09/12/2025: Terrible. They don't give you a menu. The only thing you could eat for a starter was pasta with mussels, which was disgusting. Rude and disorganized. They were arguing with each other, and an elderly lady was yelling at the same time. Terrible service. Poorly set table with mismatched glasses. Exorbitant prices for the terrible quality. Absolutely avoid. Cash only.

07/08/2026: Nice place overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, the takeout pizza was very burnt on the edges and not very generous with toppings. The dough wasn't light at all. The wait was long for two takeout pizzas. The staff, while extremely friendly, were understaffed. The prices, in my opinion, were high compared to the competition. I might return, but to try the restaurant and not the pizzeria.

06/08/2026: A selection of fresh seafood appetizers, more than 10 different dishes. The seafood first courses are tasty and plentiful. The freshest fish of the day. Excellent service

26/06/2026: The place is very quiet, not in the mainstream area but close to it. The owner is the waiter and he was sitting outside, doesnt speak english, only a few words. We ordered pasta with sea urchins and swordfish rolls. The pasta was great and enough but they gave us only 2 swordfish rolls for €18 and an additional €5 for side dish (which he didn’t mention was extra money, i thought it was included with the rolls). For dessert the tiramisu was a bit modern (with chocolate sauce and powder sugar), small and expensive also.

26/04/2026: Small restaurant on the square facing the Norman castle. We had the appetizer tastings, which were quite good. The first courses were also good. Prices were reasonable!

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato in the Margherita was poor. Making a good Margherita is the foundation. The only positive note was the waitress (not the owner), who was kind and cheerful. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but it's unfair to offer this type of product considering the price paid.

23/05/2026: The food is not good quality... the desserts are tasteless and there were only 4 different types of sushi but they are not of good quality... the only good thing is that it is still old fashioned where you can take what you want and you can have the second courses cooked on the grill... the service is excellent and the waiters are very good and super attentive to the needs of the customers.

07/08/2026: DISAPPOINTED! I've known the restaurant for several years. I don't come often, but I always leave satisfied. NOT TODAY! Slow and almost nonexistent service, same price as always, but with significantly lower quality and quantity. I just hope the staff had a bad day and that tonight's bad experience was just a stroke of bad luck. Antonella Aleo

30/07/2026: I visited this restaurant for the first time, brought by regular friends, and it was a very pleasant surprise. Stunning views, excellent food, excellent service, and great kindness and courtesy. The owner was very attentive, coming to each table to check that everything was going well. An experience worth repeating.

30/05/2026: A great spot for a quick Italian breakfast in Acireale. We stopped by for a cappuccino and a croissant, and both were excellent. The cappuccino was smooth and flavorful, and the croissant was fresh and delicious. Fast service, friendly atmosphere, and a perfect place to start the day or take a short break while exploring the area. 🇮🇹☕🥐✨

27/04/2026: On Sunday morning I went to your bar for breakfast. When I arrived, I sat at the table and waited about 15 minutes. I noticed that the bartender was alone at the counter, so I went to the counter and asked if there was table service. She replied that she would come. I waited another 20 minutes at the table and no one came. I noticed that the girl was serving all the people who went to the counter and who arrived after me, and I remained at the table waiting. Afterwards, I left and didn't consume anything. The problem arose from the lack of staff, but above all from the bartender who didn't know how to manage the situation. I'd prefer there to be no table service and that I myself take the things from the counter and bring them to my table, but not to be told to wait and no one came and I saw people walk past me. As long as he's a gentleman, that's fine, but about 6 people came in and he served them all. Given the confusion, he could have said to me when I went to ask if there was service, "Tell me what you want and I'll bring it to you right away," but that wasn't the case!!

10/07/2026: As soon as you enter, you notice a strong musty smell, probably coming from the cellar at the back of the room. The cellar corner is a nice idea, but you should do something to eliminate this unhealthy smell. (Didn't the local health authority say anything?) Otherwise, the decor is well-made and the staff is friendly.

26/07/2026: Excellent quality dishes, a simple yet quaint location, and fast service. Having eaten meat, it was a shame not to find a sparkling red wine. I recommend parking in Piazza Paolo Borsellino, where there's a large paid parking lot. I'll definitely be back.

05/06/2025: Ho pranzato due domeniche fa in questo buon ristorante situato nel centro della città, dietro la Via Etnea. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dalla qualità del cibo proposto e dal servizio veloce e cortese (dal momento che purtroppo avevo l'aereo a breve). Ho preso maccheroni alla norma, cotoletta e torta al limone. Il ristorante ha una ricca carta di pietanze sia di carne che di pesce. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi viene in città, considerando che non è facile trovare nella zona ristoranti altrettanto buoni. Spero io stesso di tornarci presto.

28/06/2026: A total disappointment. We ordered bottles of water and fries. The fries arrived after a very long time, and the bottles of water arrived long after the fries. Which was absurd, considering water is supposed to be the first thing brought to the table. We also asked for small plates for the fries and waited 15 minutes for those too, only to be served only three (there were eight of us). The fries arrived, and we were surprised by how few there were for the €5 price. After a half-hour wait, the pizzas arrived, but instead of bringing the food all at once like normal restaurants, they brought the pizzas every 5-10 minutes. The pizzas were also good at the time. The problem came later, when we discovered that the pizzas hadn't risen properly, so after leaving, we were all dying of thirst (dough that's still rising makes you thirsty), and then we all suffered from bloated stomachs. Now I expect a presumptuous response from the owner (seeing the other reviews) instead of an apology to the customers. Never again!
