07/09/2025: Even though we arrived around 2 PM, we were seated without any problems. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizers (mussels, tuna, swordfish, baby octopus) to the spaghetti with clams, from the mixed seafood roast (sea bass, shrimp, tender cuttlefish) to the cheesecake. If I really had to find something to say, I would have liked a larger plate of spaghetti. Angelica's kindness is beyond reproach. See you next time

07/09/2025: I'd heard good things about it many years ago, and while I was in Villasimius, I wanted to try it: I had a great time. Good food, friendly staff, and a panoramic view. I recommend it.

16/11/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews. We took the €15 menu, ordering a carbonara, chicken cutlet, and salad, and a linguine with clams and mussels, fried calamari, and eggplant. I only ate the pasta for the carbonara, with no sauce, because the pancetta was practically cooked in a pan, so it wasn't even golden or crispy enough; it actually seemed raw. The egg had orange yolk lumps, and the cream was nonexistent. The rest was quite acceptable for the price we paid. It all left me feeling quite heavy. The staff were friendly, the place was welcoming. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back.

30/11/2025: We went to Il Carillon for a birthday party. Mr. Nino is a true host with 52 years of experience as a chef, which shows in his succulent dishes. He pampers his guests, making them feel truly at home. Thanks also to Liana, who carefully contributes to every dish in the kitchen... And thanks also to Alessandro, who completes the local offering. Highly recommended for all ages... Mr. Nino, thank you so much ❤️

09/10/2025: The spaghetti with clams is amazing. There are two versions of mussels, one better than the other. The owner, if you know how to handle him, is a funny jokester.

10/10/2025: I was there with my friend and ordered 2 main dishes. One sea bass with carrot sauce and one spaghetti with half of the lobster. Both portions especially the sea bass was very small more like an appetizer. But for a full price of an expensive main dish. Also the staff was unfriendly. The lights in the restaurant are cold white lights which are not suitable for a restaurant. Not recommended.

06/10/2025: It's near the port on Maddalena Island. I came here because I wanted to eat seafood. The pizza and spaghetti were cheap, but the seafood seemed a little pricey. The seafood was delicious.

02/10/2025: Just average. Not very good, not very bed. Nice location. That’s it. Nothing special to recall apart from the service. It has tons of potential to improve. Probably, as in many more places in Sardinia we have visited, but this was really ridiculous. One „macho style” manager who was the only one taking orders from the clients with a bunch of ladies waiting the tables. Almost like a rooster reigning a court of hens. It couldn’t work. The rooster taking care only for himself and the hens running in chaos. The clients left out to themselves.

25/09/2025: The plates were a bit small, and to be honest, a bit cold too. But they were very tasty. The rest was good. I highly recommend the caramel semifreddo; it's amazing.

08/11/2025: We booked this hotel through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the room was nothing like the photos on the website. It was very outdated, poorly insulated, and extremely noisy—nothing like what was advertised. We asked to see another room, but the one offered was identical. Faced with this situation, we wanted to cancel, which the manager refused. So we booked elsewhere, as staying in those conditions was out of the question. We are waiting for Booking.com's decision regarding a possible refund because... The most regrettable thing is that the hotelier then told Booking.com that we hadn't checked in, even though we clearly had access to the room (photos to prove it). I find it unacceptable that Booking.com allows such discrepancies between the published photos and reality. This clearly misleads travelers and undermines trust in the platform.

25/09/2025: We were a group of 9 initially, then 20 the next day. The service was very friendly. The seafood was delicious, the pizza was excellent, we recommend it! 💕

17/09/2025: I enjoyed the pasta carbonara: a superb presentation and a truly successful taste. The staff is pleasant and smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend finishing the meal with the tiramisu, equally delicious!

13/10/2025: I wanted to go there... but reading the bad reviews probably saved me from a bad evening with my family. I would advise the owner to stop responding to all the criticisms, sometimes rudely. If they criticize you, accept it. It helps me grow. If so many people tell you that the pork seems boiled, there must be a good reason. You make quality things and you will see that you will receive compliments. It doesn't take much to understand, right?

08/08/2025: We had dinner here, and the Sardinian suckling pig was delicious, and so much more! Everything was excellent! Recommended for anyone who wants to try typical Sardinian dishes.

20/09/2025: At the end of September, we were alone in the veranda where the bay windows were open onto the port and the boats... just magical... the food was succulent, the welcome fabulous, the wine perfect (Vermentino grape variety), the dishes refined and the Spritz incredible 😜 We highly recommend +++

14/09/2025: I don't know if it was a bad night for the food or if we were just unlucky with the orders, but unfortunately: the first course was very salty seafood spaghetti with fish of dubious freshness, the fried squid was doughy and hard, and for me the seadas had a nasty aftertaste (the first bite had the aroma of overly fried oil in my mouth). In short, considering the not exactly cheap bill for a self-service restaurant and the quality we sampled, we won't be returning. I'm disappointed because, having seen so many positive reviews, we were hoping for something else... The only positive note is the very, very nice atmosphere.

06/09/2025: The ravioli are excellent, and the fried calamari is delicious. It's a really cute little place, but remember to bring a sweatshirt if you go in the evening.
