The food is decent, dishes cooked just like grandma used to. An old-fashioned seafood trattoria. It's located behind the Follonica market and is always very busy. Good service, shame about the streetside location, but for that octopus, you'll be happy to settle!

15/11/2025: If you're suddenly craving some delicious seafood amidst the Maremma hills, you have no choice. Il Rintocco is the place to be. Excellent wine and a typical Tuscan village setting.

08/04/2026: Wow! I wasn't expecting a place with this quality. Visited on Easter Sunday 2026. The quality of the ingredients was incredible, and the recipes were truly delicious. We ate a lot, trying various dishes to please our palate. Fantastic location, very intimate. Thank you, chef!
