11/10/2025: This hotel is not as advertised. There is no air conditioning in the offseason. If known prior to booking I would have made reservations at a different accommodation. However this was not communicated in person or online. Our room was at 26 degrees Celsius (79 Fahrenheit) in October which is not acceptable with no circulating air. I placed my complaint with that staff and they assure this would be corrected. However it was not. We were told to open the window (that does not fully open) and to use the fan and that most guests prefer 23 degrees Celsius which is not what it is set at. I will be requesting a full refund due to the fact that there is no air conditioning available during the off season despite advertised amenities. For an accommodation located at the “pearl of the lake” I expected more. Especially considering the price. Save you efforts and book elsewhere.

13/08/2025: We were greeted by the classic 80s trattoria smell, which raised high expectations. The place is undoubtedly "vintage," characterless and unremarkable. Perhaps some things are even starting to look old. The menu is bland and impersonal, as is the service, which could use a complete overhaul. The problem is that all this isn't even the worst part... because sooner or later the meal arrives. A tragedy. Nothing works. From the greasy paper menu to the written and photographed one, goosebumps. We ordered from the starters, main courses, and unfortunately even the "pizza," or at least that's what we call it... an insult to the restaurant industry. To be honest, I have to say that the breadsticks were good quality, and so was the bread (they probably make it themselves), and even the fries were delicious and crispy. I think the prices are also a problem; with such a high price, you expect quality, or at least decency. Everything is overpriced. Courteous and polite staff. The cloth napkins were much appreciated; there are too few of them... Hugs.

23/11/2025: Congratulations on everything, from the food (Livorno-style mussels, mixed fried fish, and seafood scialatielli pasta—superb!) to the service, to the location! Perhaps I would have expected a more generous first course, but that's just my personal preference, which I admit is a bit trucker-like 😅 Next time I'll get the Nando's menu, which was highly recommended. Highly recommended restaurant!!!

21/11/2025: Beautiful location halfway up the hill with a lake view (but be careful of the road to get there from the main road... 500 m, very short therefore, but very narrow and the difference in level of the road surface on the sides is dangerous, especially on a motorbike...), view enhanced by the very large windows in the dining room... the pizza is very good, but you can eat everything, from sea fish to lake fish, to first courses with homemade pasta and second courses of excellent quality meat, and the level of the cuisine is always decidedly very good.... as the name suggests, it is also a B&B, so you can also stay, in a truly visually spectacular environment (Lake Iseo, in my opinion, is the most beautiful of all the large Lombard lakes from a purely scenic point of view...) and very very relaxing; prices I would say fair, average, so a very pleasant stop... p.s. last visit November 2025, and always Excellent, so... see you next time!!!!

12/11/2025: We stayed at this small hotel-restaurant during a wine tasting in Franciacorta, and we made the right choice. We enjoyed a location with a breathtaking lake view, tranquility, and relaxation (an ultra-comfortable mattress). We dined in the restaurant, serving delicious lake and seafood. The only downside: we only spent one night there. A place worth saving for another visit.

29/08/2025: The company's meeting place during Lucca Comics. The location is perfect for enjoying a great view of the square while you sip a delicious cocktail while waiting for your meal. The friendly owners will make you feel like one of them, and will convince you to return, so much so that it's now a regular annual visit.

02/11/2025: In my personal opinion, it was a disappointment. Everything was pretty basic, the tartare was practically unseasoned in my opinion, the pasta was also unseasoned, including three broken paccheri. They brought us the wrong dessert, and even when we asked for clarification, they confirmed it was the correct one (if I order something with chocolate and there's no chocolate...). The tiramisu was completely missing the biscuit base. The place is really cute. Crazy price.

15/10/2025: Highly recommended! Fresh seafood with traditional dishes and modern twists. Qualified and super helpful staff. Excellent wine selection! A must-try!

02/12/2025: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but today's lunch was truly disappointing. The dishes were incredibly salty. We ordered seafood linguine, mussels, and spaghetti with clams: all three were nearly inedible. I even felt sick afterward. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he told me it was "the taste of the sea," but this justification doesn't hold up. It's more like the fish is salted beforehand to preserve it better. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

24/11/2025: I went to Mimmo's for a Saturday night dinner and wanted to leave an honest but constructive review, because the pizzeria definitely has potential. Important premise: the timing probably didn't help. The place was really packed, with lots of people waiting outside, several birthday parties, and karaoke. The atmosphere was lively, but inevitably very loud and chaotic. The menu is extensive: so many options, congratulations on the variety. I contradict myself by saying that this can also be confusing; we personally had a really hard time deciding which pizza to order, so much so that we opted for the classic ones, just to avoid wasting too much time. 😅 It's clear that it's a beloved and very popular pizzeria. Aspects for improvement: - Long wait The pizzas arrived quite late, probably due to the huge turnout. I understand it's a Saturday night, but the wait was really long. - Too much noise Between karaoke, birthdays, and large tables, the noise level was very high and made it difficult to talk without shouting to people within a centimeter of each other. - Service was sometimes unwelcoming One of the waitresses who looked after us always seemed in a hurry and barely smiled. I understand the stress of Saturdays, but a little courtesy really makes a difference. - Burnt pizza My pizza was well cooked... perhaps too much. The crust and part of the bottom were burned, and this ruined the flavor a bit. I'll probably return on a quieter day to give it a second chance. The reviews are good and the place is very busy, so I'm sure the experience would be different in a less chaotic environment. My observations are intended as constructive feedback to further improve a place that many appreciate.
