This restaurant is located in the San Siro area and offers Sardinian specialties in addition to Ligurian specialties. We had a seafood appetizer for two: fregole with clams and bottarga (delicious). The price was in line with the location and the products.

A truly excellent lunch at Ristorante La Madia. We were looking for an authentic seafood restaurant, with fresh ingredients and fair prices, and we found so much more. The appetizers were a pleasant surprise: the fried anchovies were excellent, light and crispy, and the shrimp marinated with Tropea onions were spectacular, a balanced combination that showcases the quality of the ingredients. For my first course, I chose the seafood gnocchi, and they were the dish of the evening: soft, flavorful, and full of fresh seafood. A great strength is the attentiveness of the staff, always present, kind, and helpful without being intrusive. I also really appreciated the wide selection of gluten-free options, a sign of their special attention to customer needs. The quality-price ratio was among the best I've found during my vacation in the Cinque Terre. I recommend it to anyone looking for quality seafood cuisine in a welcoming and authentic atmosphere.

This restaurant is located on the outskirts of Santa Margherita Ligure, with a large terrace overlooking the square. It's an AIC (Italian Community Association) restaurant, offering a wide selection of dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all of which can be customized for gluten-free options. We enjoyed the first courses quite a bit, although we felt they were a bit heavy on garlic. As for the fried food, we felt it needed a rethink, both in terms of the quality of the fish, the freshness of the oil, and the price. We'd say the bill was fairly reasonable; the only downside was that the fried food was overpriced for the quality and quantity offered. Hoping these criticisms prove helpful, the rest of the experience was positive.

A restaurant frequented primarily by locals, it offers both à la carte and set menu options for lunch. They have gluten-free options including first and second courses, fried fish (pictured), desserts, and warm gluten-free bread upon request. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the value for money is excellent. The service from the staff is friendly and attentive. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars!
