13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Everything's perfect. Mother and daughter (also truly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine. They know the clarity of the dishes, the quality and ingredients, and the precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pull a noodle out every minute to determine the degree of doneness. We had a delicious meal; I would give it a star. Pulled skate, lukewarm, with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tenderly cooked potatoes. This broth is delicious. Then came pasta, with prawns and small sun-drenched tomatoes. The main course was sea bass, perfectly prepared, with just a hint of olive oil. It's an insider tip here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it. Cervaro by Antinori. Also an insider tip. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, definitely. With a big hug☺️🙏

29/08/2025: The restaurant is very formal and reserved, with a very extensive menu (perhaps too extensive) that opens with a phrase that immediately turns heads: "minimum spend per person €50." The waiter was very kind, while the order taker was very cold and aloof, perhaps more interested in calculating the bill based on the dishes ordered. We ordered two spaghetti with clams: tasty, but the portion was worthy of a taste and topped with just five clams (Price €22). For the main course, two grilled swordfish steaks, flavorless and of questionable freshness, a bagged salad on the side, and two glasses of white wine to drink, all for the modest sum of €113. The price for a good seafood restaurant is fair, but not here!

16/07/2025: siamo stati per la prima volta in questo ristorante in riva al mare incuriositi dalla terrazza panoramica e dal menù di pesce. Cucina ottima con piatti gustosi e ben preparati anche se rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me potevano dare e fare un pochino di più, comunque abbiamo cenato molto bene, ottima la carta dei vini e dei dessert. nota dolente è il sovraprezzo di 10€ a persona per il servizio in terrazza ( eravamo stati avvisati) che secondo me sono troppi. comunque consigliato per una cena romantica.

15/07/2025: Tutto davvero molto buono! Consiglio questo locale anche per una cena romantica oltre che di qualità , in conclusione sono rimasta molto soddisfatta e ci tornerei volentieri!

26/04/2025: Posto molto bello e personale preparato e cortese. Pesce crudo e cotto come antipasto fantastico e profumato. Tonno alla brace buonissimo, mentre i primi erano soltanto "buoni". Il pesce è davvero buono ma, come ogni cosa, la qualità costa.

26/04/2025: Questo locale è situato fuori dal centro di Polignano. Abbiamo pranzato insieme a degli amici sia a base di pesce crudo che cotto:tutto eccellente dalla qualità del cibo, al servizio,all'estetica del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

16/10/2025: Tiny but delicious portions. We tried the octopus with baby vegetables, ricotta, and anchovy sauce (purely delicious but a little greasy) and the specialty risotto with mussels, potatoes, and grilled vegetables.

14/10/2025: Dinner on a weekday evening. Homemade dishes are not available. The head waiter is in a hurry to see you leave. They don't ask if you'd like anything else to eat, and they don't offer dessert or coffee. The important thing is that you leave, and quickly, because there aren't many customers that evening. AVOID. We've never been so poorly received in Salento!

09/11/2025: All it took was reading the reviews. I ate a takeout tray of seafood salad with a colleague of mine, who had fried food instead. He was fine, but I wasn't. I had food poisoning and am still very ill. Still undecided whether to report the incident, but I'm thinking about it!

14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

26/10/2025: I never leave reviews, but in this case I feel compelled. First, we had specifically asked for an appetizer to share, but they charged us for two. I'm sorry to say this, but in the appetizer there was a piece of fish that had clearly gone bad, which I had to spit out. Then came the pasta: hard and with pieces of broken mussel shells on the plate. As a fellow countryman, I hate to leave this review, but given the price and the mockery, I feel forced.

28/07/2025: Esperienza culinaria indimenticabile! Sono stata in questo ristorante per la prima volta e ne sono rimasta entusiasta. L’atmosfera è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, perfetta sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, attento ma mai invadente. Il cibo? Semplicemente eccellente. Ingredienti freschissimi, presentazione raffinata e sapori bilanciati. Ogni portata è stata una scoperta, davvero straordinario! Rapporto qualità-prezzo giustissimo per il livello offerto. Tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

24/07/2025: Purtroppo un' esperienza non positiva! ho provato a cenare e dopo essermi accomodato al tavolo prenotato ho dovuto chiamare il giovane cameriere per aprire la mia ordinazione chiedendo consiglio sul pescato del giorno e chiedendo di orientare la cena sul cotto e non sul crudo, mi viene consigliato UNA bruschetta di stracciatella e gamberetti come antipasto e DUE paccheri con rana pescatrice come primo ed il secondo da valutare con calma, in più un semplice rosato da quasi una quindicina di euro. Ok! Nell' attesa il tavolo di fianco fuma sigarette come se non ci fosse un domani (la buona educazione dei cari camerieri accaniti per i loro validi motivi a questo tavolo avrebbero tra " dovuto placare questo continuo fumare) Arriva la bruschetta solo stracciatella i gamberetti quasi a dire inesistenti Ok pazienza! Arrivano i primi credetemi a me piace la cucina "cucinare" ed ho vissuto molti anni della mia vita nella ristorazione. Però purtroppo trattasi di paccheri al pomodoro con una pescatrice scotta, quasi pappina che ho lasciato nel piatto senza finire di mangiare. Al chè mi alzo chiamo il giovane e gentile cameriere e chiedo di andare via perché stava andando tutto male "in modo molto silenzioso ed educato" dichiarando che non ero assolutamente soddisfatto del mangiare e dei fastidiosi "turchi" fumatori del tavolo accanto stop. Giustamente si intromette nel discorso una persona forse il proprietario da dietro il banco del pesce (ci mancherebbe...) gli spiego il tutto anche a lui sempre in educazione e sottovoce nella sala. Mi viene data risposta che il pesce è fresco e non è colpa loro che i clienti fumano. Ci credo! non lo metto in dubbio! però la qualità come dice Lei, va saputa preparare, per l amore di Dio può capitare un piccolo intoppo, ma io da buon ristoratore e buon salentino avrei rimediato in maniera elegante e superiore. Al semplice e quasi volgare alzare i toni nel locale e sbattermi il pos in faccia Di 100 EURO PER UNA BRUSCHETTA DUE PRIMI ED UNA BOTTIGLIA DI 14 ERUO UNA RECENZIONE PERSONALE POI MAGARI CI STA IL PASSANTE TURISTA DI TURNO CHE AFFAMATO MANGIA E TACE. Ragazzi si può dire quello che si vuole mille ragioni e mille torti! Mi dispiace ma non è così che si tratta un cliente che ha una lamentela o un problema. Poi se si lavora sul passante la qualità non ha valore. PURTROPPO NON LO CONSIGLIO 'DICIAMO' che nella confusione non ho avuto lo scontrino ma solo la ricevuta pos che allego POSSO AVERE LO SCONTRINO PER CAPIRE I DETTAGLI SONO CURIOSO GRAZIE. Non dovrebbe essere un problema averlo, dato che ho "cenato" stasera Ps: Ho dovuto terminare la mia cena in un altro locale.
