01/10/2025: A truly positive experience. A very cute place with a spectacular wine selection. And most importantly, it wasn't touristy!!! Excellent, plentiful food at very fair prices. The raw ham and appetizer selection were excellent. The owner and staff were kind and helpful, even joking around with our 6-year-old daughter. What can I say? See you next time in Catania!

26/08/2025: I'm having dinner now with my son, my Swedish daughter-in-law and my granddaughters, everything is good, raw and cooked fish, delicious appetizer, grilled prawns and spaghetti with clams, everything is spectacular, and Cristina is very kind and friendly and helps you with everything you need, very kind, I highly recommend it 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍👍🏻

06/10/2025: I went there recently with my girlfriend, and I had a very good experience. fish is super good and largely abundant. The price, furthermore, is very low, including water and wine. Definitely recommended. Top dish: grilled mix. great white fish, very well cooked.

12/08/2025: Beautiful and elegant location, you can dine outside (in the summer) surrounded by the greenery of an enchanting garden. The dishes met our expectations and we will definitely be back. 12/09/2025: We discovered this place by chance on Google Maps, as we were staying nearby. The family-run restaurant is very friendly and attentive, and the space is spacious and welcoming. The cuisine is simple but truly delicious, using top-quality ingredients. The house antipasto and the involtini are definitely worth trying.

01/09/2025: I visited for work with a colleague and found the place quite busy, which is definitely a positive sign. We were greeted with kindness and personality, and after perusing the menu, we asked the waiter for advice, who suggested some off-menu dishes. We also chose the pappardelle with black truffle, which had just arrived: we saw it with our own eyes as they were preparing it. A truly pleasant experience, made special by the care and quality of the products.

25/08/2025: **English below** ------------- My Monday lunch experience in brief: almost an hour's wait for three plates of overcooked pasta, despite there being about 15 people in total. Several dishes on the menu were only partially available or unavailable due to a lack of certain ingredients. Overall, the food tasted okay. The waiters were friendly. Pizza was unavailable at lunch. The place certainly doesn't deserve one star, but not more than three. I don't know if I'll return, but if I do, I hope to have a better experience. I'm attaching a photo of the seafood linguine, which was certainly a generous portion, but the sauce was completely runny (the consistency of water). Note that clams were unavailable (as were other ingredients), so I hope this is an exception and not the norm. It should be noted that in the absence of clams, an extra langoustine and mussels were added, which was at least a welcome gesture. -------------- My experience in a nutshell: a wait of almost an hour for three plates of overcooked pasta, even though only about 15 people in total were there. Several dishes on the menu were unavailable or partially available due to a lack of ingredients. The food tasted okay overall. The waiters were kind. Pizza isn't available for lunch. The place certainly doesn't deserve 1 star, but not more than 3 either. I'm not sure if I'll go back, but if I do, I hope to have a better experience. I've attached a photo of the linguine allo scoglio, with a portion that was certainly generous but the sauce was completely watery. You can somewhat see this in the bottom part of the image, although it's not very clear - my bad for running away without taking any pictures after not even finishing the dish. I want to stress though that clams (clams) weren't available - like other ingredients - so I really hope the look of the dish is exceptional and not the norm. I must say that in the absence of clams, an extra scampo and some extra mussels were added, which was at the very least a thoughtful gesture. Oh and by the way I'm a local - I think it's worth mentioning it, just in case someone thinks that I'm a tourist and I know nothing about Italian cuisine.

10/09/2025: A small family owned restaurant with excellent food. We rarely visit one and the same place twice, but this was worth it. I would highly recommend to try the sea food - all was fresh and very well prepared. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

09/09/2025: Wonderful service, spectacular food!! They even brought us some tomato and garlic tortillas before the food arrived. And the glass of Coca-Cola filled with ice, which in this heat, is so appreciated. Highly recommended place!! The carbonara is spectacular, the best I've ever tried.

12/10/2025: The food is good and the prices are fair. Simple but authentic service, big smiles at the fish counter, and the owner's daughter is super welcoming and friendly. For €30 per person, you get quality fish and the portions are generous. We had three appetizers, including very good raw fish, three first courses, and some Glicine white wine. We spent about €34 per person. Considering the quality of everything and the full plates, it's worth it. Thanks, Nitto. See you next time. Please don't raise the prices like half of Italy does. Stay as you are, with barrels instead of tables and bibs to keep things clean. Reasonable prices and a touch of homely, traditional flair make this little place feel super welcoming and down-to-earth.
