10/05/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. Extremely slow service and unprofessional staff, with organization that left much to be desired. It's unthinkable that in a Michelin-starred restaurant, orders are taken on simple post-it notes, giving the impression of total disarray and lack of customer service. The quality of the desserts was also unacceptable: we ordered tiramisu, and it arrived practically warm and completely melted. Such a detail is truly unfortunate for a restaurant that demands high standards. Furthermore, the atmosphere was completely absent: no music the entire evening. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the music wasn't turned on until 1:00 AM, making the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. The prices were exorbitantly high for the quality of service and the overall experience. Absolutely not up to the reputation it claims to have. We definitely won't be returning.

21/05/2026: I didn't like the panzerotti because they're small and the dough is thin, but they're easy to digest because they're not greasy. The panzerotti's seasoning isn't noticeable because the cured meats (e.g., salami and mortadella) are diced (except for the panzerotto with capocollo). Prices are reasonable (a panzerotto averages €3-4), except for the panzerotto with capocollo and stracciatella. The latter, ONLY because it was filled cold and served open, costs €8 (basically the same as a pizza). Service is poor because you can't afford to pay a €3 cover charge for: 1) the table is so close to the others that you can't move (we were in the outdoor dining area); 2) paper placemats like the ones in the cafeteria and napkin holders like the ones at the bar downstairs; 3) A waiter (a very young man who perhaps didn't want to work) first asked us what we'd ordered (is that our business?), then took away our dirty plates and cutlery but didn't give us clean cutlery for the other courses. Generally, the waiters were helpful but unsmiling. I usually check reviews and prices before choosing a place, but unfortunately this time I mistakenly followed other people's advice.

03/06/2026: Good restaurant with very tasty semi-raw fish; we liked everything we ordered, especially the lobster and the semi-raw frutti di mare. However, the service is too distant and excessively serious. It's also very expensive compared to nearby competitors.

01/06/2026: The atmosphere was truly breathtaking; we were seated at a table very close to the sea and the view was beautiful. The service was good, but perhaps the price doesn't reflect the quality of the food. My linguine was wonderful, but my boyfriend's risotto wasn't quite as good.

08/06/2026: We're from Salerno and ended up in Bari for family reasons. My wife celebrated her 50th birthday there and was very pleased. The location, food, staff, and service were all excellent. We'll definitely be back.

07/06/2026: We ate here on the first day of our stay in Bari, on the recommendation of our apartment owner. We struggled to find a spot in the beautiful garden. The staff varies a lot but isn't unfriendly. The three courses we ordered were really very good, but the food arrived super fast. Fortunately, we ordered again with every round. The second time, however, we wanted to sit in the garden again, but they forgot to mention that a children's party was taking place. We were seated in a corner, and after ordering just an aperitif and a bottle of wine, we left. If they had just said there was no room, we would have looked elsewhere. It's a shame, because the food is really good.

13/05/2026: Specchia S. Oronzo was a wonderful discovery! I chose this location to celebrate my 40th birthday and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the splendid, elegant, and evocative location, to the quality and sophistication of the food, which was truly impeccable. Special thanks go to the manager, who accompanied us with great professionalism and availability, providing excellent advice and accommodating our every request with care and kindness. The service was also excellent, always present and attentive, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the evening. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making such an important day for me so special. An experience I will cherish forever!

Prices were reasonable and fair for the quality of the products. Excellent service, nothing to complain about; I only recommend specifying non-menu items when ordering. We'll be back soon!

10/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on our first day in Polignano a Mare, but returned several times during our 5 day stay as the food was super delicious and the restaurant had a nice and calm atmosphere. Definitely recommended 😀👍👌⭐

28/05/2026: Fantastic seafood, we tried the fried prawns and fried squid & tentacles. Crispy and lightly coated, not oily at all. Also very nice potato chips!! We’ll come back if we get the chance during this visit to Molfetta.

08/05/2026: I wanted to give it 0 stars because my girlfriend called the property. The website says they close at 11:30 PM. We showed up at 11:18 PM and they had already closed everything. They weren't happy with that, and their behavior was inappropriate.
