02/03/2025: Ci sediamo in coppia con una bimba e subito chiediamo un pasta al pomodoro per la piccola chiedendo di portare i nostri ordini (un taiolino e un petto di faraona) successivamente. Le portate arrivano insieme, la pasta della bimba, una semplice pasta al pomodoro, arriva cruda!! Il petto di faraona era ok, il tagliolino senza sale e un blocco unico! Nel mescolare il tagliolino troviamo avanzi di tagliatelle....Dopo aver fatto vedere al cameriere la pasta tagliata e bianca all'interno della bimba chiediamo di rifarla. La pasta arriva dopo 10 min, ma ci accorgiamo che è la stessa, finita di cuocere in padella, secca, in alcuni punti bruciata e immangiabile. Detto cio, chiediamo il conto e andiamo....Sul conto troviamo la pasta al pompdoro da pagare due volte! Una pasta cruda e la stessa pasta ripassata in padella. Gurmet!! SCONSIGLIATO

01/03/2025: Questo posto è assolutamente da evitare. Atmosfera completamente surreale: Prenotazione non trovata Servizio pessimo Chef che fa anche da cameriere abbastanza stizzito per ogni richiesta che gli viene fatta un’ora di attesa per aver mangiato una faraona bruciata e cruda e del carpaccio di tonno servito congelato all’interno. Abbiamo fatto notare l’accaduto al maitre di sala che, pur dandoci ragione, ci consegna uno scontrino con tutte le portate, non offrendo nemmeno i due pidocchiosi caffè espressi di fine pasto. Il classico posto del “vorrei ma non posso”, non ci torneremo mai più.

18/02/2025: We simply had dinner with an excellent mixed grill of fish placed on slices of yellow apple, brought to the table on the hot cast iron plate which allows you to enjoy the food always hot. I invite you to try it.

15/02/2025: Two stars, for two reasons: First for the fact that it is one of the few Italian restaurants left in Luino, second for the Angri waiter, very polite and professional. We went on the evening of February 4th, 25th, I ordered the braised meat which was served to me with very dated meat, to the point that I couldn't eat it. Alternatively I was served a slice of meat, slightly burnt, forgetting the side dish. However, the braised meat with various side dishes was still on the bill. Sin.

22/02/2025: Siamo venuti a cena in famiglia, abbiamo preso spaghetti alle vongole che erano si abbinati ma mancava l’olio di oliva, come secondo guazzeto di pesce che era veramente povero per il prezzo. Senza voler entrare in polemica, la conduzione di estremo Oriente non va a braccetto con la cucina italiana.

08/03/2025: Estaba deseando cenar en este lugar desde hace algún tiempo. Nos costó encontrar un lugar para aparcar (las 7 plazas para el restaurante ya estaban ocupadas) o seguir adelante para tratar de encontrar un lugar en esos 11 lugares cerca del ayuntamiento (200 metros de distancia) pero como era de noche y vertíamos corrimos nuestras apuestas de aparcamiento por la calle estrecha con la esperanza de una noche tranquila, sin multas y con poco tráfico. El restaurante en sí está situado en un edificio histórico, con tres comedores, gustó mucho el de naranja con bóveda de ventilador individual con la araña pero los demás eran encantadores también; cenamos en el pequeño, muy callejero. El estilo de San Valentín con corazones por todas partes, sin embargo lo encontró un poco claustrofóbico. El marisco es su principal propuesta con pocas opciones cárnicas y vegetarianas; tuvimos un poco de tentáculo de pulpo a la parrilla en puré de remolacha/patatas ( 18 , 00 ) muy sabroso; cortecce allo scoglio (plato de pasta 20 , 00 ) muy abundante; pescado de bacalao estilo Vicenza ( 22 , 00 ) . Los platos estaban bien preparados y la carta de vinos era interesante, teníamos un poco de vino blanco envejecido bajo el agua según la recomendación del camarero para maridar con los mariscos. Nuestros postres, un pastel de chocolate fundido y una tarta de bayas (8 , 00 cada uno) fueron geniales para terminar con floritura. El servicio era bueno y el chef - propietario era muy acogedor y amable.

06/03/2025: Provato una domenica a pranzo. Ambiente senza sfarzi e piuttosto tranquillo, con tavoli ben distanziati. A rendere gradevole la permanenza ci pensa, oltre alla cucina, il camino. Primi e secondi di ottima qualità, in particolare le orecchiette al ragù pugliese (molto saporito e veramente buonissimo). Servizio all'altezza e prezzi adeguati al livello della cucina. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

09/02/2025: Sunday lunch in the center of Sesto Calende, we were in a hurry for a swimming competition... they were super professional and very fast. The pizza was tasty, well leavened and well cooked. A look at the tables around who were ordering dishes from the menu and everything seemed excellent. Welcoming, clean, warm and relaxing environment, I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

03/02/2025: Complete menu with first course, second course, side dish and drink for 13 euros! Advised!
