06/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Il Scoglio for a business meeting, and I must say that it was a memorable experience in every respect.
The quality of the food was simply superb. Each dish was a symphony of fresh and genuine flavours, prepared with skill and attention to detail. You could feel the passion for cooking in every bite.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. The friendly and professional staff welcomed us like old friends, anticipating our every need and making us feel truly pampered. The owner, with his discreet but attentive presence, demonstrated sincere care for the satisfaction of his guests.
The elegant and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the breathtaking view of the sea, made the evening even more special. The bill, although not cheap, was absolutely justified by the quality of the food, the service and the overall experience.
If you are looking for a restaurant where culinary excellence blends with impeccable service and an unforgettable atmosphere, Lo Scoglio is the perfect choice. I can't wait to go back!

25/08/2024: We were passing through and stopped for lunch, excellent dishes both in quality and quantity, fresh pasta, perfectly cooked gnocchi, exceptional sauce, wonderful sweet Gallura ravioli, for me it was the first time I ate them, I devoured them ;-) compliments to the kitchen and honest prices!
06/08/2024: Walking through the historic center of Tempio we came across a restaurant that positively surprised us. We ordered the Gallura menu and the quality of the ingredients and homemade dishes pleasantly surprised us. The location is suggestive, the outdoor tables are shaded and cool and the prices are more than reasonable. The waiters are very kind and the owner is particularly nice and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant and will try to return as soon as possible.

21/08/2024: Really enjoyable, quality meal. It's a popular place so we booked in advance. Very busy but beautifu food and we didn't wait long. Enough English spoken by the staff for us to have a great time!
19/08/2024: Excellent pizza and tasty seafood dishes. Friendly and attentive service. A little crowded in summer but we had a great time paying a fair price. I recommend it

La location è carina e comoda da raggiungere. Molta attenzione per i bambini.

17/08/2024: Close to Pelosa beach and, for me, the best of the surroundings given the mediocrity of the restaurants on Pelosa beach. Good atmosphere and good service. Expensive prices but it is not a beach bar, it is a respectable restaurant with a somewhat designer atmosphere and private access to Gabbiano beach (right next to Pelosa). The pizzas were not the best, but it must be said in their favor that they welcomed us as a family of 4 without a reservation and they served us quickly and pleasantly.
15/08/2024: Crystal clear water a few steps from the highly sought-after "la pelosa" beach. 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds €55 but it's worth it, like Cala Brandinchi. Stupendous!

22/08/2024: Ho cenato in questo ristorante il 25 luglio la prima sera della mia sosta a Cala Gonone. Probabilmente è stato il ristorante che ho preferito in tutta la vacanza: il servizio è stato veloce nonostante fosse pieno, gli spaghetti alle vongole molto buoni e anche il totano alla piastra. Unico ristorante a fare lo scontrino spontaneamente nonostante avessimo pagato in contanti

21/08/2024: I've been coming on holiday in these parts for 46 years, Cala Sabina? An unwatchable thing, a havoc of a once magical and wild place, we are beasts, we managed to ruin a little corner of paradise between umbrellas, gazebos, walkways, endless crowds, rackets and rubbish everywhere on the beach. Thirty years or more ago it was a marvel, few people from Santa Lucia could be found on the beach, a small piece of coral, shells it was a paradise...now you find beer caps, cans, paper, ice cream sticks...a shame to God and the sea.
As always my opinions are purely personal, but if you saw it many many years ago, go there and you will be able to tell me....

26/08/2024: Very bad experience I had at noon. The wine was very hot, the air conditioner didn't work, the spaghetti with clams smelled, not to be recommended
24/08/2024: I came to this place with some friends from outside, convinced that it could at least closely resemble "Su Cumbidu terra". None of this was more false. Dinner was disgraceful, slow service, inexperienced, tasteless food, paid a lot of money for nothing. Never again.

11/07/2024: Pasta was excellent and there were enough variations. A very busy restaurant, would definitely reserve in advance. Service was very nice and tried to guide us through the menu despite our poor knowledge of Italian ;)
Would definitely go again.

20/08/2024: Trattoria located not far from the centre, in a convenient and low-noise position.
We were welcomed very kindly. The tables were all full so the waiting times were a little longer, but that's OK.
Good food, generous portions.
Recommendation for those staying in Alghero

I personally ordered spaghetti al ricci even if it was not the right moment of the year my dish was subtle and perfectly cooked.

17/08/2024: I have to say that this time it was not a good experience, unfortunately. We had already been there and it was a mouth-watering dinner. Yesterday there were a lot of people so I imagine that the kitchen was in difficulty, the grilled fish was not done with care, the squid was full of sand and rubbery, I struggled to cut it with the knife and the swordfish was dry and mushy ..overcooked. We mentioned this to the waitress who served us, who I must say was very kind, like everyone else. This time it went badly, too bad.

10/09/2023: Se prenoti danno il posto ad altri solo perché arrivi 10 min in ritardo. Questo fa capire che la loro capacità empatica è pari a zero. Sono scorretti perché non avvisano di auesta loro modalità di trattamento. Il servizio è pessimo in quanto sono lenti e se solleciti rispondono pure sgarbatamente. Insomma non sanno come si trattano i clienti, hanno un' arroganza gratuita.
