08/11/2025: The ideally sized dining room is perfect for lunch or dinner, in a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere right on the beach. Excellent food, welcoming staff, and an excellent wine list.

Parecchie scelte vegetariane e vegane. Altre della tradizione. Personalmente non mi ha fatto dire “wow” ma sicuramente da segnare fra i posti belli.

06/10/2025: A very special Italian restaurant. The food was amazing, without exaggeration, the best pizza you will ever eat in your life. Their tiramisu is very good. The service was excellent, everyone was helpful, and I will come back more than once.

21/11/2025: It's a favorite place, but unfortunately, on the last three occasions, something has gone wrong. Once the ravioli were very salty, once the tagliolini were loose, once the seafood was watery. I assume something has changed in the kitchen. My rating isn't negative, but I hope you'll soon return to your "recent" glories. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful and characteristic restaurant in Viareggio.

01/11/2025: We've known Fulvio, the master waiter and excellent host, for 17 years; the legendary Chef Alessandro (a 5-star in my opinion); and the superb waitresses AnnaLisa and Fiorella. A team of competent and kind people, not to mention incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: Lunch with a group of colleagues, choosing from a quality set menu: cheese lasagna, pork loin with Montecarlo red beans, and cantuccini with vin santo. Served by very friendly and approachable staff. I recommend a visit.

19/10/2025: From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome — the staff and surrounding atmosphere were warm and friendly. As a connoisseur of seafood, I approached this restaurant with high expectations. Unfortunately, the culinary experience did not meet them. Overall, the dishes lacked depth of flavor. Despite the many possibilities to enhance the natural taste of shellfish, the preparation fell short. The pasta was noticeably undercooked, resulting in an unpleasant texture. Conversely, the seafood accompanying the pasta was overcooked and dehydrated, disintegrating on the plate and leaving behind only the shells. The final dish, a fritura, was also disappointing. The calamari was soggy, the shrimp appeared insufficiently cleaned, and the fish was plain and lacked seasoning. In conclusion, the overall quality of the food was considerably below expectations, particularly given the price point. The restaurant would greatly benefit from greater attention to preparation, texture, and flavor balance to align the experience with its cost and presentation.

09/10/2025: It was our go-to spot during our days in Porto Santo Stefano. The food is excellent, with special attention to gluten-free options. The fish is always fresh, the atmosphere is elegant, and the staff is very knowledgeable. The hostess was extremely kind and gave us excellent advice on excursions in the area—always spot on! Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: Aside from their winning pizza recipe, I didn't appreciate anything else. Starting with the waiter, who seemed more like a demented robot intent on taking orders one after the other as quickly as possible, and that's it! He lacked empathy, warmth, and even the slightest ability to truly connect with the customer. People go to restaurants to socialize! And finally, the cashier, who, in a rush to get the bill, didn't pay attention or listen to the customer. I don't think I'll ever go back.

30/11/2025: Unfortunately, even though we had a reservation, the wait was endless, and the first courses were brought out little by little. The service definitely needs improvement. 🤔😡

16/11/2025: We were greeted by one of the two owners with very poor manners. I must say that I have been going to this place for about 20 years. The food and quality are not the same as they used to be. The price is high. I will definitely not return. The lack of kindness and arrogance do not lead anywhere. To be avoided.

24/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant because we were staying at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and the prices were fair. Recommended!

02/11/2025: All the dishes we tasted were excellent (tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and truffle, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, Florentine steak, seadas, crema catalana, tiramisu, Sardinian myrtle).

15/10/2025: Everything was delicious, very large, we ordered pizza and a calzone, delicious, super big, a calzone for two was great.

19/09/2025: We tried the average "Fidati di Robè" (chef) menu, which included a starter, a second course, a glass of wine, and water for €25. The first course was good, with fresh fish (not much), the second course was good but similar to nouvelle cuisine, and two bites of cod on mashed potatoes... the fish was excellent, but you might wake up hungry.

07/09/2025: Cannot rate this place enough, we stayed a 5 minute walk from here and really wanted local seafood. They speak very little english but I personally think it added to our experience. I just said give us whatever you recommend, we got a seafood anti pasti which I think came with more than what was on the menu, I then got seafood pasta and my partner the octopus, both STUNNING. they were super patient with us and was happy to speak into our translator. Thank you so much for a memorable evening id recommend to everyone visiting the area!
