10/12/2024: Truly exceptional, there wasn't a detail where I could find a flaw. Everything was perfect, from the concern to find us a place because we hadn't booked and they were fully booked, to the food and the final bill. Excellent

09/12/2024: Food and service are excellent, atmosphere is great thanks to the courtesy and friendliness of the owner. Gran Tosco offers plenty of well prepared and delicious dishes and has an excellent wine choice. I do recommend it to visitors and tourists if they happen to stay in or stroll through the center of Grosseto.

Le proposte in menù sono per lo più di pesce, caratterizzate da abbinamenti insoliti, scelte coraggiose, ma azzeccatissime, servite in quantità sufficienti. Tutto buono e ben bilanciato. Generoso calice di vino. Consigliata la prenotazione telefonica.

01/08/2024: Hello everyone, Last Saturday I celebrated my graduation in this restaurant that I already knew, it was a beautiful evening and we ate really well, with attention also for a friend of mine who has celiac disease and honestly it is a place to be recommended with kind staff and highly prepared cuisine. ❤️

22/10/2024: Visited twice. First time the service was fine and the food was delicious. Second time the owner was happy to see us again, but the service was extremely slow and disinterested even though half the restaurant was empty. The waiter didn't even initially bother supplying us with the necessary cutlery to eat the starters. Had to ask for olive oil as well despite that everyone else had it on the table. The pasta with porcini tasted watery and bland. After asking for parmesan cheese to make it more edible, the waiter found it necessary to ridicule our request by loudly asking a group of Italian diners if they would put cheese on a pasta dish with mushrooms in it. So yeah, we didn't really feel like going back a third time.

25/09/2024: Brilliant restaurant and absolute heart recommendation. This is our fourth time here and we mostly ate according to the staff's recommendations, which was simply awesome! Everyone here is super nice and warm. Price-performance perfect! Try and enjoy yourself ;)

01/09/2024: Discovered in the covid era after the renovation. It's the third time we've been there and others will follow. We left specifically from Viareggio, over 200 km, to enjoy the beauty of the Uccellina park and the food of this place that enhances the local catch. Tradition, innovation, location and value for money make it a special place.

07/08/2024: The restaurant is small but clean and welcoming, near a beautiful pine forest. The quiet environment and the affable owners make you feel at home. The food is very well prepared and of excellent quality. The abundant pici with octopus and the perfect fried calamari and prawns were excellent. If you pass by Marina di Grosseto don't miss the opportunity to stop.

27/09/2024: Nata qualche anno fa come friggitoria, l'avevo utilizzata come cibo da asporto. Ora mi hanno veramente sorpreso con un menù ben fatto, poche cose ma cucinate molto bene e anche con qualche cosa di sfizioso. Il fritto poi, con la paranza in testa, la fa da padrone !! Ci sono tornato e poi ritornato e poi ancora !!! ....è ci tornerò....sicuro !!

25/10/2024: Let's start with the non-existent menu so you have no idea how much you spend... a trio of starters for 2 people wasn't even for 1 person. First course, orecchiette, potatoes and very small mussels, overcooked pasta. Let's move on to the second monkfish, 3 small pieces, good dessert and the owner kindly offered us two glasses of bubbles. We left the restaurant with a high bill and with hunger. Not recommended
