Thank you for the best lunch we’ve had in all of Sardinia! The waitress was so sweet thank you lots and don’t even get me started on the food. First of all, we loved the concept of it being basically only tuna and despite that the menu was so diverse! We really recommend the Ventresca di Tonno rosso alla griglia… it was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and so flavorful. For lunch a reservation wasn’t necessary but dinner will need one. Thank you again and we urge you to come here!!

Excellent welcome without a reservation. The tuna carpaccio was spectacular. The other dishes we ordered were also excellent. All the dishes are, rightly, tuna-based, but there's also the option of fried calamari.

The dishes we enjoyed at the Osteria are ranked number one in our top three best meals in Sardinia! The tuna ventresca and the linguine alla Roberto... a true delight. We would return to Caloforte just to eat them!
It was quiet when we had our reservation, but the waitress was pleasant and friendly.
We had a wonderful time.

The atmosphere is welcoming upon arrival, elegant, but overall nothing special. The staff is kind, friendly, and young. Prices are slightly high, but the food is high-quality.

Unfortunately, the tuna was treated with too little care. Mint and lemon carpaccio without mint and lemon, just oil. Tuna alla carfortina was not very elegant. A word of advice: especially in the summer, I would bring water as soon as you sit down. The room had no view and curtained windows, so the salt water disappeared.
