19/12/2024: Ten out of ten! We celebrated my daughter's Confirmation in a magical atmosphere. The elegant and enchanting Christmas setup was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Lunch was excellent, the dishes were presented in a delicious way, the raw seafood appetizers were also highly appreciated, all accompanied by excellent quality wines. The service was impeccable. We thank Rocco and his staff for a wonderful day.

01/11/2024: A great discovery when visiting the Puglia region. This restaurant nestled in a small village offered us a menu with extremely well prepared local products. The wine from the regions of Italy are excellent, especially a Sauvignon blanc. The service is perfect and friendly. We feel that they love what they do. There were 6 of us and we went there twice during our stay. Around €35/person with starter/main course/dessert and wine. And a nice appetizer and sweet treats to finish. I recommend 1000 times.

29/12/2024: Unexpected discovery! Menu is constructed so well that I wanted to try everything. Finally we chose for first dishes carbonara and pistachio pesto. Oh my, both were extraordinary. Creamy carbonara was so rich in taste and tuna with pesto was super soft. Traditional stew that we took for main dish was really delicious with different kinds of meat. Desert was good balance with sweet and sour, hot and cold. Ive cream home made for sure, so creamy and thick. The only thing that you can improve is to serve wine from the bottle in the table, not to bring it already in the glass. Anyway, 5 starts well deserved. We will be back for sure.

17/11/2024: A distanza di un anno, sono ritornato in questo grazioso ristorante dove ho mangiato una delle cose più buone che abbia mai mangiato: la carbonara di caciocavallo podolico. Top. Per non parlare delle puntarelle di maiale cotte a bassa temperatura, sublimi. Non attenderò un altro anno per tornarci!

Devo complimentarmi intanto dell’educazione e delle buona maniera di tutti, dal titolare, alla chef, e per finire al personale, discreto ma sempre presente. Cibo veramente buono e ben cucinato. Gamberi viola assolutamente freschi e di buona qualità. Tutto il pesce mangiato compreso quello che guarniva i primi, assolutamente di primissima scelta. Frittura di calamari ben cucinata ed in olio ottimo. Comunque merita il massimo della valutazione, anche con due piccole considerazioni. Locale un po freddo ( controllare pompe di calore) e, secondo il mio modesto parere, si sarebbero dovuti lavare meglio i calamari della frittura . Comunque veramente bravi. A presto.

01/01/2025: Without a doubt the location is beautiful, like the view that can be admired from the splendid veranda overlooking an expanse of olive groves that end in the sea. And the sea is the protagonist of the menu of this restaurant which offers real delicacies balancing the sea and the land as in the best Apulian menus. Everything is fresh and delicious, genuine. The service is excellent. A place to return to.
