17/01/2026: Top... I've been going there for years. Highly recommended, both as a restaurant and a pizzeria.
25/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with a wide selection, where the first courses, featuring strictly homemade pasta, are top-notch and of very high quality. We only tried a few of the fish and meat main courses, but they were well-made. A very pleasant note comes from the desserts, where Elena, the restaurant's owner, offers a very extensive menu, again hand-crafted by her. Each one is better than the last.
Compliments. Highly recommended.

01/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant a few months ago with one of my most important clients; we were celebrating a major event.
The appetizers were neither good nor bad, and the lobster linguine was completely different from what it should be. It was more like a flavorless "Americana"; the only flavor you could taste was a mix of contrasting spices. The food is stuck in the '80s, poorly prepared.
Not recommended.

20/09/2025: Every time I go to Siena, I book at Michele's. I've been going there for five years now and have always had a great experience. I'll be down in Siena again in October and I'll book a table there. Excellent food, a large restaurant, suitable for large groups, polite staff, and Michele is a great character. The meat is truly excellent, as are the pasta dishes, a wide selection, and very tasty.
I recommend it.

22/02/2026: I went to Il Vecchio e il Mare in Florence tonight and was really satisfied.
We had pizza, and it was excellent: light dough, well-cooked, and high-quality ingredients.
The place is beautiful and well-kept, welcoming, and pleasant. The service was also quick and friendly, which always makes a difference.
I have to be honest, after seeing some of the pasta dishes pass by, we almost regretted not ordering them 😅 because they looked so inviting. It will definitely be an excuse to come back!
Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well in Florence. 🍕

25/09/2025: Exquisite dishes, a traditional menu, and excellent service. The restaurant is very beautiful and quaint, located in an old convent in the upper part of Scarlino. Recommended.
25/09/2025: The location and panoramic view are stunning, but the decor isn't the most refined—you could even find it at a local festival. The fish is very good, both the first courses, appetizers, and main courses... the desserts aren't up to par with the rest of the menu. Prices are slightly on the high side. The staff is young and very friendly.

26/12/2025: The first part of the restaurant is used as a fishmonger. It has a few tables on the veranda (where I ate) and a couple in front of the fresh fish counter. The atmosphere is casual, with simple table settings and blue runners. Prices for starters are very high, over €20, and the portions for main courses are small. We spent €45 each for just a main course and dessert.

21/03/2026: I went to Pesce Pane in Florence and had a truly delightful experience. I ordered a platter of battered shrimp, creamed cod, and baby octopus crostini: everything was delicious, carefully prepared with quality ingredients.
The place is truly beautiful, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and an evening with friends. Special thanks to Gianni, who looked after us with great attention and kindness, making us feel right at home, and to Alessio, who prepared truly excellent dishes.
A place I definitely recommend and will gladly return to! Highly recommended!
21/03/2026: I finally tried Pescepane's cuisine for a seafood aperitif and was thrilled. Everything was delicious!!! It was paired with a perfect white wine, which enhanced the flavors even more.
Excellent quality, pleasant atmosphere, and top-notch service. Absolutely recommended: 5 well-deserved stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/07/2025: Ristorante a conduzione famigliare a Viareggio. Io e i miei amici ci siamo venuti due sere di fila perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo praticamente provato tutto il menù. Niente da dire, tutto ottimo. Qualità della materia prima alta, cucinata bene e i gestori del locale sono gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso. Il conto è giusto. Qualità prezzo imbattibile.
27/06/2025: Ho appena cenato qui e mi sono innamorata della cucina e di chi lo gestisce.
Il mio menù condiviso con mia figlia: lasagna al branzino fresco (fenomenale!!!!!), fritto misto ( non unto, abbondante e gustoso), pepata di cozze (mia figlia le ha divorate) e patate fritte con buccia ( croccanti e gustosissime).
Non sono riuscita a mangiare il dolce ma la lista proposta era davvero molto attraente.
Anche il vinello della casa era fresco e adatto ai piatti mangiati

28/01/2026: I think it was the worst experience in 40 years of dining. Stale appetizers full of sauces, embarrassing grilled fish. Desserts were half-hot and half-cold, clearly defrosted on the spot and left on the plate after the first spoonful because they lacked flavor. The prices were truly exorbitant for the quality served.
19/01/2026: €160 for two for a total of five dishes, the quality of which rivals that of the worst all-you-can-eat restaurant. The place is cozy, but the dishes were all covered in sauces and dips, a vain attempt to flavor the terrible food. Only the first course was passable. The result: a truly overpriced meal for terrible food and heartburn that lingered all night. I'm sad because the food used to be good, but now it's become a very expensive place with truly subpar food.
