13/05/2025: excellent restaurant near Lake Comabbio. very clean, friendly service. preferably fish-based dishes. excellent raw appetizers, spaghetti with clams and fish main courses. very interesting and good homemade desserts. The ice cream made by them is excellent. good choice of wines

01/06/2025: The restaurant is called “La vera Napoli” and the expectation of going to a restaurant with this sign in Bergamo is high! Too bad there is nothing of Naples, starting from the welcome. With the exception of the brunette waitress who is wonderful in her ways, the blonde lady is exemplary in being annoying. Sunday lunch, 3 seats including an elderly lady. The premise was “the portions are abundant” so we order. I publish the receipt for correctness. Specifically, I ask for a mixed fried fish, without vegetables. When the portion arrives, I politely ask why it was so “modest” .. With the help of the owner, the blonde lady (already mentioned in other reviews) justified the quantities because I had requested the portion without vegetables, so the fish I was entitled to was that 😂 price: 20 euros I will leave you to judge the tomato sauce of the scialatiello. Too bad Overall, however, the appetizers were very good. From then on, it was a totally freezing situation, and only a greeting returned because it was given by us.. In reality, the worst thing goes beyond the quality of the food. The air of sufficiency and arrogance on their part unfortunately took over. Too bad, the veranda is quiet and they could really be excellent in everything. Today the pleasure of having lunch or dinner outside the home is not only good food, it is above all experiencing a convivial moment in a welcoming and friendly environment.. otherwise we would choose a fast food, right!? It would really take very little. I am sorry to have to write this type of review but I trust in the "entrepreneurial" intelligence of the restaurateurs in wanting to take inspiration to improve the service.

08/05/2025: All in all very mixed. Food okay, unfortunately not in relation to the price... and the service probably didn't have much of a desire to contribute to a better well-being. There is certainly much better in the area.

25/02/2025: A Milano per la fiera, abbiamo cercato un posto in cui mangiare vicino al nostro hotel. Piacevolmente sorprese dall’atmosfera calda e accogliente e dalla cortesia e simpatia del personale. Abbiamo mangiato due tartare di tonno veramente buonissime e molto abbondanti, un buon risotto alla pescatore e un branzino abbondantissimo… Tutto buonissimo, se torneremo a Milano ritorneremo qui. Una serata semplice ma piacevole in un ambiente familiare p.s. eccezionale l’olio d’oliva, assaggiato con il loro pane.

Here, fish is the absolute protagonist: very fresh, selectable directly from the rich fishmonger's counter and cooked on the spot according to your tastes. The real triumph? The raw appetizer: superb, very well-prepared, with a selection that wins you over at the first taste. The fishmonger-restaurant formula works great, also thanks to a staff that is always kind and helpful, despite the constant coming and going of customers and the thousand requests. Chef Ciro is a true expert and always knows how to recommend the best based on the catch of the day. Antonio — the smiling and welcoming soul of the place — follows everything with attention and kindness, making the experience even more pleasant. Also worth mentioning is the friendliness and hospitality of the Egyptian owners, who add a warm and original touch to the atmosphere. Good selection of wines and excellent quality/price ratio. 30/04/2025: Excellent local trattoria, well structured and organised, welcoming and comfortable. Adjacent to the Elefant hotel, a few steps from the historic center of Montichiari. Large public car park a few meters away. Friendly and helpful staff, good table service, there are chairs and tables at the external entrance. Average menu and costs. Recommended for everyone 👍👍👍

20/05/2025: We had the absolute pleasure of staying five days here. Our suite was just lovely / understated elegance and charm and very spacious. Perfect location. Staff could not have been more accommodating - thank you to Sarah, Serafina (who we had the pleasure of seeing each day at breakfast / our table was always ready for us), Francesco and many others (sorry didn’t get everyone’s name). The house keeping staff were outstanding. We loved this place and would highly recommend it. If we visited Limone again (and hope we do) we would only stay at this property. Very special and memorable stay for sure.

27/05/2025: I was at this restaurant last night and I have to say it was a really pleasant experience. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. Each dish was well balanced in flavors, and you could feel the attention to quality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful: the waiters were attentive without ever being intrusive, always ready to give kind advice. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an outing with friends. The refined environment and the soft lighting contribute to creating a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

07/05/2025: Excellent fish restaurant. I ate a king royal plateau and everything was very fresh and delicious. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only tiny flaw is that the room on the lower floor is very particular and characteristic but with a very steep staircase and, for me, a little claustrophobic (my problem).

13/06/2025: Since I had a nice lunch in the afternoon I went back for dinner. Much busier now but again very good food for a tourist location. The food is really very good in order but also an excellent room service, very friendly and helpful restaurant manager. Service in general was also good.
