24/05/2025: After some time I returned to this restaurant famous for spaghetti all'assassina. Unfortunately I noticed that it has become a restaurant for tourists, the quality of the dishes has decreased a lot and it is aimed at a less demanding public. Too bad

17/05/2025: The atmosphere is stuck in 1986 but the food is excellent and plentiful (as they used to say then)

26/05/2025: Very sorry… A place recommended by friends who spoke highly of it both in terms of quality and especially location. But it wasn’t like that at all, very disappointed. We paid more than €100 for two people, receiving the first courses 5 minutes after ordering them, this detail already makes you think a lot, then the first courses were miserable, linguine with seafood, just two forkfuls. Two second courses of fish, a side dish and a normal bottle of white wine. I have seen positive reviews from others but, I don’t know if they are true given how things actually went for us. The location is very beautiful instead, an ancient oil mill and a large stable where in ancient times the friars kept the animals and produced olive oil. Then frontally, it overlooks the sea, where there is a beautiful natural inlet. I’m sorry for this review but these have a purpose, to improve and to be careful next time.

25/05/2025: Very good restaurant, in a very beautiful setting! At first, we were a little afraid of a restaurant that might be too touristy, opposite the starting point for boat trips. However, we tasted excellent fish there (a whole sea bream and swordfish) and saw good wines. I recommend!

07/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri con amici in questo ristorante ed è stata un esperienza favolosa, tutto ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce. Le linguine con gli scampi una delizia, i gamberoni alla brace e la frittura di pesce sublime. Ho apprezzato moltissimo l' antipasto di sushi, anche il rapporto qualità / prezzo è davvero buono. Da ritornarci assolutamente, complimenti a tutto lo staff molto efficiente e simpatico,così come il titolare Donato molto alla mano

13/03/2025: Ristorante favoloso, antipasto ricco e di grande qualità, il titolare Donato ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa, il concetto della grande ristorazione c’è l’ha nel sangue. Che dire siete dei numeri 1, grazie. Consiglio vivamente.

26/05/2025: Excelente servicio. Pedimos lingüina con gambas y pulpo asado. Ambos estaban deliciosos y preparados adecuadamente. Disfrutamos de un litro de un vino blanco local con la cena. El sorbete de limón de postre vino con un hojaldre relleno de crema de limón. ¡Increíble! Llegamos cuando abrieron a las 8 pm para encontrar mesas ya sentadas. Podemos conseguir una mesa rápidamente. A las 9 de la noche, había una larga fila en la puerta.

15/05/2025: Siamo clienti affezionati da quasi 10 anni e non mi dispiace affatto percorrere circa 180 km.(tra andata e ritorno), perché comunque si mangia bene con porzioni veramente abbondanti e soprattutto con prezzi vantaggiosi.Grazie allo shef sig. VITO ella signora co dei bravissimi camerieri

19/05/2025: reunion di amici universitari. ns caro amico ci porta in questo posto che non conoscevo ( e che molto probabilmente dalle recensioni lette, non sapeva avesse cambiato gestione). In 2 parole: qualità cibo buona, razioni non dico scarse ma sicuramente non abbondanti. per quello che si paga non ne vale la pena. non ci ritornerei. si paga anche molto la location che si trova praticamente con una palafitta sul mare. la vista piacevole si . . . ma non sazia! 4 persone 300 euro ( 75 a testa) con una bottiglia di vino bianco, 2 acqua, un plateu di crudo di mare, 4 primi e 2 fritture di pesce. sinceramente conosco posti non sul mare dove mangio pesce e con 85 euro a testa torno a casa che rotolo tanta l abbondanza!

18/05/2025: Restaurant recommended by our Italian hosts. The welcome was not great, and there was no smile from start to finish. The prices and quality of the dishes were decent. However, I was surprised when it came time to pay. Avoid the desserts that the server insisted on offering, which were way too expensive. 22 euros for two desserts, while the two dishes and drinks cost only 23 euros. I don't recommend it; there are better options nearby.

28/05/2025: The food was quite okay and beautifully presented—unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect. The wine (rose) was unfortunately tasteless and felt stale. When we pointed this out to the waiter, we didn't get a replacement. The draft beer had a faint metallic taste. The waiters were also somewhat unmotivated and unprofessional.

01/05/2025: What can I say, a very well-kept place, a truly professional restaurant owner and refined fish dishes. It was a wonderful surprise. If I were to return to Corato I would get a season ticket!!! Really excellent!!!

06/05/2025: The food very good..... For what was there we asked for various dishes but none were available. So I say warn before ordering that certain dishes are sold out. Wine list. Ok let's choose a wine, another one will arrive. Sent back. We ask for a finished prosecco too and opt for another. Once dinner was over we were running out of prosecco. The waiter arrives probably around 11.20pm... He takes away the bucket of prosecco..... It wasn't finished.... Without asking I can take it away. Okay, in the end we pay. To apologize for all the shortcomings they offered us a coffee and half a grappa
