27/02/2026: A beautifully decorated, simple trattoria, clean and well-organized, with dishes served quickly. I'd been there before and had a great impression of the food, but this time I wasn't entirely satisfied: the cacio e pepe pasta was good, but the tripe wasn't (undercooked and tough, and the beans were excessive and poorly blended, as if they'd been added after cooking). The desserts were good. In short, home cooking without pretension.

28/11/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. The "Workers' Menu" at €14 during lunchtime is more than reasonable. Generous portions. Recommended.

08/12/2025: Very welcoming place, I preferred eating rather than taking photos of the dishes to fully enjoy the time they put into preparing the dish. Yes, to the untrained eye, it may seem like a long wait, but then you realize that every ingredient has been carefully crafted for a harmonious flavor that delights the palate from start to finish. I recommend the pistachio pesto pasta or, if you happen to have it, the carbonara. The menu isn't always repetitive but follows the seasons a bit; they don't have mushrooms all year round here. 👍🏻 Homemade desserts, now it's apple season, and apple pie is the best. Don't come in a rush, don't change the dishes to complain. But take their advice and let them work. Enjoy your meal.

02/01/2026: I don't often give five stars, but this time I'm happy to do so. It may not be the most beautiful or best-equipped hotel you'll ever stay at, but Massimo's hospitality and kindness are inspiring! He treated us like we were great friends from the first moment we stepped foot in his hotel. It's amazing to see how much he loves his job.

18/10/2025: The hotel's strong points are its quiet location, spacious rooms, its location in the historic center, which allows you to walk to the beach, and a varied breakfast included (sweet, savory, and drinks). Independence thanks to the keys provided. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the bike path to Varazze is nearby.

22/02/2026: There were five of us and we ordered house wine, water, three appetizers, and one main course each (four first courses and one second course), for a total of €160. In our opinion, this was a bit high for what we received. The house wine (€16) wasn't a huge hit; I expected something better. The appetizers were good, but the anchovies were over-fried and dry, so much so that they barely tasted like they were cooked. My dish, the Genoese minestrone, was very watered down, with the pasta overcooked and torn, and the pesto flavor almost completely absent, which was quite disappointing. The pesto pasta, on the other hand, seemed good. Overall, a decent experience, but with plenty of room for improvement, especially in terms of quality and value.

16/12/2025: I'm writing this review four years after my fiancé and I ate here and we still speak more highly of it than anywhere else in Italy at which we dined. Thank you so much.

28/02/2026: Horrible!! I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this place... Not a single smile... terrible noise... not to mention the door slamming every 10 seconds... and a kitchen that's far from fantastic... avoid it at all costs!!!

19/01/2026: I don't know if I'd recommend it... the food was good but nothing exceptional, and for the price we paid, the portions were tiny. For example, a mixed grill of fish with two scampi, two prawns, a piece of squid, and a fillet cost a whopping €35.00, and then a large dessert with a muffin cost €8.00, etc.

24/10/2025: We absolutely loved the food. Everything was delicious, super tasty, and there's also a small, fantastic selection for vegans – something different from the usual pasta with tomato sauce. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: Personally, I consider it one of the best seafood restaurants in Arenzano. I've never been disappointed. The fish is fresh, beautifully presented, and the service is excellent. Eating outside on a beautiful day is priceless.

19/07/2025: Ci siamo fermate a pranzo, tornate dal mare, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene (i primi poi top). Il servizio è stato cortese, educato e gentile. C’era rimasto impresso perché, qualche anno prima, avevamo cenato da loro, quindi abbiamo pensato di fermarci a pranzo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

11/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo caratteristico ristorante del porto incastonato nel tufo di Ventotene. Ad accoglierci un cameriere davvero gentilissimo, attento e carino per tutta la cena. Io ho preso una tartare di tonno davvero deliziosa, tonno ottimo si scioglieva in bocca. Anche gli altri antipasti (impepata) molto buoni. Abbiamo preso in 3 persone 3 primi diversi da pessimi clienti ma abbiamo provato 3 piatti davvero ottimi. Il mio, spaghetti con gambero crudo al profumo di limone, era davvero eccezionale, fresco, saporito, ottimamente legato. Pasta con le vongole non presente nel menù ma gentilmente preparata comunque per mio figlio era decisamente la migliore provata sull'isola. L' altro primo paccheri con totano delizioso come il resto. Prezzi in linea con l' isola ma adeguati a quello che abbiamo mangiato. Torneremo sicuramente
