We stumbled upon this jewel as our last meal in Sicily. Our server, Stepahanie, took beautiful care of us, using Google Translate to deal with our language barrier. All our food and wine was wonderful and typical of the area, but I especially loved my Pasta Norma and Escallopine Limone. The red wine was one of the best we have had. The chef even came out to make sure we were happy. Splendid.

The only note I could suggest concerns the furnishings, which could be made a little more comfortable to affectively reflect the warmth of their welcome. However, this small detail takes second place when you realize how pleasant it is to be served by people who do it with genuine pleasure. Furthermore, the quality and lightness of the dishes served, which are fresh, healthy and free from excess fat, are a real strong point. Ultimately, a culinary experience that engages all the senses and leaves a smile of satisfaction on your face.
