and found a whole mantis shrimp under the gnocchi. Shocked, we called the waitress, who was completely unfazed by the incident and said that the chef had obviously decided to add it without telling them. No apologies from the chef, no discount on the bill... nothing, as if nothing had happened. Not to mention the incredibly long wait times (we had to bother the waiters repeatedly for everything), the tiny space, and the questionable quality of the food.

16/09/2025: Very kind and helpful staff. We went to Sunset on Monday (the day before the season closed). We had a great time. They reserved a table for us with a spectacular sunset view. Even though we'd booked with The Fork, we had a dog and they welcomed her with water. The food was plentiful, delicious, and of high quality. Highly recommended.

10/10/2025: Sunny atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. I love the food, especially the fish. Fresh and, above all, well-cooked. The amatriciana, carbonara gricia, etc., are all missing...a real treat!

09/10/2025: This is the best place. Cappuccino is good, pastries superb, food delicious, drinks. Have been several times and have not had a bad thing.
