15/07/2026: A well-equipped and comfortable beach resort in Stintino, with comfortable loungers with mattresses. We also had lunch there, but it was an experience not to be repeated. In fact, the spaghetti with clams we ordered was drowned in parsley and had no flavor whatsoever: avoid it (also due to the high price)! The pizzas we saw served at other tables were definitely more inviting.

09/05/2026: The fruity and spicy tomato sauce meets a light, crispy, perfectly cooked crust. Plenty of cheese with excellent flavor, plus just the right amount of heat from a fresh, coarsely ground salami, topped with chili oil. The arugula on the second pizza was fresh and crisp, and the prosciutto was top quality. We are thrilled. The best pizza we have ever eaten; highly recommended.

05/07/2026: I think for pizza, the restaurant offers some nice options. However, I don’t recommend ordering the seafood (even the calamari). Our dishes (eg. gnocchi) tasted very, very fishy, and I’m aware it’s seafood but it lacked the freshness and the spices that come with it. The people and the atmosphere were however very pleasant!

29/06/2026: We stayed in Costa Rei for over a week and ended up having dinner here almost every evening. It’s a lovely little family-run restaurant with fantastic food. You may have to wait a bit for your meal, but it’s clear they prepare everything fresh and do their very best. Despite being busy, they always made us feel welcome. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. We ended up trying almost everything on the menu, and there were several dishes I ordered more than once. Absolutely fantastic!

08/07/2026: This is not a quality restaurant. Service at the table is cold. Curigliones are too simple. Just tomatosauce. The cold shark could be skipped. However, there is AC and wifi.

24/06/2026: Both the waitress and the waiter were distant. They clearly work there against their will and were both in a bad mood. The food was only mediocre (seafood risotto). We sat outside near a kitchen window and heard nothing but the loud clatter of pots. 15 days in Sardinia behind us and this was the first restaurant that disappointed.

07/06/2026: We had a lovely stay at Aldiola Country Resort overall and really enjoyed our time there. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by immaculate gardens and grounds that were clearly very well cared for. Every day we saw the gardener working hard and it truly showed. The whole property feels pristine and relaxing. The biggest highlight of this hotel is without question the staff. The reception team and breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. Service generally ran smoothly and pleasantly, although there was one staff member who came across rather grumpy and unapproachable compared to everyone else. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection each morning. The rooms were comfortable and overall good, though they could benefit from a little updating to match the charm of the rest of the resort. One thing that should be improved is the communication regarding the free bikes advertised by the hotel. Unfortunately they were not available when we arrived, so it would be better if availability was updated more clearly. As vegetarians, we also found the dinner menu somewhat limited for hotel of this category. We ended up eating essentially the same pasta dish every evening. One night there was a slight variation in the pasta itself, but the sauce remained the same with pine nuts and cherry tomatoes. A more creative and varied vegetarian offering would make a big difference. On one occasion, chicken was accidentally included in my vegetarian dish, which was disappointing, although the staff handled the issue professionally once it was pointed out. Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a genuinely lovely stay. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful grounds, and especially the kindness of most of the staff made it a memorable experience.

06/06/2026: An experience to forget. We had reserved a table for 9:00 PM. When we placed our order, we were told we'd have a wait of about 35 minutes. The pizzas didn't arrive until 10:45 PM, after an hour and ten minutes of waiting (and almost two hours after we arrived). To make matters worse, one of the pizzas even arrived burnt. When we pointed out the interminable wait, the waiter justified it by saying, "Saturdays are always like this." I find this response an insult to the customer: if you can't handle weekend seating, reduce your reservations. Serving burnt food after an interminable wait and brushing off the problem with this feigned normality demonstrates a total lack of professionalism. We will never set foot in there again.

18/04/2026: We ordered the pasta with lobster, the seafood pasta, and the swordfish with eggplant. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous; they don't skimp on the pasta, which is much appreciated. First course, second course with side dish, and a drink: €15

20/06/2026: Even though I don't write reviews, I think it's fair to be honest. Behind the professionalism lies only imagination. Let me start by saying that we went to this lovely place because it was recommended to us during the Girotonno festival. Eating like this is absolutely unheard of: truly appalling. The only thing that gets a passing grade is the pizza (which arrived after an hour and a half of waiting with only 20 people seated at the tables). Let's forget about the rest. We took the ferry and headed home. A disgrace.

07/07/2026: The food was good, but not overdone. We tried a risotto, a fried fish, and a pizza. Nothing exceptional, to be honest...but not bad either. I'd say it's normal, unfortunately. But the price was too high, even though it's adequate. The service was a little better than the rest, but I didn't say anything "wow"...sorry.

07/07/2026: Zero-star service. If you're in the mood for food, definitely avoid it. After an hour, we didn't receive anything to eat, and we left feeling very upset. It completely ruined the evening. Just making food isn't enough to call it a restaurant.

28/08/2025: An excellent experience. I had a truly memorable experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I had the opportunity to taste dishes from times gone by, increasingly rare, and of exceptional quality. The care with which they were prepared was evident in every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves traditional cuisine and wants a unique experience.

22/08/2025: The food is good, but the prices are out of proportion for what you get. A snapper tartare for €24 for two measly bites is simply absurd. There's no menu at the table: you order almost blind. The experience doesn't justify the final bill.
