03/09/2025: ed: Visited after 3 years - unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The waitstaff was very poor, arrogant, and incompetent, and the menu, which contained nothing to impress, seemed tailored to tourists - a huge contrast to yesterday's visit to La Bul (located nearby), where the 5-course tasting menu and service were incredible. I don't know why Giampaolo's went downhill like this, but I hope they fix it someday. For now - don't come here under any circumstances. :( And the old review was: "Outstanding. My girlfriend and I visited just before the pandemic; the quality of the food and service, as well as the atmosphere, were a unique experience." And it was 5/5 in all categories...

26/08/2025: A wonderful culinary experience... fresh fish expertly cooked. The seafood risotto was superb. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming, and Giampaolo was an excellent host. I'll be back!

22/08/2025: Since we couldn't connect by phone, we went straight to the restaurant, and it was closed until September 5th. They should inform the apps they appear on!!!

14/08/2025: Pleasant family atmosphere and very good food. Spaghetti alla assesina

21/08/2025: We arrived at the restaurant at 10 p.m. after a long drive, but were greeted very warmly and friendly. The waiters tried to understand us, even though we don't speak Italian. The food was excellent; we had seafood salad. The dessert was very good and special. We were very satisfied :)

19/08/2025: Unfortunately, if you're celiac, you can't eat in August. This is the restaurant's policy. They stop offering gluten-free food in August (evidently because it's too busy), but still, everywhere, on every app, in every celiac guide, it's listed as an active and operational restaurant. It seems a bit of a joke to me (as well as disrespectful).

18/08/2025: Family dinner. Modern and elegantly furnished. Very friendly, helpful, and smiling staff. 2 Assassina with stracciatella, 1 cacio e pepe troccoli, 1 glass of red wine, water, 8 pistachio favors, 1 portion of sporcamuss. Total €78. Fair price for the quality of the food, the elegance of the place, and the prompt service. Reservations were not necessary. I recommend it and would return to try the pizzas (wood-fired oven).

31/08/2025: WE DID HERE FOR DINNER IN EARLY AUGUST. We knew the restaurant well and returned after a few years. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the class and sophistication of the restaurant. We chose two tasting menus, with the addition of seafood tagliatelle and raw scampi. The food is high quality and the flavors are truly unique and special. The raw seafood is sublime; it's the only place where you can find such succulent scampi. A taste of a good local rosé wine made our dinner complete. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2025: Abbiamo scelto a caso questo ristorante ed siamo stati fortunati poiché erano rimasti solo due posti. Ottimo il servizio .per quello che abbiamo ordinato era molto buono. Da ritornarci.

20/08/2025: Delicious food, generous portions. Terrible service from the waiter, who was impolite, impatient, and unpresentable, and would rush to take your plate away before you'd even finished it. So I advise the manager to take action to avoid losing customers and their reputation.

31/08/2025: When you arrive at L'Incanto, you immediately feel like you're in an episode of 4 Ristoranti: elegance, seafood, and Apulian tradition meet in dishes that will captivate you. We shared an octopus salad, tender and flavorful (and here I say it à la Borghese: 'If it's chewy, the donkey falls'... but luckily it was perfect!), and some Apulian panzerottini, delicious and rooted in the region. Then the dish that will stay with you: spaghetti with spirulina, red shrimp, and burrata. Wow. A fusion of innovation and Apulian identity that alone is worth the trip. Even the orecchiette we sampled from my mother's dish confirm the generosity and authenticity of the cuisine. The service is friendly, the place elegant yet welcoming: here, there's more than just a restaurant, there's a story of passion and quality that shines through in every course. An experience I recommend to anyone looking for the best of Bari, told with taste and heart. Congratulations to Tina and Emanuele: for me, it's a 10! 👏”

02/09/2025: A maximum of two different types of pasta can be ordered at one table! There were four of us, and we were still only allowed to choose two types. The prices are quite high. The food was quite average. The restaurant is very clean, but overall it wasn't worth it at all.

07/09/2025: A lovely restaurant, where we had cream-filled mozzarella and octopus with potatoes as an appetizer. Followed by spaghetti all'a&a&a&ina. We found everything very tasty and reasonably priced. The desserts were also good. They have a very extensive menu, truly something for all tastes.

13/09/2025: ⸻ This evening we ordered takeout pizzas. Aside from the wait of over an hour (which can happen on Saturdays), they all arrived incorrectly, with the Parmesan cheese added that we didn't request and without the drinks we ordered. We avoided calling to avoid any problems, but we definitely won't be ordering takeout pizzas from them again.

08/09/2025: Generally, the food is quite good; the only problem is that sometimes it's good, sometimes not so good. You have to try it and be lucky.
