The waiter justified himself by saying "upstairs they have 150 seats." Fine, if you can't manage the number of seats you have, increase the staff or reduce the number of seats. And it's not the first time this has happened. When paying (101.50), not even the decency to apologize or offer a small discount. Never again. Otherwise, the pizza is acceptable.

14/03/2026: I've been a customer of the Carillon restaurant for years: I've always had a good experience and the food has always been excellent. The customer service was once top-notch, as was the quality of the food. After a few years away, we returned in November 2025 for a family birthday dinner, but unfortunately, we found the place completely changed, and not for the better. Even though we were a large group of people intending to order dishes from the restaurant, we were seated in the pizzeria. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: a more elegant one dedicated to the kitchen and one for pizza. The room we were seated in was cold, to the point of almost having to eat in our jackets, aesthetically unkempt, and the service was decidedly poor. We had hoped to at least rediscover the quality of the cuisine we remembered, but unfortunately, even that has significantly deteriorated. What a shame. A restaurant that I once considered a reference point has now become a place I can no longer recommend.
