19/02/2026: We discovered this place through my sister, who had been there several times. The restaurant has a nautical theme, is well-maintained, and is close to the sea. The owner and his entire staff were very friendly and professional, recommending delicious and tasty mixed appetizers. The first courses were also excellent and plentiful, as was the dessert. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

01/01/2026: Very disappointing. Food was not fresh at all. From starters to desert not a single item was worth the money. Never again.

03/09/2025: I honestly don't understand the cold or negative reviews for this restaurant. Splendid location near the Castle in a historic and truly characteristic square. All the dishes were more than good. Portions were not excessive but honest. We really enjoyed it. THANK YOU. P.S.: with The Fork discount, it's a crime not to go!

29/08/2025: We ordered pasta with mussels and cherry tomatoes...the pasta wasn't fresh, the dish was completely unprepared, and the mussels were tiny!! We also ordered an octopus salad...tasteless! Lastly, a three-year-old girl was even charged for the service charge without having consumed anything! The location is beautiful. The waiter was very kind and polite, but the young woman, who barely spoke Italian, wasn't so much as asking for feedback when she picked up her plate. It seems like a commercial place that tries to repurpose traditional dishes without the necessary love and tradition. The prices are high. The menu doesn't list frozen ingredients...you have to ask to find out what's fresh and what's not.

24/08/2025: I went to Giaguaro one evening for a first course. As soon as I entered, I was left standing in the doorway for 10 minutes because the girl who was supposed to assign us the table had disappeared. I sat down at 9:00 PM and managed to order at 10:00 PM (even though the place wasn't full). Only one waiter was taking orders, the same one who helped serve and the only one working the counter. At 11:00 PM, we asked how the first courses were going and were told they were coming out. At 11:30 PM, we left our table and headed to the cashier, waiting another 15 minutes only to be told, "Yes, but the first courses are coming out so you have to pay for them." I find the wait in itself absurd, but even more absurd are the excuses they gave me, demanding that I pay for something I didn't even eat. The food may be good, but the organization is terrible, especially when a large portion of the dining room is making the same complaint. In the end I paid for the drinks and the cover charge and then went to eat elsewhere.

14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

24/07/2025: Onestamente non saprei da cosa partire prima, come scritto nel titolo, si può sicuramente fare meglio, nel servizio, nei tempi di attesa (la sala non era affollata ed i piatti che abbiamo ordinato non particolarmente complicati), nel prezzo. C'è da migliorare.

19/07/2025: Personale gentile e disponibile, da migliorare un po' l'organizzazione, bella l'idea di portare la lavagna col menu come anche il portare una pizza tagliata a pezzettinicon sale ed olio a mo di benvenuto. Ottima la seppia ripiena, la pizza e il caciocavallo alla piastra. Prezzi onesti.

03/11/2025: The toilets were dirty, the fish was burnt, and the pasta was cooked carelessly. A real shame. The restaurant's location is a goldmine. Perhaps it was all because it was off-season. They could easily spend a day sprucing up the place so that, given the location, it would be worth stopping by for a drink or two.
