Absolutely the best place to buy or eat (adjacent shop) the freshest and best prepared fish in Catania, a place that I also recommend to friends and acquaintances who think like me. I'll leave you some images and appreciations.

For €250, we devoured these two sublimely delicious dishes and drank two bottles of excellent wine. The decor and service are like those of a tavern, but the food is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant!

Typical restaurant in Catania with all the good chaos that comes with it. The food was very good and fresh, some of the best sea food you can eat. We loved it!

29/07/2026: I gave 5 stars to this restaurant as it was joyful dining experience. It’s the first time to visit Sicily and did not know how to speak Italian. The owner and waiter were very nice and helpful. Is willing to talk to us via google translator. Their warm welcoming is much appreciated. It was surprise to us as there is no menu. Everyone seemed knowledgeable what they will eat for meal. We simply followed what is offered, turned out to be surprisingly good local Sicily seafood. There are more than 13 dishes for a meal, a drink is offered at the end. Such a lovely time here with my hubby and children. Highly recommended!
