08/07/2024: Arrivato apposta da Fiumicino a Molfetta per festeggiare il mio 45esimo compleanno! Come sempre vado da lui da Luigi tutte le volte che sono a Molfetta e, tutte le volte che mi reco nella sua location l’accoglienza e il servizio è sempre il top! Lui sempre socievole e gentile, il suo staff sempre professionale e disponibile! Per chi nutre ancora dubbi sullo chalet del sole consiglio vivamente di svegliarsi presto e andarci perché titolari come Luigi e camerieri seri e professionali come li trovo qui, non si trovano da nessuna altra parte, nemmeno in città come Roma! Luigi la mia tappa fissa ogni qualvolta torno a casa, ci rivediamo ad agosto e chissà quella sorpresa nel crudo di mare la prossima volta me la farai trovare!

08/08/2024: Really friendly and helpful staff with fairly fast service and excellent food, I gave two stars to the environment because I dined outside and I could smell cigarettes and other things, but obviously the place is not to blame

25/08/2024: Gourmet restaurant in the center of Bari, refined location, fast, friendly, pleasant and attentive service without being pressured. Excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts, high quality raw materials expertly processed in an original and creative way. Price appropriate to the offer. Highly recommended.

31/08/2024: It is certainly not the first time I go to this place that calling Pizzeria is an understatement. The first thing I want to underline is the education and courtesy of the staff, then the environment, delicate and attractive. Finally the food whose quality is simply to be tried. Finally, the prices are honest. For two pizzas, a bottle of water, a craft beer, a bitter and a coffee 41 euros.

14/06/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera.Questo posto è da consigliare a tutti. Si mangia non bene ma benissimo. Dal pane alla focaccia calda alici primi e secondi di pesce ma l'accoglienza è la prima cosa. Si torna a casa soddisfatti. Ci ritorneremo e poi il Ninoncello per finire.

25/08/2024: Excellent dinner, traditional dishes with a modern twist, excellent location. The raw appetizer was good and plentiful (presentation could be improved). Prices corrected. I recommend it.

12/08/2024: We came here on the recommendation of a travel blog. The food was very tasty, prices were a little higher than usual in Bari, due to the reputation. The arrogance of the waiter was somewhat unpleasant, as he was visibly annoyed at our refusal to drink wine. Of my 7 mussels, 3 were closed. When I told him this, they were opened, but again in a way that made it clear how impossible he found my request... and then we didn't even have espresso or liqueur for dessert .

06/07/2024: An enchanting location where you can fully enjoy the local flavors thanks to the skill of chef Mario who puts a lot of passion into everything he prepares. Quality and tradition are present in every dish, from appetizers to pizzas: everything perfect. I recommend anyone to make a stop at Mario's, it's worth it.

05/07/2024: Quality and friendliness: one of the very few places that encompasses both aspects. Run by Mario and Miriam, fantastic people who express professionalism and experience through the goodness of their dishes. I go back every time I can, highly recommended. In summer, you can enjoy the view of the square thanks to its outdoor tables.

28/06/2024: Typical Apulian place with an offer of dishes that are also revisited and modern. The quality of the products is excellent (even slow food products) and this also raises the cost of the same a little, also compared to the quantity; the portions are not very generous. The location is very intimate, with a maximum of 15 seats, perfect for a romantic dinner. If you are in Bari I recommend you try it!

27/06/2024: What a gem behind the closed door. Next to us was a businessman from Milan who only spoke highly of the TOP food and fantastic wines. The octopus is truly divine. We drank a white Gravina Poggia al Bosca from Botromagno 2021. Never had such a delicious wine before. Great restaurant, highly recommended!

I understood that this restaurant is not actually a pizzeria like in Germany. It actually considers itself a multi-course restaurant. The exclusive ambience and incredibly good service also correspond to this intention. Therefore, it is advisable to prepare for this and really see the place as a multi-course restaurant. I observed Italian families. They all eat up to 3-4 courses. And that's exactly how it should be. So if you want to quickly eat a pizza and drink a cola, this is the wrong place. But if you really want to spend the evening with a few courses and a wonderful setting, this is the right place for you. The food is incredibly fantastic. You will be able, so to speak, to get to know all the specialties of local cuisine at the highest level. The waiters are extremely trained and all highly professional. I can highly recommend this restaurant. I thank everyone for this wonderful cuisine. We tourists have the privilege of being able to stay in a place that is a symbol of Italian life. With respect and thanks, I am happy that it is possible to live this experience. My thanks go to Antonio, Francesco, Maria, Roberto and all those whose names I don't know now, but whose friendly faces I kept in mind. 29/08/2024: We came here for an evening after a day trip around the Puglia Region. We have been to Polignano before and found many restaurants to be over hyped and over priced but here was definitely not the case. We sat on the rooftop balcony and enjoyed a wonderful meal with fresh Fish, local vegetables and wine. I would definitely recommend as it is slightly out of the way of the main town area and there is a beautiful view over the bay. Grazie

20/08/2024: Yesterday we went to this pizzeria, we waited 1 hour to be seated despite the reservation, we waited half an hour to start eating and also not what we asked for as we ordered pizzas and we were told first that the mozzarella was finished and then even the mass (lie) because we ordered the ciccio and they told us that the mass was finished, we ordered the snap and had it...a terrible experience. Chaotic

18/08/2024: Really delicious Italian food. We ordered local dishes from the menu – Orecchiette with broccoli rabe and Fried seafood specialty, and additionally we got deliciously prepared Antipasti: mussels and octopus – we have never eaten such good mussels in our lives. A restaurant with a local atmosphere, located outside the center, but with great food and friendly service. I highly recommend it to people who want to try really real and delicious cuisine of Puglia. Thank you for your hospitality and greetings from home in Poland.
