27/12/2025: The quality of the food was good, well-prepared.... a slightly larger portion would have been appreciated... the service was attentive (a bit intrusive for some).... you felt like you were being watched a little too much by the waiter, who was always attentive, helpful, and precise.

21/12/2025: It was very good! The atmosphere is lovely and the waiters are very attentive. Definitely worth a visit, even in winter.

Being told you can't get a portion of fries for the kids is nothing short of terrifying. The food quality varies. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hates it.

18/01/2026: The Panzerotto was good quality but small. A 15-minute wait for four panzerotti (which is fair). It's a shame I ordered three regular ones and one with capers, but it was impossible to find it in the closed cardboard container. The atmosphere was decent. Parking outside was impossible. Worth a review.

14/12/2025: I've been to Trattoria FRITTO SI and I must say it was a memorable culinary experience. If you love fresh fish and authentic cuisine, this is the place for you! From the appetizer, it was clear that the quality of the ingredients is their priority. I opted for the chef's choice. Since it was a quick lunch during a work break, we opted for appetizers of swordfish, tuna, etc., and it was simply perfect. The cooking was impeccable, enhancing the natural flavor of the fish without overpowering it. You can really taste the love and tradition in every preparation. The trattoria has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The staff was exquisitely kind and professional. They were attentive, quick, and very helpful. FRITTO SI' is a true gem. A place where ancient seafood tradition meets cuisine prepared with passion and mastery. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I'll be back very soon! Five well-deserved stars!

03/11/2025: La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu. 24/08/2025: My boyfriend and I vacationed at Tenuta Sant'Andrea. The place is truly fabulous, strategically located for reaching the most beautiful places. We had a wonderful time. Matteo's kindness and hospitality were priceless. He made us feel at home right away and gave us helpful tips on all the places to visit. For anyone looking for a vacation in Salento, Tenuta Sant'Andrea is an absolute must!

The freselle are spectacular, but the strong point is the community, the hospitality, and the sharing. In a world that now stinks, here you can breathe the scent of life. Excellent food, and the menu changes daily based on availability. Angela and Franco are special people, like this city.

09/11/2025: Regional cuisine with locally sourced products. Tradition combined with creativity, excellent ingredients, and expert craftsmanship are the ingredients of this restaurant, which is unpretentious but never predictable. A very pleasant atmosphere and prompt service guarantee an excellent dining experience. The wine selection also matches the food. Today we had an appetizer featuring a carpaccio of cardoncelli mushrooms picked that day with truffles, along with cheeses from local producers, truly delicious. The lasagna with pumpkin, mozzarella, and local blue cheese was delicious. Off the menu, I was offered a rib-eye steak from our local donkey, which was simply divine. All washed down with Nero di Troia. Highly recommended. In the end, you get what you pay for, or perhaps even less.

28/09/2025: Great dining under a beautifully lit tree in a courtyard. The pistachio crusted bream was the best of what we ordered. The beef was too chewy. I would post the tiramisu but it was quickly devoured.
