21/06/2025: Una cena tra amiche che si è trasformata in un piccolo viaggio di gusto e accoglienza. Siamo state da Corte dei Bischeri in tre, e fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentite coccolate e benvenute. Il merito è anche del proprietario, attento, disponibile e gentilissimo, che ha saputo accompagnarci nella scelta dei piatti e del vino con garbo e competenza. Abbiamo iniziato con un crudo di pesce freschissimo, elegante nella presentazione e impeccabile nel sapore, e proseguito con un’orata pescata in crosta di sale, che ci è stata servita al tavolo con grande maestria. In accompagnamento, uno spumante etneo metodo classico che ha esaltato ogni boccone. Tra le chicche del menu, meritano una menzione le ostriche, vera specialità della casa, e un piatto raro e sorprendente: l’occhio di bue, noto anche come “di San Giovanni”, che non si incontra spesso e che qui viene valorizzato con rispetto e creatività. Abbiamo scoperto questo delizioso ristorante grazie alla nostra amica Rosalba, catanese d’adozione ma di cuore regalbutese, che ci ha fatto un regalo prezioso. E come se non bastasse, il proprietario ci ha anche suggerito dove pranzare il giorno dopo, mandandoci da Re Carlo V in via del Plebiscito per gustare le tipiche polpette di cavallo: consiglio azzeccatissimo. Un luogo che unisce la qualità della cucina alla cura per l’ospite. Torneremo sicuramente.

01/06/2025: A magnificent setting at the foot of Palazzo Biscari, ideal for al fresco dining. The fish is fresh and well-presented, which inspires confidence, and some dishes are truly well-executed. That said, the overall experience sometimes lacked a little precision or seasoning depending on the dish. The service is decent but could have been a little more attentive. A good place despite a few details that could be improved.

06/09/2025: Excellent pizzeria with reasonable prices. The staff is attentive to their customers, and the pizza is truly worth it (contemporary style with a high crust). The dough is very light and doesn't weigh you down.

05/09/2025: We enjoyed a delicious meal yesterday for lunch at Cutilisci, a wonderful restaurant with a stunning sea view. We loved the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the dish we ordered. We were also completely satisfied with Marika's dedication and professionalism. She is kind, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! We'll be back soon, top marks!

31/08/2025: Had a wonderful evening at a lovely and cozy restaurant. We ended up here by chance because all the beach bars were closed due to heavy rain. The food was delicious, and everything was very pleasant and cozy.

25/08/2025: To be avoided... Seafood restaurant...."disguised" on the outside as an "old" seafood tavern..in truth nothing special... The dishes served as if they were gold...but in the end the absolute normality in fact the memory that will remain with me will be that of the bill.....very salty... be careful really very salty....for me never again!!

06/09/2025: We could have had a great evening! The setting is pleasant with a sea view, and the tables are well-arranged on a comfortable terrace. The service? We felt like we were intruding from the aperitif to dessert. So, the language barrier, fine. But not a word during the entire meal. Not a smile; we felt uncomfortable. It's a shame. We won't be going back, despite the meal being quite good.

13/08/2025: In Catania, it's the best place to eat fresh seafood. Mr. Tony is legendary, a restaurateur from days gone by who puts his heart and soul into his work!!! I recommend booking well in advance, otherwise you won't be able to find a table.

09/07/2025: On the occasion of a very special occasion, we decided to visit a very well-known and renowned restaurant in our city for dinner. It's located in the historic center, right on a street that connects Piazza Lionardo Vigo, adjacent to the church dedicated to the co-patron saint, San Sebastiano, to the Piazza del Duomo, overlooked by the Acireale Town Hall and the Cathedral. Because it's summer, the pizzeria moves all its seating outside, in a small green villa overlooking the square. We were greeted by a very young, yet expert, competent, and above all friendly staff. After a reasonable wait, we received a portion of classic, simple French fries and then two pizzas: a "Norma" and a "Profumata." We enjoyed all three courses because they were prepared in a reasonable amount of time, with impeccable ingredients and cooking, which truly satisfied our taste buds. Despite the very common products, tradition and quality, as always, outweigh innovation and originality when not combined. The restaurant is fully equipped, even inside, and the menu offers a wide selection of dishes, divided by category, as well as traditional desserts from our local cuisine. The bill was also absolutely reasonable for what we ordered and the service we received from all the staff, even when making our reservation. The quiet and simple yet formal atmosphere, along with the excellent dinner offered, made this moment of remembrance an occasion we will never forget. We at MG Reviews recommend Vecchia Aci for any need, because everything is systematically tailored to your convivial setting. We noticed this in our situation and also observed it at the tables adjacent to ours, which were seated by a very diverse group of people. Everything listed above is simply the result of particular attention to management, organization, and expertise in the sector in various aspects, such as supervision, collaboration with other staff members, dedication, and listening to the customer; in this way, they manage to feel appreciated. 29/06/2025: Egoístamente no quiero correr la voz sobre este restaurante demasiado ampliamente porque tiene que ser una de las joyas culinarias de Catania. Las repetidas visitas han confirmado que Luciano y su hijo Piero saben exactamente lo que están haciendo para proporcionar mariscos frescos, pasta excelente y cualquier tipo de entradas a una clientela en gran medida local. La relación calidad-precio es excepcional, desde la comida hasta la bebida, y hay una carta de vinos decente. Es evidente que se trata de un restaurante de barrio, y aunque ese barrio –cerca de la estación de tren– podría no parecer demasiado salubre, sería negligente no comer aquí. Catania tiene tantos buenos lugares para comer, pero aun así esto es un punto destacado.

18/05/2025: La comida es realmente genial, el antipasto de marisco para compartir es muy fresco y abundante, el espagueti vongole es muy sabroso y las almejas son grandes. La casa se levantó del barril complementó muy bien los platos locales. También ofrecieron un licor complementario y galletas para bañarse para terminar el banquete. Totalmente feliz experiencia.

06/09/2025: The fracture still has scales. My napkin fell off and was taken from a nearby table that was already set. There was private conversation between waiters too close to the tables. Visited 5/9/25 for dinner, 8:40 PM, not very crowded, the room was half empty until 10:40 PM. Average prices
