24/08/2025: My boyfriend and I vacationed at Tenuta Sant'Andrea. The place is truly fabulous, strategically located for reaching the most beautiful places. We had a wonderful time. Matteo's kindness and hospitality were priceless. He made us feel at home right away and gave us helpful tips on all the places to visit. For anyone looking for a vacation in Salento, Tenuta Sant'Andrea is an absolute must!

01/12/2025: Very good food and service. We hâd no reservation, for sure I will recommens reservation, the place was full, but for us, being just two, they managed to find a table. A lot of attention from the personnel, the food was great, the Prosecco was good. We took some spaghetty and pasta with seafood, love it

02/06/2025: Posto molto curato, semplice ed elegante. Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono. Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO

03/10/2025: Even from the outside, the unusual vegetation is evident: a Cereus cactus protrudes from the wall, blooming abundantly, a prelude to plump, sweet fruits. The interior is well-lit with discreet lighting and boasts a wealth of plant diversity. The elegant and welcoming dining room is a perfect setting for dinner. The dishes are excellent and the value is good. Excellent service.

14/10/2025: Playa del Sol never disappoints... anyone craving both raw and cooked seafood will find their perfect spot here. Sunday lunch: raw appetizers (baby octopus, cuttlefish, cuttlefish tagliatelle, shrimp, scampi, and various shellfish) and cooked appetizers (seafood salads, shrimp with cheese flakes and arugula), as well as swordfish, salmon, and tuna carpaccio; 1 first course per person, including seafood tagliolini, paccheri with clams and scorpionfish, and spaghetti with clams; 1 bottle of rosé wine from an excellent cellar; and 1 lemon sorbet to finish. TOTAL €40 per person! A spectacular location (basically a sea-level terrace) with a very welcoming atmosphere and attentive, helpful service. The only flaw in the service, if I really had to find one, is the lack of foresight to serve the women first.

11/10/2025: Everything was exceptional, the fish was incredibly fresh and the service was impeccable. The gentleman who looked after us was incredibly kind and friendly. We'll be back!

26/10/2025: It's difficult to get to Barletta and choose where to have lunch, but on the advice of our cousin from Barletta and while exploring the old town, he takes us to an open door with a few steps up. We ring the bell and the door opens, welcoming us to the staff. There's a menu on the table, along with a wine list. Since we don't have enough time to choose, we ask for advice. A tasting menu of 8-10 courses and a choice of white or red wine. After a short wait, entertained by a bread platter and a delicious whole-grain focaccia, the hot and cold courses begin. Predominantly seafood, a meat course, and a vegetable flambé. Everything is freshly made and delicate. No dessert or coffee is included, but the wine is. A sparkling white.

09/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Barletta. We had a very good lunch; the food is high-quality and excellent value. The waitress is helpful and professional. The tiramisu and pasta with caciocavallo cheese and red tuna were excellent. Remarkable.

07/10/2025: GOOD but… DON'T GET THE RAW FISH! So let's start with the fact that the fried fish is very good. Like the other appetizers we ordered… but there's one big, big flaw. The raw seafood… too expensive for such an overly elaborate dish. But ugly, tasteless… only beautiful to look at. 3 flavorless tartares, not the best fish (by type), accompanied by a flask of boh-infused oil (sour, inedible, to be avoided). Except for this salty aside, which we could have easily avoided… The appetizer was good! And the first courses… WELL, my friend… The lobster first course was “SCARY”!! Beautiful, colorful, substantial, fresh, and so on. 2 important notes, however: 1st, well done for the selection of bitters (probably a local company, a series of very nice bitters found in many restaurants in the area). Second, you can't be a Michelin-recommended restaurant... and you have no system or way to keep the dining room cool. Two air conditioners, one of which is turned off due to condensation... too bad that in the summer, with wine, dinner becomes unbearable. The raw ham (which leaves much to be desired) and the heavy sweating on the plate cost them one star in this review. Turn on the fan now!!!!

05/11/2025: Aesthetically pleasing venue, but lacking ambient music (loud enough) to keep you company throughout the evening. The staff is friendly but not very welcoming, and the food is EXCELLENT! Overall, 4 stars! 🔝💪🏻!
