05/03/2025: I had dinner this evening, a very well-kept place, excellent service for people with celiac disease or intolerants, they are very attentive to their needs, nowadays it is an extremely difficult quality to find from the staff, delicious dishes, the owners and their children are very helpful and sociable, I highly recommend it for people with eating disorders. We will definitely be back

27/02/2025: A very popular place, it is recommended to us, you have to come here, both outside and inside it is very characteristic with this very refined medieval style furniture which makes it special. We stop for lunch, very clear and intuitive menus with different possibilities of fixed menus, very professional, the food is very good, and the courses, especially the first courses, have large dimensions as I like them. The penne with white rabbit ragù was good, I would have had another dish. Very nice and friendly staff, we even exchange a few jokes, then I notice that inside the club in the evening there are many interesting initiatives, such as karaoke evening, or a specific day for non-stop first courses. Really good, I will gladly return to try the very tempting evening menus. Well done

25/09/2024: Auf Empfehlung eines Wirtes hier erstmals eingekehrt, wer Fisch liebt fühlt sich wohl, kleines überschaubares Lokal im Inneren(7 Tische), aufmerksames Service und bekömmliche Gerichte, gern wieder!

Materie prime eccellenti, tecniche scelte con cura, attenzione e innovazione, piatti curati sia nell accostamento degli ingredienti sia nella presentazione. Atmosfera accogliente, musica gradevole in sottofondo. Servizio impeccabile professionalità del personale. Proprietaria cortese e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottimo.

01/11/2024: Ambiente ovattato e luminoso. Musica piacevole di sottofondo. Sembrava di essere in un albergo di lusso viziati all’ennesima potenza. Piatti ineccepibili ( come sempre ). La signora ti tratta con raffinata cordialità. Il marito in cucina penso con un numeroso staff sa Il fatto suo. Meriterebbe almeno una stella.

11/02/2025: We went on Sunday evening for a pizza, good, great quality ingredients. But I have to compliment them because they were really very attentive in their service, especially towards a little two-year-old girl. Much appreciated. Highly recommended

17/03/2025: I went for a dinner. Poor service. When they served the appetizer on the table there was no bread. After asking for it, I was told: "look what I'm preparing..." showing me the basket. After 5 minutes the bread basket was brought to us. There were 7 of us. 5 with dishes, 2 pizzas. The pizzas arrived 20 minutes after the other dishes. Excessive price for the type of service and the quantity of product served. In general the food is good but you have to be ready to overpay.

16/03/2025: Great restaurant! We were there for a baptism and we decided to try an à la carte dinner and we were really happy. The sautéed rice with ossobuco is excellent. Really recommended

20/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante domenica 15/9 io e mia moglie dopo aver visitato il Castello di Angera. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene. Dopo avere ordinato il vino che non c'era x ben 2 volte, Abbiamo optato per una bottiglia della sicilia. Molto buona devo dire. Ci hanno chiesto 3 volte se volevamo dell'acqua e gentilmente abbiamo declinato con la promessa che se ci fosse venuta sete l'avremmo chiesta noi. Come primo il raviolo con pesce di lago. Fatto a mano sicuramente ma senza carattere e senza un pensiero dietro, con una salsa di pomodoro che spegneva i pochi sapori. Il fritto non era fatto male, ma erano quasi tutte verdure e pochissimo pesce; un errore o un piatto furbo? Mia moglie non è riuscita a mangiare le verdure grigliate in quanto le melanzane erano crude. La cameriera ci ha chiesto se non ci erano piaciute e abbiamo detto che non sapevamo se erano buone o no perché erano crude e quindi non mangiabili. Le abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di segnalarlo in cucina. Delusi dopo avere pranzato chiediamo il conto: dove abbiamo dovuto farci togliere l'acqua che non avevamo preso, e le verdure grigliate non ci erano state tolte. 113,00 euro. La prossima volta da quelle parti andremo a mangiarci una pizza. Peccato perché la location merita.

29/08/2024: The room had a wonderful view of the lake, was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was also large, bright and had many kits for any type of forgetfulness or emergency (for example the sewing kit or the one with toothbrush and dental floss). The room was also equipped with a TV with Sky services and air conditioning. We also had the opportunity to have dinner at this hotel using a previously purchased smartbox and were pleasantly surprised: the food was excellent especially the fish which we felt was fresh. The staff was welcoming, helpful and thanks to this we felt at home.

22/02/2025: Parlo x la cena. La location rimane bella ma trovo il prezzo troppo caro rispetto al mangiato. Inoltre il sorbetto alla mela verde era andato a male.

14/01/2025: The place is well located, with a beautiful lake view. You park in the immediate vicinity, unlike the premises located in Ponte Tresa. The food is very varied with a choice of "à la carte" or buffet. The oriental dishes are good, but can be improved. Excellent value for money. Kind and attentive staff.

09/03/2025: Small but cozy place, very friendly and polite staff. Super food, I ate truly super vermicelli with clams. The pizza is excellent and so are the starters. I will absolutely go back!! I recommend it to everyone. The bill was totally fair to what we ate.

30/01/2025: After about 3 years from my last review where I gave three stars because of the high price on excellent but little food, I am forced to change because having come at least three more times later I noticed that the quality is always excellent and the dishes are the right quantity for the Italian palate. Compliments!
