04/06/2026: I had a terrible experience with that manager and the staff, who provided terrible customer service. I just wanted our food reheated because it was too cold, but they refused to microwave it. The manager explained to me that it was disgusting to him (really? To him?). It was our food, not his. He started making a scene, which made me feel bad and humiliated. All the customers who dined there that day, June 4, 2026, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM, looked at me. I hope the manager can contact me about this bad experience or review the security footage to see how rude the staff is toward customers. Truly poor customer service. I think they need to improve their customer service training, especially that manager.

02/06/2026: Today, June 2, 2026, we went to McDonald's in Tradate. I've never had a worse experience. We ordered a separate menu, but part of the menu was missing. The sandwich was stuffed with pepper, which was truly inedible. The Coke Zero seemed like a separate, warm drink, but then it was flat and stale! As if it didn't end there, we went to the restrooms. Near the bathroom door, you could clearly see that as an employee was leaving, the basket of sandwiches waiting to be filled was placed on the floor, covered only by a sheet of cellophane, with a dirty dustpan and an equally unclean broom next to it. We were speechless. Shouldn't sandwiches be stored in a refrigerated and hygienically protected place? Never again in Tradate, but I also believe in something else. McDonald's, absurd! But I don't think it's really useless to reply with a similar answer! And rather check the staff! The sandwiches are not given away! We pay for the service as consumers, we demand more attention, hygiene and also commitment! If you don't want to work or yes, pay more!
